1) Are you talking about slider images? We used the Revolution slider. So go to Revolution slider > edit home page slider and change the slide image https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/slide-background/

2) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Connection block of the top header and delete the Newsletter element https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4

You have created mega menu using Static block and the mobile device inherits the desktop padding and font-size of the mega menu.
If you want to avoid this I would recommend you to create mobile menu without static block but with simple items and subitems and then go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > choose the newly created mobile menu.
