Could you please contact your hosting provider and request that they add Pinterest’s IP address to the whitelist and allow third-party services to crawl the content on your website?
Please note that this issue is not related to the XStore theme.

2. Kindly locate and remove the following custom CSS code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1320px) {
.header-wrapper .header-main-menu>div>.menu>li:last-child {
display: none;
}
}
3. We have updated the size of the product images as shown here: https://prnt.sc/LdlkaUwA7Eml.
Could you please review it again?
Best regards,

Dear @Niddy,
Unfortunately, we are unable to make this change at the moment. The current behavior is the default way the product filters function, and modifying it would require extensive customization.
We kindly encourage you to share your suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives sufficient support from other customers, our development team will carefully consider its inclusion in a future update.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello @Goostaf,
Using custom CSS code may not be the most suitable solution in this case.
We recommend creating two separate rows—one for mobile and one for desktop—and using two different image sizes accordingly.
We hope this helps.

Hi @Goostaf,
To change the size of banner images on mobile. Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
@media (max-width: 600px){
div#banner-8522 img {
height: 500px;
object-fit: cover;
}
#banner-4558 img {
height: 500px;
object-fit: cover;
}
}

Hi @Ethan,
Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
@media (min-width: 1024px){
body:not(.home) header[data-elementor-type="header"] {
margin-bottom: 195px;
}
}
@media (max-width: 1023px){
body:not(.home) header[data-elementor-type="header"] {
margin-bottom: 100px;
}
}
Kind regards,

Hello @Goostaf,
We are still not entirely clear about the issues you are experiencing.
In the first two blocks, you are using two images, while in the last two blocks, you are using two banners.
If your goal is to make all four blocks identical, please note that this is not possible.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello Ethan,
Instead of using two separate headers for the home and other pages (https://prnt.sc/CdMBNXW3Wxjy), could you please use a single header for all pages of the website? This way, you will not need to make edits twice.
You can access the header builder here:
https://sunnyyarn.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor-app&ver=3.32.4#/site-editor/templates/header
We hope this helps.

Hello @Fabiola,
1. On the home page, please replace the slider with a single background image.
2. Kindly remove any unused third-party plugins.
3. Please compress and combine the CSS files using the cache plugin currently in use.
4. You may use online tools such as TinyPNG or image optimization plugins like Imagify or Smushit to improve performance.
Unfortunately, if these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to hire an expert for further assistance. Website speed optimization is beyond the scope of the standard support services we provide.
Best regards,
