Can’t Update my pages, “page not found” message keep appearing

    Please i need help or a total refund right now, i just bought this theme not up to 2 days ago. When i edit a page and i want to update it does not work and they tell me page not found, just like that. Am using the game theme, please i need a solution to this issue right now, its really urgent.

    Hello,

    Take our apologies. We suppose that issue in not related to our theme but to your server settings. Try to increase SubstituteMaxLineLength
    Follow the instructions mentioned in this comment https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820
    Check the page editing after that.

    Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check and help you.

    nothing seems to work still, seems it has instead worsen the situation, I just did increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength,

    by adding the code below in my .htaccess file

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
    </IfModule>

    Hello,

    I checked your site and see that it’s impossible to save a page even with the default theme. So, our theme is not the reason of the issue. Contact your hosting provider, ask them to check the server error logs and help you to fix the issue. We are able to help only in case error caused by our theme. If page saving does not work even with the default WP theme we can do nothing.

    please i need help with this theme, if nothing can be done then i need a refund. My website has just become soo slow out of a sudden; Am trying to export my products created but they keep sendiny me to my blog post page. Please i really do need help with this
