I see that you use out of date version of our theme. Please, provide us with FTP access to your site to update the theme and XStore core plugin to the latest versions, and then we’ll be able to check the issue in more detail.
Do you have any server cache? Because we did some changes but they do not apply because of some kind of cache.

What cache plugin do you use? It looks that wp_is_mobile function does not work with your cache plugin and plugin caches the mobile version for the desktop. Could you, please, contact cache plugin support and ask how to avoid caching of the mobile version for the desktop device and separate mobile and desktop cache?

1) Our theme does not have option to fix the footer to the window bottom. Our theme displays the footer at the bottom of the page content and if your page content is too short then additional space appears below the footer to the window bottom.
2) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove space between header and page content.
Could you, please, write in English?
To translate the mentioned strings go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin > create a translation of the core plugin and translate all the mentioned strings.

8.0.7 version of theme is compatible with WooCommerce 5.7.1. Anyway, you may update WooCommerce plugin first (without theme update). Test your site. If everything is ok then update theme and core plugin to the latest version.
