    Dear Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly request that you refrain from adding custom code directly to the parent theme, as any changes made will be lost with each new update.

    Instead, we recommend using the following plugin to safely insert custom code: [Insert Headers and Footers Plugin](https://wordpress-org.translate.goog/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/).

    We trust this will be helpful. Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear Grace,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the currency switcher is currently positioned at the bottom of your website, as shown in this screenshot: [link](https://prnt.sc/WeF9OIm4OXne).

    If you would like the switcher to appear only on mobile devices, we recommend adding the wp_is_mobile() condition to your custom code. The updated code should look like this:

    add_action('wp_footer', 'add_currency_switcher_html');
    function add_currency_switcher_html(){
         if(wp_is_mobile()){
              /* Your HTML code will go here */
         }
    }

    We hope this solution is helpful. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Jegadesh A,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that on mobile devices(REAL mobile devices), there is limited space, so the “Add to Cart” text is hidden by default. However, if you would like to display the text again, you can do so by adding the following CSS code under **XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS**:

    @media (max-width: 600px){
        .single-product .quantity-discount-add button.add_to_cart_button::after {
            content: 'Add To Cart';
            margin-left: 5px;
            display: inline-block;
            font-size: 16px;
        }
    }

    We hope this solution is helpful. Should you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear Quyen,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the shortcode you are using will not function as expected. Instead, we recommend using the following HTML code:

    <a href="https://dev.xstore/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/detail.jpg" data-elementor-open-lightbox="yes">Size Chart</a>

    Please note that the size chart image must be downloaded and uploaded to your website for this to work correctly.

    We hope this solution is helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Could you kindly clarify what you mean by “lighter”? Are you referring to changing the text color or reducing the font weight (boldness)?

    Please confirm your preference, and we will be happy to provide you with the appropriate custom CSS codes.

    Dear Francesca,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have recently translated some texts into Italian, and they appear to be functioning correctly. You can view the translations here: [Link](https://riccardigioielli.it/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-it_IT.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit).

    Additionally, here is a screenshot for your reference: [Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/W4AgwLkFvc4T).

    Could you kindly remove the existing Italian language translation? It seems it may be causing conflicts with other languages.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Dear Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have successfully added the custom CSS codes as discussed in the following topic: [Link to Topic](https://www.8theme.com/topic/table-content-is-not-showing-centre-aligned-and-width-of-columns-auto-justified/#post-421090).

    To apply the changes, you simply need to wrap your tables with the div.table tag. Here is an example for your reference:

    <div class="table">
    <table width="1109">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td rowspan="2" width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Item Code</strong></span></td>
    <td width="129"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Working Load Limit</strong></span></td>
    <td width="156"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Breaking  Load</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>A±0.5</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>B±1.5</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>D±1.5</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>H±1</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>L±2</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>E±2</strong></span></td>
    <td width="103"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Weight</strong></span></td>
    </tr>
    ...
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </div>

    We hope this resolves the issue. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @azicard,

    We would like to inform you that the custom code provided will affect all pages on your website, including the cart, product archive, single product pages, and more.

    To test this, you can temporarily comment out the following code from the functions.php file located in your XStore Child Theme:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_quantity_input_args', 'jk_woocommerce_quantity_input_args', 10, 2 ); // Simple products
    function jk_woocommerce_quantity_input_args( $args, $product ) {
    	if ( !is_cart() ) {
    		global $post;
    		$product = wc_get_product( $post->ID );
    		$custom_number = $product->get_meta( 'custom_order_number_field' );
    		$args['input_value'] 	= $custom_number ? $custom_number : 1;	// Starting value (we only want to affect product pages, not cart)
    		$args['max_value'] 	= 80000; 	// Maximum value
    		$args['min_value'] 	= $custom_number;   	// Minimum value
    		$args['step'] 		= $custom_number;    // Quantity steps
    	}
    	return $args;
    }

    Hi Helen,

    Your custom codes are not working correctly on the cart page.

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_quantity_input_args', 'jk_woocommerce_quantity_input_args', 10, 2 ); // Simple products
    function jk_woocommerce_quantity_input_args( $args, $product ) {
    	if ( !is_cart() ) {
    		global $post;
    $product = wc_get_product( $post->ID );
    $custom_number = $product->get_meta( 'custom_order_number_field' );
    		$args['input_value'] 	= $custom_number ? $custom_number : 1;	// Starting value (we only want to affect product pages, not cart)
    		$args['max_value'] 	= 80000; 	// Maximum value
    		$args['min_value'] 	= $custom_number;   	// Minimum value
    		$args['step'] 		= $custom_number;    // Quantity steps
    	}
    	return $args;
    }

    We’ve updated the custom code a bit to make the the plus/minus button work again on the cart page.

    Further customization codes will fall out of scope our support standard services we provide. If you would like to proceed with personalized customization, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our customization panel, accessible via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Hi @EmporioWeb,

    Sorry for the late response!

    2. If not, would combining WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts with Private Store for WooCommerce achieve these goals?

    It seems like combining these two plugins could be a good solution. We encourage you to give it a try. Additionally, the plugin author offers a 30-day money-back guarantee in case the plugins do not meet your requirements.

    3. Lastly, does XStore offer any alternative solutions for managing restricted access and global discounts?

    Unfortunately, it’s not available with XStore yet. If you would like to request the addition of new features or options, we kindly invite you to submit your suggestion on our Taskboard at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Should your request receive sufficient support from other customers, our development team will carefully consider including it in one of our future updates.
