    Dear @Chris,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the XStore theme utilizes the default rating template provided by the WooCommerce plugin.

    If you wish to customize the rating HTML code, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Copy the rating template file from the WooCommerce plugin directory:

    /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/rating.php

    2. Paste it into your XStore child theme in the corresponding directory:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/loop/rating.php

    3. Once the file is in place, you may proceed to add your custom code within this overridden file.

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi @Safe Desires,

    Can you please update the custom CSS codes to this?

    .woocommerce-checkout .e-woocommerce-notices-wrapper {
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }
    .woocommerce-checkout .e-woocommerce-notices-wrapper .woocommerce-info {
        margin-top: 2rem;
    }
    .woocommerce-checkout .e-woocommerce-notices-wrapper .woocommerce-info:nth-child(2),
    .woocommerce-checkout .e-woocommerce-notices-wrapper .woocommerce-message {
        display: none !important;
    }

    .woocommerce-checkout .elementor-widget.elementor-widget-woocommerce-notices {
        margin-bottom: 5px;
    }

    Going back to my original question, is it possible to place [woocommerce_checkout_coupon_form] in the spot where I am pointing to? It makes more sense to have the coupon field next to where the result would be shown instead of completely different areas of the page.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to move the coupon form inside the checkout form, as they are two separate forms within the system. However, we recommend trying the following solution, which may help you achieve a similar result:

    https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-move-remove-coupon-form-cart-checkout/

    We hope this proves helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Abdulaziz,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing a detailed explanation of your request.

    To customize the user registration process in the XStore theme—specifically the custom registration form that appears in the popup/modal or sidebar (as opposed to the default WooCommerce “My Account” page)—we recommend overriding the relevant template file.

    The registration form used in the popup/modal can be found at the following path:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

    To override this file, please copy it to your child theme using the path below:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

    When making modifications, kindly ensure that the original structure and logic of the file are preserved while adding your custom fields.

    To add a custom user role:

    https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_role/

    We hope this guidance helps you implement the desired customization successfully. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear Mauro,

    We have reviewed the matter and can confirm that the lowest price currently displayed is $449: https://tinyurl.com/28vqnuho.

    Could this possibly be related to a caching issue on your end?

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Outgrowth,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We noticed that you are currently using the Checkout Multisteps element. Please note that with this layout, the shipping cost is displayed within the main section, as shown here: https://tinyurl.com/2akws9xs.

    If you would prefer to have the shipping cost appear in the right-hand column, we recommend switching to the default Checkout element provided by Elementor. You can view an example here: https://tinyurl.com/26b7rs79.

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance with the setup, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @mkwong,

    1. Regarding your second point (as illustrated in Figure 2): You inquired whether the video could be positioned second or third, rather than appearing first or last.
    > We greatly appreciate your input and encourage you to submit this suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives sufficient support from other users, our development team will give it careful consideration for inclusion in a future update.

    2. Regarding your third point (as shown in Figure 3): You noted that on mobile devices, only three thumbnails are visible and there is no clear indication that additional thumbnails are available.
    > While users can swipe left or right to view more thumbnails, we understand your concern and are happy to investigate this further. To assist you more effectively, we kindly ask that you resolve the current access issues with your website so we can examine the matter in greater detail and provide more targeted support.
