Slow Ajax Cart in mobile version adding product to the cart very slow

Hi,

At my website, in mobile version the ajax add to cart is working very slow comparatively to desktop. When click on add to cart in mobile it is taking to much to adding product in the cart and it seems like nothing is happening.

I have done all the possible way to fix it like disabled all the plugin and then checked but still the issue is there.

Can you please what is the issue and how to solve that. I am sharing website login details in private area.

can you see that there is a glitch before opening the side cart(off canvas)? the spinner stopped for a while..

however it should function as soon as spinner stopped instantly side cart (off canvas) should open, but side cart(off canvas) take time to open..

there is no glitch, as you click on add to the spinner just complete one circle and shows the tick mark immediately side cart (off canvas) open up.

While in my website the spinner stopped and take a while to show tick mark and side cart(off canvas) take time to open and hence I am calling it slow.

How can we fix this? (I have already shared the login credentials in private area before in case you need it)

We can’t log in to your Dashboard. Could you, please, provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to your site to check the mini cart on the mobile version of your site?

Thank you for fixing add to cart for mobile now it open up mini cart. What was the issue? so that I can fix in future also in case it happen again.

Also why mini cart takes almost 12 secs to open in mobile and 8 sec in desktop?

When I add product to cart, the spinner take half circle and stopped for 12 sec to add product to cart and then open up the mini cart.. it seems like nothing is happening..

While if we look at demos then add to cart spinner take just one circle and open mini cart.

Hello,

We just added Cart element to the mobile header, it’s required if you want to open mini-cart after adding to cart on mobile.
Unfortunately, we can do nothing with the speed of this. It uses Ajax to add to cart and the speed of the Ajax request depends on the server response time.

I have enabled cache optimization settings. It speeded up the site speed a little bit.

Thank you for your response. on website now it is taking 5 sec instead of 8. But in mobile the issue is same..

If server response is an issue it should be with both the platforms like desktop and mobile..

In desktop is if you see spinner keeps revolving until mini cart open up While in mobile the spinner just stop at one point before opening the mini cart.. What can we do about this?
