Hello. I have an issue with the logo image. After the update, the logo dissapeared. Instead, the only thing I see in it’s place is a grey square from lazy loading. I tried to remove the lazy loading but it didn’t work. What should I do? Thank you.

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

    Hello,

Could you, please, allow us access to plugins and correct FTP access https://prnt.sc/1bx49es ? We need to check the list of plugins that you use. Because it looks that one of them enables lazy loading option for logo image and it causes the issue.

    Regards

    Hello,

We found that you have a lot of errors that come from your cache plugin http://prntscr.com/1d2qg66 These errors cause the issue. So, contact plugin author to fix the errors and fix the logo issue. Or disable Lazy loading in the plugin settings.

    Regards
