That error means that wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/customizer/theme-options/breadcrumbs/breadcrumbs.php file is missing or access is not allowed to that file. When do you get the mentioned error? What actions do you do to get that?

It looks that you did not install WooCommerce pages and did not set them in the WooCommerce settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > set the WooCommerce pages.

Point is that ads block is added to the header and if you enable sticky header then ads block is also included to the sticky header. Display it below the header and before the breadcrumbs if you have such an option while adding the ads.
