    Dear Siddharth,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to bring to your attention that the “Delay JavaScript Execution” feature of the WP Rocket plugin (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution/?utm_source=wp_plugin&utm_medium=wp_rocket), which plays a significant role in optimizing website performance, appears to have been disabled for the majority of the plugins and the theme currently in use. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference:
    https://prnt.sc/29JCezhzwqtt

    We kindly request that you re-enable this feature by removing the existing exclusions for the theme and plugins. This will allow us to assess whether reactivating the feature contributes to improved performance scores.

    Additionally, we have observed that your website has over 30 third-party plugins installed. Please note that having an excessive number of plugins may negatively impact your website’s loading speed. We recommend reviewing and removing any unnecessary plugins to enhance overall performance.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @Naveen Kumar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The displayed time is derived from the order’s date and time. In cases where the order date and time are not set, the system will generate a random value between 2 and 59.

    For your reference, please see the following screenshot:
    https://prnt.sc/iUyNOZGCQOqw

    If you wish to modify this behavior, you can do so in the following file:
    /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/sales-booster/sales-booster.php on line 792.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    	switch ( $translated_text ) {
    		case 'In stock' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 1';
    			break;
    		case 'Out of stock' :

    	}
    	return $translated_text;
    }
    add_filter( 'gettext', 'n2t_text_strings', 20, 3 );

    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you of the recent updates made to your website:

    1. Blog Page:
    Your blog page has been updated to match the layout and design of our Business 02 demo: https://learnwith.ahtsham.me/blogs/.
    If you wish to make further customizations, you may do so by navigating to the “Style” tab, where you can adjust styles related to images, post titles, and more.

    2. Author Page:
    The styling of the author page has been aligned with that of the blog page.
    Please note that it is not possible to include a search form that filters posts by a specific author. The search functionality will always redirect to a general search results page displaying all relevant posts across all authors.

    3. Single Post Page:
    To add a social share button to your single post pages, please edit your “Single Post Builder” template and place the button wherever you prefer. For your reference, here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/GJ5pURUFg8gt.

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @BUZONNECT,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Please note that the custom code is located in the functions.php file within your child theme directory.

    2. At this time, the functionality to hide elements is only applicable to products of the “Simple Product” type.

    4. To make the necessary adjustments, kindly edit the Single Product Builder template using the following link:
    https://www.bumag.ro/wp-admin/post.php?post=4225&action=elementor

    Within the Sticky Cart element, navigate to the Advanced tab and add the required Custom CSS, as shown in the screenshot below:
    https://prnt.sc/1vDKnph5LGE8

    The same approach should be applied to the Related Products element.

    Dear @Omar Quddam,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the WooCommerce plugin does not support HTML code within the Analytics Dashboard. Therefore, modifying the currency symbol in the backend is not recommended in this case.

    To address this, we kindly suggest updating your custom code as follows:

    add_filter('woocommerce_currency_symbol', 'custom_saudi_riyal_svg_symbol', 10, 2);

    function custom_saudi_riyal_svg_symbol($currency_symbol, $currency) {
        if (!is_admin() && $currency === 'SAR') {
            $currency_symbol = '';
        }
        return $currency_symbol;
    }

    We hope this solution proves helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @BUZONNECT,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. We have updated the sale price color to red. Kindly review the changes at your convenience and let us know if everything appears as expected.

    2. To modify the text for dynamic categories, please add the following code to the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    function n2t_text_strings( $translated_text, $text, $domain ) {
    	switch ( $translated_text ) {
    		case 'All' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 1';
    			break;
    		case 'Shop All' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 2';
    			break;
    		case 'New' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 3';
    			break;
    		case 'New Arrivals' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 4';
    			break;
    		case 'Sale' :
    			$translated_text = 'Your Text 4';
    			break;
    	}
    	return $translated_text;
    }
    add_filter( 'gettext', 'n2t_text_strings', 20, 3 );

    3. If you would like to hide the estimated delivery date, this can be achieved using custom CSS. Please note that this solution will only apply to simple products. You may add the following CSS code under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    .outofstock .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_sales_booster_estimated_delivery {
    	display: none !important;

    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Currently, our platform does not support a built-in feature that allows users to switch between light and dark modes directly from the frontend. However, you can set dark mode as the default style for your entire website via the Theme Options panel.

    Please note that implementing the functionality you’ve requested would require extensive custom development, which falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    We highly encourage you to submit your suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives significant interest from other users, our development team will gladly consider it for inclusion in a future update.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @martijntje,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, it is possible to adjust the padding of the content on the single product page specifically for the mobile version. You can achieve this by adding custom CSS to your site. For example:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
        .single-product .content-page{
            padding-left: 20px;
            padding-right: 20px;
        }
    }

    Please make sure to add this code to your child theme’s style.css file or in the Customizer under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    If it doesn’t work, please provide us with your single product page URL.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
