    Hello @CMS DEV

    Please, check now !
We added next filter in your child-theme/functions.php:
    add_filter('etheme_product_grid_list_product_first_category', '__return_false');

To make such snippet working we also modified few files in XStore Core plugin and such improves will be included in next theme update.

    Dear @CMS DEV,

We hope this message finds you well.

If you wish to implement any modifications, please note that there are specific guidelines for doing so correctly using child themes. Copying entire files from framework/ folder, such as woo.php, is not permitted, as this approach may lead to errors during future theme updates. This is because certain functions added in these files may not be available on your website if the entire file is copied, rather than only the specific functions you intend to modify.

We kindly ask you to review the proper method for making modifications and address the issue accordingly.

Additionally, we are still awaiting FTP access in order to proceed further.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @mcoolzh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

In this case, we kindly suggest creating the popup content manually, as the error appears to originate from the Elementor code. The most important step is to ensure that the available conditions in popup builder meet your specific requirements.

If you are satisfied with the outcome, please consider marking this topic as resolved.

    Dear @shind,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that you are currently using a plugin to modify the checkout fields, which may be affecting the positioning of the email field as configured in the XStore Checkout widget. For instance, we have noticed that the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin is installed on your website. We kindly recommend testing the checkout functionality with only the required plugins enabled, and temporarily deactivating any third-party plugins, to determine if the issue persists.

Regarding the display of payment options, we suggest reviewing the following response for further clarification:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-coupon-code-and-yith-gift-card-in-elementor-cart-and-checkout-page/#post-441595

In your specific case, we are utilizing the ‘woocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details’ hook, which now ensures that the payment buttons are displayed correctly. Please refer to the following screenshot for confirmation:
    https://prnt.sc/VQVMA2g2zNjq

    Dear @mcoolzh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you are not fully satisfied with the built-in Newsletter popup functionality provided by our theme, you have the option to create a custom popup using Elementor’s Popup Builder. This allows you to design and configure the popup according to your specific requirements by applying the appropriate conditions and filters.

For detailed guidance on how to create your first popup with Elementor, please refer to their official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/

Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Alessandro,

We hope this message finds you well.

Regarding the YITH Gift plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/z1dUYNLDIDf5, the gift form is displayed using specific WooCommerce hooks – namely, ‘woocommerce_before_cart’ for the Cart page and ‘woocommerce_before_checkout_form’ for the Checkout page.

Since your pages are built using Elementor, you can utilize the “WooCommerce Hook” widget, which allows you to select the appropriate hook from a predefined list. For your convenience, you can refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/38Gim1O7FtOS.

We have already added the necessary widget to both your Cart and Checkout pages. You may now review the implementation at your convenience.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @CMS DEV,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly ask you to first review the deprecated template overrides that indicate unauthorized modifications in your child theme. You can find this information at the following URL:
    https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=et-panel-system-requirements

Please address all listed issues and ensure that the system requirements are fully met.

Once these matters have been resolved, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access. This will allow us to further inspect the plugin files and verify that the solution has been properly implemented.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Juergen,

We hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, we would like to point out that both the Customizer builder and Elementor were being used simultaneously on your website (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VNLdWPqoERe4). As previously mentioned in our notices, using both builders at the same time may lead to conflicts. To prevent such issues, we have disabled the builder from the Customizer.

Additionally, the main issue regarding the incorrect positioning of the gallery appears to be caused by custom CSS applied to your site (please see: https://prnt.sc/glTgqJnx95uY). This is not a bug related to our theme, but rather a result of custom modifications.

We kindly recommend consulting with your developers to review and adjust the custom CSS in accordance with your desired design.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Rok,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom changes made by third-party plugins installed on your website. As shown in the following screenshot (https://prnt.sc/qUC9IqDCByPD), the “SKT Templates” plugin currently active on your site is modifying the padding for all select and input elements across the website within a specific media query:
    @media screen and (max-width: 63.938em) and (min-width: 48em).

Regarding your other inquiry about the sticky image, we kindly suggest refreshing the page to verify its behavior. Please keep in mind that real users typically do not resize their browser windows; instead, they load the page directly on their respective devices.

Should you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.

    Dear @Rok,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that there may have been some misconfiguration on your website regarding the creation of a unique page for a specific brand. Instead of utilizing the XStore Archive Builder with the appropriate conditions, a static page was created, and the default Shop page was set to draft. This resulted in incorrect URLs, as mentioned in your previous inquiry.

To resolve this, we have republished the Shop page and re-saved the permalink settings in the WordPress settings.

Please note that content for product taxonomy pages (such as categories, tags, and brands) is managed by WooCommerce and should be customized only using the XStore Builders functionality. While it is possible to create multiple templates with specific conditions using the Archive Products Builder, creating a static page to display products from a particular brand or category will not support sidebar filters correctly for showing products. This is due to WooCommerce limitations, which restrict filtering functionality to the default Shop and taxonomy pages.

If you wish to design a custom layout for brand taxonomy pages, we recommend using the Archive Products Builder and setting the appropriate conditions for your templates.

Additionally, the Spotlight Categories widget is designed to display categories related to the current taxonomy. Once your brand pages are configured correctly, this widget will function as intended.

We kindly ask that you refrain from implementing custom solutions without verifying their compatibility, as this may lead to unexpected behavior. Our support team is here to assist you with such questions, and we encourage you to reach out whenever needed. It is always preferable to have a functional brand page with working filters and dynamically loaded products, rather than a unique layout that does not operate correctly.

For further guidance, we recommend reviewing our tutorials before using the builders for such pages:

    Dear @Safe Desires,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that there are no specific settings available to configure the styles of product buttons within the search popup results. By default, these buttons inherit their styling from the global button settings defined in the Theme Options.

However, if you wish to further customize the appearance of these buttons, it is possible to do so by applying custom CSS to modify the product content within the popup.

Additionally, if you would like to adjust the content displayed in the popup, you have the option to select the type of content to be shown. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/ypaB1HmaFxp2

    Dear @Elon,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the error path, you will notice that the issue originates from the PRO Elements plugin, specifically from the following file:
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php

As this file is part of a third-party plugin and not developed by our team, we are unable to directly resolve the issue.

However, we have now recreated the hotspot widgets using the hotspot widget (https://gyazo.com/c51437b5e6332a1c1cfef6c0531ecb58) provided by our theme. Therefore, there should no longer be any issues. In the event that you do encounter any further problems, we will be able to assist you, as these widgets are now part of our theme.

Please check the site at your convenience.

    Dear @grabskyy,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that a server-side caching mechanism may be in place, which could potentially be causing the issue you’re experiencing. We kindly ask you to temporarily disable all caching systems and check if the problem persists.

Additionally, it appears that an image optimization tool is being used, which is replacing the original image sources with base64-encoded versions. This suggests that your website is not running a basic installation, but rather a more advanced configuration. We recommend reviewing these customizations on your end to ensure everything is functioning as intended.

Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Toesi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Unfortunately, we have only encountered this issue once on our devices and have not been able to reproduce it since. To help identify the root cause, could you kindly try removing sections of your content one by one and check whether the issue persists? This may help determine if the problem is related to a specific section.

Additionally, we have not observed any similar issues on our demo sites, which suggests that the issue may be specific to the content or configuration of your website.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your findings.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

1-2/ if you would like to customize the hover effect of the search button, you may use the following CSS snippet:

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_mobile_menu .etheme-search-form-button-wrapper:hover {
        color: green;
        background: orange;
    }

3/ In reference to your post (https://www.8theme.com/topic/no-settings-to-change-the-colour-of-the-search-box-results/#post-441098), the settings you are referring ara available in the Header Search widget, which is not displayed within the mobile content of your header.

Please note that there are currently no specific settings available for the search element within the Mobile Menu widget that would allow you to configure the appearance of the search results in that context.

We hope this helps. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Rok,

We hope this message finds you well.

Our development team has spent a considerable amount of time investigating the issue you reported. After thorough debugging, we found that the problem is unique to your website and does not occur on our local or demo environments.

During our investigation, we discovered that the width value set for the Icon Box element in your website’s footer was unusually high — please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/tb9pBkTC3FRv. Specifically, the width was set to approximately 153%, which exceeds the maximum allowable value of 100% for this element. This value appears to have been manually adjusted, as such system does not permit values above 100%.

While most browsers tend to ignore such excessive values, it appears that Microsoft Edge does not handle them as gracefully, which likely contributed to the issue you experienced.

We have now reset the width value of the Icon Box element to its default setting. We kindly ask you to review the changes on your website and remove any custom overflow settings that may have been applied previously. Additionally, we recommend checking other areas of your site for similar custom width values that may cause display issues.

Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from custom modifications made by users to their websites.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @diatomee,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that your request is more closely related to the functionality provided by the WooCommerce plugin. For assistance with product queries on shop and category pages, we recommend contacting the WooCommerce support team directly via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

Regarding our theme, we offer an Archive Page Builder based on Elementor, which allows you to create custom layouts for different product taxonomy pages using conditional settings. You may refer to our documentation for more details on this feature: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/. This may help address the request you mentioned.

Additionally, please be aware that filter widgets are designed to function on the main shop page and other product taxonomy pages (such as product categories, brands, tags, etc.). They may not work as expected on custom pages that display specific products only.

Should you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.

    Dear @Aldo Carrillo,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that there is no need to use an additional plugin to set up the variation image gallery, as our theme includes a built-in feature that provides this functionality. We recommend testing this feature to determine whether the issue persists when configuring the gallery using our native options.

You can locate this setting by navigating to Theme Options and using the search bar at the top of the sections. To date, we have not received any reports of compatibility issues related to this type of plugin.

Additionally, since you have configured the images using the plugin, you may consider disabling the vertical gallery layout for your single product image gallery in order to maintain a horizontal layout.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Andrews,

We hope this message finds you well.

We noticed that the shortcode you were using, mvx_vendorlist, is not the correct one as per the official MultivendorX documentation. According to their published list of shortcodes (https://multivendorx.com/list-of-shortcodes/), the correct shortcode is mvx_vendorslist.

It is a bit surprising that this discrepancy was not identified by the official MultivendorX support team. In any case, we have now replaced the incorrect shortcode with the correct one on your site. As a result, the vendor list page is now displaying properly (https://prnt.sc/wMvgJY83kxxo). Please note, however, that no vendors have been created yet—once you add vendors, you will be able to see the layout in full.

Kindly be reminded that we provide support for our own themes and projects. Since this issue was related to a third-party plugin, we recommend reaching out to the MultivendorX support team directly for any further questions or assistance regarding their plugin features.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You can display specific content within the Custom tab by using dynamic tags, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4XjzmSChht4. For this reason, we recommended exploring the use of the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. This plugin enables you to add custom content to your single product pages in backend and then display that content dynamically in any widget that supports dynamic tags.
