Custom CSS and theme options save in DB. So, you’ll be able to restore options only if you restore the DB. There is no other way to restore that. Do you have backup of your site?

We made some fix in theme and core plugin files. Either copy theme and core plugin from the fixed site to the other 2 sites or wait for the theme update (on the next week) and just update the sites to fix the issue.

1) Follow the documentaction and finish translation of theme and XStore core plugin (Loco translate > Themes > Xstore, Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core).
2) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit Search, Wishlist, My account elements and write texts in Arabic there.
3) Once you finish with the header editing then create multiple header for the EN version of the site https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc and translate strings there.

Point is that plugins that we advert in our description (WPBakery page builder, Revolution Slider, GMAPS for VC, Smart Product Viewer, WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination, WooCommerce Amazon, WooCommerce subscriptions, Massive Addons, Quform – WordPress Form Builder, YellowPencil Pro, WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts, WooCommerce PDF Invoices, FileBird) do not have a free version. Provide us with a link to the page or screenshot with information that the version the mentioned plugins is free and available out of the XStore theme, please. Where did you see such information?
Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of the error that you get while trying to access plugins’ settings and that activation is required? Revolution plugin may ask for the activation but if you want to get access to their additional addons plugins. If you want to install additional revolution slider addons ( separate plugins by the way!) then you need personal license. But you don’t need plugin activation to use all the built-in settings and to create/edit sliders that we have on our demo.
