    Hello,

    You can translate theme and XStore core plugin strings using Loco translate even if you plan to use WPML in the future. WPML accepts translated po, mo files. If you translate theme you need to translate not just theme but also XStore core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Or if you use WPML then scan the XStore core plugin for strings and use string translator to translate missing strings (if you did not translate them using Loco translate).

    I removed the custom code that you added to your custom CSS

        width: 270px !important;
    }

    and don’t see problem with the slider.

    Thank you for using our theme. Point is that the Instagram app does not have a share option, it does not allow sharing, so you can’t implement this.

    You are using a number of third-party plugins that do not speed up the site in general (Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce, Variation Swatches for WooCommerce, Woo Product Remover) and even the backend of your site loads slow. Also, your site is slow while we testing it with the default Storefront theme (6.4s – https://gtmetrix.com/reports/najpiekniejszy.pl/juF1VePB/). We tested the shop page to show you that the same content loads slowly with the default theme and with the XStore theme. Look, the site won’t load very fast with the XStore theme (that has a number of additional options, features, scripts) if it loads slowly even with the default theme that does not have anything. I tried to guide you that you need to look not at theme settings but at your server settings and at third-party plugins that you use, at the content you show on your pages. For example, you added 3 revolution sliders, 3 tabs elements with the 11 product sliders on the same page. It’s a heavy page. I have enabled lazy loading for the product elements to reduce the loading time but your server response time is slow https://prnt.sc/18r6d6o and you need to resolve this issue with the server support, not with theme support.

    Hello,

    I checked your site and see that it’s impossible to save a page even with the default theme. So, our theme is not the reason of the issue. Contact your hosting provider, ask them to check the server error logs and help you to fix the issue. We are able to help only in case error caused by our theme. If page saving does not work even with the default WP theme we can do nothing.

    There is no special option. Only by additional customization of the et_page_heading function.

    And Can I choose what information to show there?? http://prntscr.com/18ozq1n

    WooCommerce displays the Product name there. If you want to show something special it’s possible by additional customization only, unfortunately.

    1) We don’t have special option for the tag cloud but you can change bg color using custom code below. Add this to Theme Options > Custom CSS

        color: #fff;
    }

    2) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product styles > Product Content Elements > disable SKU

    3) Do you want to shop grid on the other page or you want to enable masonry for the shop page?

    Hello,

    Images from your screenshot are banners elements placed in the Custom Carousel element of the WPBakery page builder. Elementor page builder does not have a carousel element that allows adding banners inside. So, there is no option to create slider of the banners like it was made for the WPBakery demo.

    For the Elementor page you can use only the Product categories element to show the product categories like slider for the mobile and choose the categories you want to show there in the element Data settings. Or look for an additional Elementor addon that allows creating custom sliders.

    Contact Klarna developers to find out how to use their API with the WP and WooCommerce and where to place the custom code according to their requirements. We could just recommend you to use child theme for any changes you plan in theme.

    Hello,

    I know that not all the files were uploaded because I got a lot of the js errors in the console while checking your site in Customizer mode for example. Errors disappeared once I reuploaded files.
    I installed the File manager plugin. Uploaded theme archive to wp-content/themes/ folder. Then extracted theme archive using File manager plugin with overwriting of the old files https://prnt.sc/18q3uf5

    We have checked your site and tested it with the XStore theme and with the default Storefront theme.
    XStore test results – 6.5s – https://gtmetrix.com/reports/najpiekniejszy.pl/6UnmHbwA/
    Storefront theme results – 6.4s – https://gtmetrix.com/reports/najpiekniejszy.pl/juF1VePB/
    As you can see speed results are almost the same, so our theme is not the reason of the speed issue.
    You can enable the default WP theme and check by yourself.
    Besides, server response time is too long https://prnt.sc/18q3fxp Contact hosting support and ask to speed it up.

    2) What’s this and why did you add that code https://prnt.sc/18pyolh ? It causes the issue. Edit the Yellow pencil code that you added and remove the mentioned custom.

    Check the products and pages of your staging site. If everything is ok then we’ll be able to update production.
    Everything is ok for me but you should know your site better and maybe I missed anything while testing. So, make a double check that everything looks the way it should on the staging site. We should fix all the issues on the staging before production site upate.

    1) Go to Appearance > Widgets > move widgets from the Filters sidebar to Shop page sidebar.
    2) After that go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > enable sidebar for the shop page and product categories.
