Hi, do you support edit / add the “Recipient” in Built-in Email Builder?
What I wanna do: Despite “New account” to “Customer”, also want to send a copy to “Admin”.

If not support, where can I have a feature request?

Hello,

It’s not related to builder but to WooCommerce plugin. Follow the docs if you want to sent notification to admin about new accounts https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/notify-admin-new-account-created/
For other types of emails you can manage recipients from the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Manage email type and add recipients https://prnt.sc/1us0e2i
