First of all, thank you for logging and fixing it! You’re a star!

    1) How do I know if I have changed the parent theme files? I just login to WordPress and make changes there and on XStore Customiser. My last sentence at the end of this post should help you tackle my initial question labelled 1) in my post from yesterday…

2a and 2b) Well explained. Thank you!

    3) I thought I was using HTML 1 block but glad I wasn’t. You’re correct in saying I don’t need it 🙂

The YouTube code I need is…
    https://developers.google.com/youtube/youtube_subscribe_button

Of course, not exactly the above. You can see the code I tried to save in the headers and footers plugin + XStore Customiser HTML Block 1.

Can you login and confirm the code has been saved in headers and footers plugin correctly so that next time I update the theme I don’t lose the YouTube subscribe button?

    I had the same issue.

Glad to hear it will be fixed in the next update. As ever, thanks for your speedy responses!

I’ve downgraded and will wait for the next theme update before upgrading the cookies notice plugin.

I already had but will ask them to re-open…

And thanks for your tip but changing to red asterisk doesn’t require :wink

I just change the colour code after # in the above code you wanted. Also, I can just use Elementor to create a contact us page… I don’t need what you’ve mentioned (well, I cannot see anyways)

    1) Thank you so much. Makes perfect sense.

    2) Thank you. I will change to red asterisk though :wink

“– Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear for me, provide screenshots for a better understanding”

Sorry, allow me to explain again. I want a contact us button to be above the ‘back to top’ button. I want the button to show on all pages except the contact us page.
    Screenshot to explain: https://prnt.sc/xvjxqh

I did this but cannot see a new update since the mistake of the giant back to top button.

No such thing as 7.2.4.1 for me…

I can create a new thread but are you sure it has been released to customers yet??

Edit: Bizarelly “check again” in wordpress never worked. I had to click on Xstore within wordpress then the “Update” button and then it installed fine with no issues.

    Indeed.

MOST voted thing on your list of ideas EVER.

    Customers have spoke!

I hope we see more action than words as I see the competitors are leading on speed (may not be other features but definitely speed)

    1) What is the single product page? Please give name (not url) of the page from my site and I will go check it. Separately, how do I get the contact us bar to be near the scrollbar on ALL pages except the contact us page??

    2) I already read that page. Please log in and clear the error. I tried to fix myself but failed 🙁 Can you also ensure that on the Contact Us page a “Email address” field is added and that plus the rest of the fields are mandatory?

    1) That’s very disappointing and also very annoying for us customers!!!

    2) Okay, I hope it can be fixed? Shouldn’t take too long… I doubt priorities list can be used as an excuse. Would take someone like 5 minutes.

    1) The problem is the button isn’t on my site. I followed the above steps.

    2) Sorry, I do not understand. Can you please login and fix?

    1) Can I check you understood what I mean? I’m not saying remove the formatting but instead to fix the bug with the formatting.

    2) Thank you. Can you also discuss fixing the typo in “confirm” when closing a topic? Try closing a topic and you will see “confirm” misspelt.

    What a fantastic response.

    Thank you!

    1) I no longer need this question answering as you fixed with your other answers. FYI: https://prnt.sc/xq08mm enabling view cart button fixed my issue.

    2) All sorted. Thanks!

It’s really annoying when you write a long message in the private content area and then later want to edit it. You have to do add all the spacing again 🙁

The spacing and the fact it defaults to coding would be great if fixed. By spacing I mean it squashes the text (turns several paragraphs into one with <> everywhere!)

Separately, can you turn off your site loader on your forum site? I know how to do on the theme but I find your site loader quite annoying. Most good websites don’t have a siteloader. Site loaders are more for apps. Seeing it every time I post is annoying.

    Did you clear both caches?

The one in WordPress and your browser?

And glad my screenshot helped you turn off the feature.

Hopefully, an upate will be released asap as a lot of users are raising the same bug!

I had the same problem (see last top posts on this link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/after-update-look-this/#post-270362)

Solution: Try to flush your WordPress cache and browser cache then check again. Google how to clear both caches if not sure ?

The issues appear to relate to the new scroll function.

Edit: To answer your question (https://prnt.sc/xodkpa)

    Thanks Olga.

    This is what I’ve done…

I’ve installed the headers and footers plugin.

I’ve added the code you mentioned to scripts in body.

This is where I’m not sure if I’ve done it right…

I basically used the XStore theme options to add it to where I want (please login into the account provided and look at HTML 3 block. Link: https://prnt.sc/xocw76)

Account details including website provided in the private content area.

I would like to know if ALL of the above I did means I will not lose the ‘Like’ button when I next update.

    Thanks!

I can confirm I can see your ‘back to top’ button fine but I also am admitting I had the same issue. Clear BOTH of the above caches and then visit your website.
