Single Product Page Custom HTML 03 Element not working!

    Hello Team,
    Actually, I wanted to add one static block on my single product page through Custom HTML 03 because my 01 and 02 elements are occupied in other static blocks for the same page.

    So for that, I wanted to add a new static block in custom HTML 03 but after clicking it, it’s not showing the option to select the static block. Kindly check the screenshot.

    Kindly tell me how to add a static block in the CUSTOM HTML 03 element.

    OK, I’ll try for it and let you know if any problem persists.
    Also, solve one of my problems please, we have added a size chart in the sizing guide element but it is not visible on the front end page.

    Currently, we have only one size chart still not visible. Please check and resolve this issue.

    You have a few Single product Builder templates, which one should we check? Provide URL of product and temporary FTP access also.

    Are there any updates regarding our issue from the developer’s end? It’s been so many days. We are looking for a solution, size charts are very important for clothing e-commerce sites. Hope you understand and provide us with the solution as soon as possible.

    Hello, team

    You asked to us check CUSTOM HTML 03 because you said it’s working fine, but it is not working, the stab to select its static block is not appearing. Could you please provide us solution for this? We have checked it by clearing cache files as well, still, it’s not working.

    Thank You for your help, both options are now working!

    Team kindly check and solve this issue, actually, we have a FREE SHIPPING POLICY on our products for order values above 399/- INR but now on the cart page sidebar of products below 399/- INR, it’s showing like this

    It’s taking the minimum free shipping value as 349/-

    Check this our minimum order value setting that we have set

    Still, it’s not working.
    We have optimized our Database as well and cleared cache files, but still, it is the same.

    Please provide a solution for this.
