Problems modifying layout, changes do not save

I’m having trouble modifying the theme layout. Changes are not saved even after clicking to save changes.

Sometimes they look perfect on the customization panel, but on the live site the settings don’t work.

Example: I leave the header transparent, saved and everything is perfect. When I open the site it is blank. I change the font to green, it changes, but then it goes back to the previous color. The commands I put are not heeded, and when they are, in some time they revert to the old default settings.

I gave the example of the Header, but the same happens with breadcrumbs and others.

PS: My site doesn’t have a cache plugin, and third-party plugins are disabled (I’ve already tried disabling WooCommerce and it didn’t work either). I await reply!

Update:

Now the header turned blue, even though it was configured in another color. The site buttons also returned to blue, even though they were set to green.

I have the exact same issues every where in the header.

So, I suppose that you had some cache issue (browser cache or server cache).

Provide us with link to your site and WP Dashboard access to check the issue. Also, provide screenshots of changes that you do.

Yes it was the cache issue. I purge all caches and its ready now. Thanks !
