    Hello @kmc
    You added shortcode to HTML block widget -> https://prnt.sc/vp57hyNY2KIG. None of shortcodes will work if you add them in such widget. For making the shortcode work you should use the ‘Shortcode’ widget -> https://prnt.sc/CsqNYg1gmGVH.

    Dear @Elon,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that our support forum is primarily intended for addressing bugs and issues related to our theme. The request you’ve submitted involves advanced customization of email templates, which falls outside the scope of standard support.

    If you prefer to continue using the default WooCommerce email templates while working on your custom designs, we recommend enabling Developer Mode via the Control Panel. You can access this option here: https://prnt.sc/tFbMvqUfRBX7. This feature allows your customers to receive the default email templates while you take the necessary time to build and refine your custom versions using our email builder.

    To proceed efficiently, we suggest identifying a universal structure for your email templates. You can start by creating and testing one template across various devices. Once satisfied, you may replicate the design for your other templates. Additionally, the import/export functionality in the email builder can help streamline this process.

    Should you require further customization beyond what is available through the builder, we invite you to submit a custom request via your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly bring to your attention that we previously shared a reference regarding the optimal placement for global CSS additions. Unfortunately, it appears that this information may have been overlooked, as the custom CSS was added in the same location as your previous entries, rather than in the recommended area.

    For your convenience, please refer to the following article which outlines the correct placement for custom CSS:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Please note that the CSS in question is global and not specific to a particular widget. Therefore, it should be added either to the child theme’s style.css file or via Theme Options, as detailed in the article above.

    Don’t forget to clear your plugin’s cache and cache in browser before checking the results.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Joshua,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    At this time, SalesMax does not include a built-in off-canvas mini cart. For this type of functionality, we recommend using third-party plugins such as “WooCommerce Side Cart” or “XT Floating Cart for WooCommerce.” Both plugins are well-tested and generally compatible with most themes, including those developed by 8Theme (https://www.8theme.com/woocommerce-themes/).

    We strongly advise testing any plugin in a staging environment prior to implementing it on your live website to ensure full compatibility with your specific setup.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @MaxFIN,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you would like to implement a custom form that includes submission functionality and sends data to your admin email, we recommend using a form-building plugin such as Contact Form 7 (https://contactform7.com/). The choice of plugin may depend on the complexity and specific requirements of your form.

    For more advanced form features, you might also consider using an additional plugin like Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 (https://uk.wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-conditional-fields/), which allows for greater flexibility in form creation.

    Please note that this type of customization falls outside the scope of our theme support, as we currently do not offer built-in form builders. We encourage you to explore the suggested plugins or others that best suit your needs.

    Hello @Mk

    You can add next custom CSS snippet:

    .rtl .elementor-element .swiper-button-next {
        right: auto;
    }

    .rtl .elementor-element .swiper-button-prev {
        left: auto;

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to inform you that your website is currently using a theme other than XStore. In order to access and manage the sticky option for the order reviews section, please activate the XStore theme.

    If you are using the Elementor widget to create your Checkout page, the relevant widget includes an option to enable or disable the sticky feature. Otherwise, you can manage this setting through the global Theme Options.

    Should you require further assistance, we kindly ask you to activate the XStore theme on your website and provide us with the necessary details. This will allow us to review your settings and offer more accurate support.

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue with the flag image has been successfully resolved. Regarding the section offset issue, we have addressed it by disabling the “Stretch Section” option in Elementor, as it appears to function incorrectly in the RTL (Right-to-Left) version. You can view the related screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/Yv0dUEAaZkkE.

    To maintain the desired layout, we have implemented a custom CSS solution to replicate the stretch effect. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/QYSgVi4Dquaa.

    We kindly ask you to clear your website cache and review the changes. If the solution meets your requirements, you may apply the same CSS approach to other sections where the “Stretch Section” option is used.

    Here is the custom CSS code we applied:

    selector {
        left: 50%;
        margin-left: -50vw;
        margin-right: -50vw;
        max-width: 100vw;
        position: relative;
        right: 50%;
        width: 100vw;
    }

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance with implementation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly check the private area for further details. The duplication of the “Shop” item in your breadcrumbs appears to be related to your permalink settings. Specifically, it occurs when the “shop” portion of the URL is manually defined. WooCommerce recognizes this as a distinct step in the breadcrumb trail, which results in the duplication.

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Namaste,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the single product configuration, and the reviews should be displaying correctly. However, since multiple single product templates are being used on your site, we would need access to your FTP in order to investigate the issue further and identify the cause of the incorrect review display directly from the files.

    Could you kindly provide us with FTP access via the private area at your earliest convenience?

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    During our review of the page source code, we noticed that custom proportions (width/height) had been applied globally to images on the homepage. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/HemajQVdL3qr.

    Additionally, upon inspecting the Banner element, we identified an incorrect implementation of custom CSS. You may view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/YJjbL9bn49f1.

    Dear @lollo,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the functionality you are referring to is not predefined within the current system. Additionally, product stock is managed directly by WooCommerce, and inventory is typically reduced once an order is completed or reaches a specific status, as outlined in the WooCommerce documentation.

    As such, this type of customization cannot be achieved through CSS alone. However, we would be happy to explore a possible solution for you. We kindly invite you to submit a customization request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/contact-us/

    Our development team will review your request and determine the feasibility of implementing the desired functionality.

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    Thank you for your message.

    If making such products to be visible in the catalog, you will be able to see some of them within the configured boosters. However, please note that product variations, if any are configured, will not be visible by default. We have outlined the necessary steps in “Option 2” of our previous response.

    To make the variations visible within the boosters, you will need to add the provided code snippet in “Option 2” either through a plugin that allows custom snippets or directly into your child theme’s functions.php file. Kindly refer to our earlier reply, where we included detailed instructions along with screenshots to assist you.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to submit a new topic. If your original request has been resolved, we kindly ask you to mark this topic as closed.

    Dear @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have dedicated considerable time to addressing the issue and have currently implemented a solution that works correctly on the Cart page. However, please note that this fix does not yet resolve the price calculations in the mini-cart. Further investigation for us is required to identify an optimal solution, if one is possible.

    At this stage, you can verify that increasing or decreasing item quantities on the Cart page functions as expected. Nevertheless, the mini-cart still displays incorrect price calculations.

    The main challenge lies in finding a proper solution that accommodates taxable prices, as configured on your website, which significantly increases the complexity of the task. Despite this, we are committed to continuing our efforts to find a suitable resolution.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Hello @mkwong,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the “Free Gift” booster is not designed to be shown or hidden dynamically through AJAX actions on the single product page. It is intended to update only upon a full page reload.

    If you choose to display the “Free Gift” booster in it’s configuration on the Cart or Checkout pages (which are primarily intended for such functionality), it should correctly appear or disappear based on the conditions during cart fragments refresh. However, on the single product page, this behavior is not predefined by default.

    Additionally, we noticed that you did not provide a URL for your page. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, kindly include the correct website URL so we can review the issue in more detail.

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    Thank you for providing FTP access to your website.

    Our development team has reviewed the details and identified the cause of the issue where products from the Smart Product Recommendations are not displayed when adding the product to the cart. For example we checked “Twilight Perch” product. The reasons are as follows:

    1. The cross-sell product (https://prnt.sc/2bOjqzJeBskb) is currently set to “hidden” on your website (https://prnt.sc/H_bSKfluHxL_). When we adjust the product settings to make it visible, the boosters display correctly on both the Cart page (https://prnt.sc/eeHWTJuJuCVs) and the Checkout page (https://prnt.sc/9neUWSRHpCk1).

    2. Additionally, the main product itself is also set as “hidden” (https://prnt.sc/tt0ImylLOc0Y).

    To resolve this, we can offer you two possible solutions:

    Option 1:
    You can add the following PHP snippets to allow the display of hidden products and product variations within the booster:

    add_filter('smax_is_product_visible', '__return_true');
    add_filter('smax_product_query_include_variations', '__return_true');

    These snippets can be added either to your child-theme/functions.php file or by using a free plugin for custom snippets, such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/.

    The expected results on your frontend would be as follows:
    – Product configuration: https://prnt.sc/XQNR6MxN9cZO
    – Booster on Cart page settings: https://prnt.sc/QzY0wZcX7oVr
    – Cart page: https://prnt.sc/H-TZbjCxgoE1
    – Booster on Checkout page settings: https://prnt.sc/9kP_RLhrNuqO
    – Frontend view: https://prnt.sc/ez7XQBWWWfBu

    Currently, we have temporarily added these snippets directly into our plugin files for your testing purposes, so you can review the results. However, please note that these changes will be lost after the next plugin update unless the snippets are added either via a snippet plugin or into the functions.php file of a child theme.

    At the moment, we noticed that your website is not using a child theme. Could you please let us know if you would prefer us to install the Code Snippets plugin and add the necessary code for you, or if you would like to create a child theme and add the snippets manually?
    (Please note: Most premium themes include a child theme package, so you may want to check your theme archive.)

    Option 2:
    Alternatively, you can set your products to be visible in the catalog. This will allow the boosters to display correctly; however, product variations will not be included unless you also add the following snippet:

    add_filter('smax_product_query_include_variations', '__return_true');

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following a thorough review, we can confirm that your configuration for the boosters has been set up correctly. However, we have observed that they are still not displaying properly on your frontend. This issue may be related to customizations made within your child theme, which could be affecting the boosters’ functionality.

    To assist you further and ensure full compatibility, even with the modifications in your child theme, we kindly request temporary FTP access to your site for one day. This will allow our team to investigate the matter in detail and apply the necessary adjustments.

    Please rest assured that if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will proceed with a refund as per your request.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    We apologize for the confusion caused by the incorrect URL previously provided for the plugin documentation.

    Please refer to the correct documentation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/.
    There, you will find detailed information regarding all the boosters available within the SalesMax plugin.

    If you have any further questions regarding the configuration of a specific booster, kindly let us know the name of the booster and provide a detailed description of your inquiry. We will be happy to assist you.

    In case you have followed the provided instructions but are still experiencing issues with the correct configuration, we kindly ask you to provide FTP access. This will allow us to investigate whether there are any compatibility issues with your currently active theme (for example, custom hook usage or removal of required filters in your child theme).

    For FTP access, we would require the following details:
    – FTP Host
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password
    – FTP Port
    – FTP Encryption Type

    If you are unsure how to create or obtain these credentials, please contact your hosting provider, who will be able to assist you.

    Hello @mein,

    Thank you for reaching out! As a default setting, we refrain from displaying the Mobile panel on the cart and checkout pages. This approach aims to maintain customers’ focus directly on their orders.

    In case you would like to display Mobile panel on those pages you can add the provided PHP snippet directly to your child-theme/functions.php file. This snippet ensures that the Mobile panel is displayed on the Cart & Checkout pages. Here’s how:

    add_action( 'init', function () {
       	if ( apply_filters( 'xstore_theme_amp', false ) ) {
       		return;
       	}
       	add_action( 'after_page_wrapper', function() {
       		if ( defined('ET_CORE_DIR') && (get_query_var('et_is-cart-page-elementor-shortcode', false) || get_query_var('et_is-checkout-page-elementor-shortcode', false) ) ) {
       	        require( ET_CORE_DIR . 'app/models/customizer/templates/mobile-panel/mobile-panel.php' );
       	    }
       	}, 1 );
       } );

    Dear @khurram virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The widget in question has been built using Elementor, and upon investigation, we found that similar issues have been reported on their GitHub repository. You can review the relevant discussion here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/9920#issuecomment-1441151087.

    Based on the responses in that thread, one potential cause could be the unique HTML structure of the product’s short description. Upon inspecting the short description of your product, we noticed that there is a ‘ul’, ‘li’, ‘span’ tags present in the content. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/04q4WHjuqQuc.

    We recommend creating a simple product with a basic description that does not follow the current structure used in your other products. Afterward, please test the share buttons on this product. If the issue is resolved, it would indicate that the HTML structure in your product descriptions is causing the problem, and you may need to adjust the descriptions accordingly to avoid such HTML tags.

    If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the correct wp-admin access so we can further investigate, as the current access details appear to be incorrect.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
