    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    We kindly request that no further modifications be made to the global template builder available at the following link:
    https://learnwith.ahtsham.me/wp-admin/post.php?post=3113&action=elementor.

    At this point, you only need to add the new elements we mentioned in our previous response to this template. Once added, these changes will automatically apply to all of your posts.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Steve,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that a conflict was caused by one of the third-party plugins, although we are currently unable to determine exactly which one. To address the issue, we have implemented a custom JavaScript solution.

    Please let us know if you experience any further difficulties or if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Best regards,

    Hi @Niddy,

    Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    @media (max-width: 1230px){
        body .etheme-product-filters,
        body .etheme-product-filters-items {
            grid-template-columns: auto;
            width: 100%;
        }
        body .etheme-product-filters-button button {
            width: 100%;
        }

    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the post in question has been edited using Elementor, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/tXRhxh-EsnQD. Please note that using Elementor in this case overrides the default template, which means it is no longer utilizing the standard template builder.

    To ensure proper functionality and consistency, we kindly ask you to switch back to the default WordPress editor. Once you do so, you will be able to edit the global template via the following link:

    Dear @Pasindu Dulanjana,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    You can easily create a custom layout for specific products using the Single Product Builder with Elementor. Please refer to the following documentation for detailed guidance:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

    Once you have completed designing your custom layout, you can assign it to selected products by setting the appropriate conditions. One recommended approach is to:

    – Create a new product category named “Custom Design”
    – Assign the custom layout to this newly created category

    Dear @kmc,

    To ensure that the main product image displays in full width, please add the following custom CSS code to your site:

    .single-product .woocommerce-product-gallery__image img {
        object-fit: cover !important;
    }

    Regarding the square thumbnail images, unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust them in the same way, as the product slider is designed to span the full width of the screen.

    We hope this clarifies your query. Should you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @GreenLion,

    We hope this message finds you well. Please find below the latest updates and responses from our development team regarding the issues and inquiries raised:

    1. Sidebar Basket and Cart Page – Quantity Stepper & Mobile Display:
    The “Add to Cart” button display issue on mobile has been resolved. However, please note that the sidebar basket and cart page are components of the XStore theme. As such, custom coding does not apply to these areas, and they are not supported for further customization in this context.

    2. Product Grid Page Appearance:
    We are unclear about the issue you are referring to regarding the grey colors and the tile style. Could you kindly provide screenshots or a video to help us better understand the problem?

    3. Checkout Timer Duration:
    The checkout countdown timer has been updated to 180 minutes (3 hours) as requested. This change was made under Sale Booster > Cart / Checkout Countdown.

    4. Customer Login Redirect:
    By default, WooCommerce redirects users to the account page upon login. To change this behavior, a third-party plugin may be required.

    5. WooCommerce Shipping vs. Plugin:
    We have not tested any third-party shipping plugins. For now, we recommend continuing to use the default WooCommerce shipping settings.

    6. Removal of “Shop-New” Page:
    To update the shop page reference, please navigate to the following URL: https://greenliondistro.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products. Then, change the shop page from “Shop-New” to “Shop” as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_Z2lfzFffq80.

    7. Quantity Stepper and Mobile Display on Product Grid:
    The quantity stepper is not included in the sidebar cart by default. Please verify this again. Regarding the “Add to Cart” button display on the product grid page for mobile, this issue has already been addressed.

    8. Role-Based Pricing Issues:

    – The green color indicating discounted prices is a default behavior of the role-based pricing plugin. Unfortunately, we do not support customization of third-party plugin features.
    – The sidebar basket and cart page displaying standard prices instead of discounted prices is also related to third-party plugin compatibility. Regrettably, we are unable to provide support for integrating third-party plugins with custom code.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @BUZONNECT,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that our development team has not yet tested compatibility with Elementor version 4. Therefore, we recommend continuing to use version 3.x for the time being to ensure optimal performance and stability.

    If you would like to explore version 4, we suggest doing so on a staging site first to avoid any potential issues on your live website.

    We would like to inform you that our development team has implemented improvements to CPU usage in the XStore theme, starting from version 9.5.x.

    Dear @Siddharth,

    1. Kindly uncheck the third-party scripts, the XStore theme, and all related Elementor plugins as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/29JCezhzwqtt.

    2. Please note that using a slider on the homepage may negatively impact your PageSpeed score. We recommend replacing it with a static banner image for better performance.

    3. We also suggest optimizing your images using tools such as TinyPNG, Imagify, or the Smush plugin to enhance loading speed.

    Please be advised that website speed optimization falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    Thank you for your understanding.
