I have the same problem when updated the Xstore Core plugin on test environment. Please help!
Hello,
Just a follow up on this. You mentioned that this will be implemented soon. Was it already done in the latest version of the theme? Please confirm. Thank you!
“Regarding the Swatches: I was able to get them to work (thank you for the training video!), yet the problem is that it is (Size Swatch Label) DISPLAYED even if stock for the attribute = 0. Is there any way to display with cross out X Or NOT display at all the attributes (like Size) if the stock for the attribute is “0” (out of stock).
If the swatches disabled, the Out of Stock attribute is NOT displayed in the dropdown, which is Correct. Can the same be done for Swatches? Not display the Attribute Label for Out of Stock Attribute, following the same logic, as it is currently done for dropdown attribute view?”
Thank you!
Thank you, Olga. Yet, I have NOT received an email from you with the updated file. Could you please resend it to me?
Much appreciated,
Olga
Thank you, Rose. So it should be no problem to update to the latest woocommerce and wordpress versions?
Please confirm.
Thank you again for your help.
Olga
Hi Rose,
Thank you for your reply. We have just installed the latest woocommerce on the test environment and noticed the outdated theme file (xstore/woocommerce/content-widget-product.php version 3.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.5.5). No major issues have been identified, yet we have not tested it throughly.
Looking forward to the new version of the theme.
Thank you!
Olga
No worries. The update came in from Themeforest, as well as I found the theme update under the auto updates.
Thank you.
Thank you, Olga. I can only see the XStore Core Plugin update under the Dashboard/Updates. No theme update. Should we wait until THEME update or should we update the CORE plugin?
Thank you!
Olga
Hi Rose,
Thank you very much for your help! It worked!
Olga
Thank you, Rose for the suggestions. I will try this and let you know.
Thank you Olga for the information.
Yet, none of the image options work for us (Inherit = the same as default; Cover = expand it too much; Contain = makes the image extremely small). Since we are switching from Blanco theme, we are looking for a similar solution as we have right now in Blanco = thumbnail image is displayed fully in the header of the product category. Thumbnail image in Xstore does not work, as it is not displayed at all on the front end. Customer Header Image (breadcrumb image) does not work either. Do you have any suggestion?
We use this image to display a specific limited time promotion for the product category (e.g. Dresses Flash SALE, etc).
Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Rose,
We were able to figure out what is causing ALL these problems. Somehow Rev Slider was embedding into a specific menu item – see this link `http://test.olgalishansky.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Screen-Shot-2018-12-17-at-11.37.46-AM.png
This is internal theme bug, which needs to be fixed. If you need steps to reproduce it, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Hi Rose,
Thank you for the follow up.
Yes, of course, SEARCH is enabled. In fact, I have found out that the only page the Search is working (the search field displayed after clicking on the search symbol) is SAMPLE PAGE. On other pages it does not work (the search field is not displayed). It was working fine prior to the theme upgrade.
Which plugins I should try disable? I’m not sure which plugins belong to the theme, so I should not disable them? Please help.
Also, is it possible that the Custom CSS modified earlier by your support team (in order to fix other problems/tickets logged) could cause this problem and all other display not functioning problems (MENU on mobile not working, FILTER by price / attributes not working, ENTER PROMO CODE not working, QUICK VIEW not working)?
Please help! This is CRITICAL.
Thank you!
In fact, it DOES NOT work on any pages on MOBILE now. Please help! Thank you
Thank you! When I disabled the Sticky Sidebar the side bar displayed now.
Thank you for the latest version, but unfortunately it did not solve the problem.
Please take a look at the Admin – credentials provided.
Thank you!
Hi Rose,
I have not received anything. Could you please resend the latest version of the theme to my email? Thank you!
Also, I have noticed that theme version 5.1.3 available, yet it is not in the Themeforest I was able to download 5.1.2 only. Could you please provide us with the latest version of the theme?
Thank you!
Here is the link to the sample wide layout of another website, as per original inquiry.
Hi Rose, Yes, it does look fine after the cache is cleared on mobile.
Thank you very much for helping out!
Olga
Hi Rose,
Thank you very much for getting back to us. Yet, we do not see that the problem is resolved.
Please see the attached MOBILE QUICK VIEW BUTTON PROBLEM
May be I was not clear enough: the problem is that the Quick View Button on MOBILE displayed by default, but not upon the Hover Over Action. Due to this, Quick View button often blocks the product photo (not able to see the product on shop page), depending on the size on the product photo.
Could you please help us with this? This is a very big problem.
Thank you for your support.
Hi Rose, Tried to disable Hover Over on Mobile, but there is no change.
I’m providing the admin access in Private area.
Please note, there is already some custom css code added by Olga in your team (due to the problem with images on shop page) – this code MUST stay in.
Thank you!
Hi Rose,
We have tried to put the code in Global CSS and it shows Error, as well as it does not change anything on mobile Quick View Button – same problem.
Please help us in resolving it!
Let us know if you need access to admin. Thank you!
Olga
Thank you, Rose! Which section I put it in? There are 5 different sections for Custom.css under Theme Option: Global, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile (landscape) and Mobile. Which one should I out this code in?
Thank you for you help!
Olga
Great! Looking forward. Thank you!
Thank you, Olga! It looks better now. I will let you know if any additional tweaking is required.
Much appreciated.
Olga
Dear Olga,
Thank you for the suggestion, yet it did not work. All thumbnail (including catalogue) images are hard cropped to 1:1 instead of fitting the allocated slot for the image, and this is not acceptable. The only solution is to force images to FIT not to hard crop.
Please help!!!
I’m providing you with the admin access credentials in private content.
Thank you!
Olga
Thank you, Olga.
That would be great! When should we expect the new release of the theme, approximately?
Thank you,
Olga
Regarding the Swatches: I was able to get them to work (thank you for the training video!), yet the problem is that it is (Size Swatch Label) DISPLAYED even if stock for the attribute = 0. If the swatches disabled, the Out of Stock attribute is NOT displayed in the dropdown, which is Correct. Can the same be done for Swatches? Not display the Attribute Label for Out of Stock Attribute, following the same logic, as it is currently done for dropdown attribute view?

Thank you!
