Footer and NewsLetter not getting properly aligned

Hi, i am facing a minor issue in footer area, have checked the static block, everything is good there. but on homepage, it is messed up, can you please help me align it properly. have tried clearing the cache and everything. even in customize mode, i am unable to click on footer widget settings bar.

Hello,

We do not see any problem in Footer on your Home page. Please clear cache and check one more time. Provide a screenshot of the problem.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.

Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Static Blocks Cache > Off.
Activate it once all changes in the footer will be done.
