    Hello,

    We have enabled all the possible options from the theme side to speed it up. We don’t have more options, so the only way is to look at the server-side settings that could be changed to get better speed.
    If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we could only give you a refund.

    Try to disable cache plugin and check if you have errors with the categories, slider and cart on mobile if cache plugin is enabled?

    Ok. But what’s the problem? If I check these products and if you choose the different custom tab content for every product template in builder settings then it displays different tabs content on the frontend. For example 1 https://prnt.sc/1qd4ee1 and 2 https://prnt.sc/1qd4eq5

    Hello,

    Do you mean that different single product templates do not display different tabs?
    Provide us with links to products that have different tabs in content, please, to check the issue again. Because once I updated the theme to version 8.0.5 I don’t see problem with the tabs content if it’s enabled in the single product settings.

    Take our apologies. That is out of date article. We removed that. Setup wizard is the option of the 5.x version of our theme. It was removed in 6.x and higher versions.

    Upload them to another site you have to fix the issue. Also, fix will be included in the next theme update.

    Hello,

    Every image that you import had it’s own id. So, if you import products from the third-party site to the new site it imports images but if the id of the image is already in use (by the demo content image) it imports image from that site with another id. But product loadings image by id and loads that old demo image and that’s why you see the wrong image. In your case, I would recommend you to delete the demo images from your site. We don’t have any options to affect the WooCommerce default import process.

    Issue caused by Google Listings and Ads plugin. Once the plugin is deactivated then WooZone plugin works ok without any error.

    Hello,

    I asked about Cloudflare because our developers did not see their changes while tried to fix the issue. So, temporarily disable CloudFlare or install the CloudFlare plugin and log in to your account to allow our developers to clear CDN cache after their changes. Reply back one you disable or install plugin and they will proceed. Once they fix the problem they will tell you which files to need to upload for the other installation you have to fix the issue.

    We’ll include the fix in the next theme update.

    You may try to enable both and check if you have any conflict with that. If yes that choose one of them only (either theme or plugin) depending on which one you like more.

    We don’t have any advanced styling options for this block. So, if you are looking for something advanced you need to look for additional plugins or additional customization.

    1) Checked your site but I don’t understand what exactly you want to implement with header. Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of the result you want to achieve and also WP Dashboard access to check the settings you use?

    2) What white space do you want to remove? Provide a screenshot for better understanding. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshots.

    3) Additional customization or content management is not included in our support, so we don’t have a price for this. We are able only to guide you with theme options. If you need personal customization you need to hire a developer. For example WPKraken team.
