Hello,
The mobile menu in the mobile panel required a mobile menu element in the header to work properly. So, I added the mobile menu element to the header and hid it using custom CSS, and then the mobile panel menu works https://gyazo.com/df3080f993530889ace247182486590a
Let me know if you want to hide the mobile menu in the header for the mobile device and keep it in the mobile panel only.

1), 2) Probably 2 tokens were generated. You can remove one of them.
3) No, you don’t need “#” before the tag.
4) Home page and Instagram Wall are 2 different pages. So, if you want to edit Instagram from the Home page then edit the home page and Instagram element on the home page. If you want to include a separate page into your menu that will display the Instagram element only then use the Instagram Wall and add this page to your menu. If you don’t need that page then just remove it to avoid mix-up.
5) Could you, please, log in to your Instagram account here https://www.miraqorgifts.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sb-instagram-feed to test the gallery preview issue? And provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the likes.

I suppose that it also could be related to the mentioned js errors of the Elementor Pro. Let us know if Elementor support fix the error but image is still missing.
But the user does not enter the last name and first name during registration, that’s why you get the empty fields. The user is able to enter that information only once he created an account in his account area. So, don’t use the mentioned shortcodes in the New account email. You can use only email and username there.

If the only one issue that you have is the width of the footer then there is no need to restore backup because issue is related to Elementor Pro js error. You need contact plugin author to fix that.
