Awesome thank you very much. Another query on the header please…

1. How do I set the same overlay / transparency for mobile / tablet layouts?

2. On the desktop custom header builder (default header) I have added a secondary menu element but when I swap view to tablet, there is no option for a secondary menu. How do I get the exact same layout on desktop & tablet (but not mobile)?

Here is tablet view and there is no widget to add for a secondary menu -> https://i.imgur.com/TOPHtYC.png

I want to swap the search bar with the menu on tablets (like the desktop view). But leave mobile menu as it is…

OR

is there a way to edit the breakpoint so that mobile menu only kicks in at 768px and below? I think it is currently set at 992px. Do you know the custom css to achieve this please or the setting?

3. Search results for pages is showing as ‘True Found’ – see private for an image showing this. Please advise how to fix.

4. On the breadcrumbs, on special pages such as my account & wishlist (uses different breadcrumb layout with an icon) – it shows the return to previous page link only on screens smaller than desktop. It is (correctly) hidden on desktops but not on tablet / mobile. How to do this please as it looks silly being on those two pages.

Awesome thanks. That’s the one. But recently you provided extra css to hide the big svg that was visible.

Not sure if you recall? I can’t find it in my recent posts. Weird as I know you sent me an extra snippet to hide the overlay svg.

I have now resolved this issue using functions to do as I need.

Maybe a good idea to ask the dev team to add functionality to a future upgrade to add a custom block with a single product carousel option / upsell / related products etc.

It can be done, just surprised nobody has ever requested a proper single product carousel that shows upsells / related products in a custom widget block.

Thanks for this, it isn’t working right so please see private info for details.

It’s affecting all columns on the product page as the tab section that’s currently 100% (split into a 60/40 with sidebar) is also affected. It’s specifically the top section that contains the image to the left and product data to the right that needs changing. Everything below (ie from tabs down) must stay as preset as it works fine.

Ahh – have found the answer – it is with the certificates block that you added for me last week – once I disable this from being called into the tabs then it is fixed so I will go and check these – it’s clearly this where the issue is.

Hi

I have already tested disabling all plugins but even then I am only using a couple on the product page – no difference when deactivated:

Plugins in use are as follows (all compatible on my other sites):

1. WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro
2. WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator
3. Woo Add Custom Fee
4. Elementor Pro

The error, as shown in the console is not a conflict – it is specific to the missing file – /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/etheme-scripts.min.js

If you check inspector you should be able to notice what the issue is being it’s your theme.

I am not happy giving full FTP as there is a live site using a different theme and we cannot go editing files as it will affect the live site – I am using a staging db but the main files sit on the same server path for FTP.

I altready did explain and I sent image screenshots with it to spell it out – look at the two images and you can see how it should look (and does look on all products) except new ones that I add. An image also shows the errors…

Did you notice in private (last comment) the java issues as well? There are loads which may be affecting it being it errors on tabs and the mobile footer is indeed a tab. To confirm, I am not loading any js that could conflict and have added no functions to the child theme in use (yet).

Even using Elementor Pro – or woocommerce page builder for elementor?

I presumed with these you could then create templates and thus show / hide between devices within the block responsive settings?

I have cleared cache and it is not fixing it – the top header is being taken from the homepage custom heading – ie white font so it isn’t showing without the blue background.

I found a remedy – just adding this into each product custom css element –

.header-top {
background: #00a8da !important;
}

That does what I need – however is this an issue with the theme as it shouldn’t be taking the custom header when then conditionals say its for homepage only?

If you can look into it then great – cannot give ftp as the live site is also on the server and FTP shouldn’t be needed – why did you ask for it as I guess we can give access if it’s the only way to fix the issue?
