    Dear @Crashraider,

    Thank you for your patience, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response.

    We have reviewed the product you mentioned through the backend settings; however, we were unable to locate the specific field you referred to (please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/6yWMKdatCv9W).

    To assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide us with detailed steps to reproduce the issue? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a video demonstrating the expected results using the default theme. Dear @Antoine,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the display of products within a specific category. For example, when viewing the following product category: https://prnt.sc/Xp-2eJx9l5XZ, it appears that products are listed. However, when checking the actual URL of the product list (https://prnt.sc/eCuEoA152hG4), it shows that no products are available.

    Please note that this issue is not related to our theme. It seems that the products and categories may have been imported from an external source, and WooCommerce has not properly synchronized the data. We recommend reviewing your product settings and ensuring that each product is correctly assigned to the appropriate categories.

    Additionally, you may want to test the functionality using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront with WooCommerce plugin active only. We believe the issue will persist, as it appears to be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself.

    For further assistance, we suggest reaching out to the WooCommerce support team via the following link:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Should you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Shimon,

    Thank you for reaching out. In order to provide you with the most effective assistance, we kindly suggest addressing each question step by step to avoid any confusion.

    1. Have you reviewed the Elementor documentation regarding font migration? If you still require assistance after reviewing it, we will be happy to help once we’ve addressed your other questions.

    7. Kindly check this point now and let us know your findings.

    8. For this particular question, we recommend contacting ThemeForest support directly, as they will be best equipped to assist you.

    9. You may try disabling your cache plugin temporarily to evaluate your website’s loading speed. Additionally, we recommend using the WP Rocket plugin for performance optimization; however, please note that it is a paid option. Alternatively, you can consider configuring the LiteSpeed plugin, which is free of charge.

    10. We have not identified any issues on your frontend. Please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/PmU2NOLOTxwv. If you are experiencing specific issues, feel free to share the URLs of the affected pages in the private area so we can investigate further.

    11. All available options for arrow positioning can be found within the widget settings.

    Should you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @Samaira Group,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are currently considering a complete rebuild of the existing widget due to its responsiveness issues. In the meantime, we kindly suggest the following temporary solutions:

    – Adjust the typography settings to use smaller font sizes, or
    – Disable the display of the current widget on certain devices via the Advanced tab → Responsive section, or
    – Consider using an alternative widget, such as the Carousel Anything widget.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work towards a more effective solution.

    Dear @Farhad,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please clear your CDN cache and check the website again? The issue you experienced was caused by previously modified custom CSS. We have made some improvements, and the scrolling functionality should now work correctly.

    We have tested the changes in a logged-in browser environment. However, due to the presence of a CDN, it is not possible to verify the fix in incognito mode without first clearing the CDN cache.

    We kindly await your feedback.

    Hello @shimon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Could you please confirm whether you have recently migrated your website from a different domain? If so, we kindly recommend reviewing Elementor’s official documentation regarding Google Fonts after migration to ensure everything is configured correctly.

    4. Please note that the custom CSS code should be added under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS. We apologize for not mentioning this detail earlier. After applying the changes, kindly clear your site and browser cache before testing to ensure the updates take effect properly.

    6. Additionally, we suggest adding the following custom CSS to the same section (Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS) to address the RTL layout for the “Back to Top” button:

    .rtl .back-top {
        right: auto;
        left: 30px;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
        .rtl .back-top {
            left: 15px;
            right: auto;
        }
    }

    Please try implementing the above and let us know if you encounter any further issues.

    Dear @Shimon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Regarding the font issue, it appears to be related to Elementor, as outlined in the following GitHub thread: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/30600. It seems that your content was migrated from one domain to another, but the typography fonts were not synchronized during the migration. The recommended solution is to re-upload the fonts on the new domain. We have attached a screenshot in the private area for your reference.

    For testing purposes, we re-uploaded one of your fonts via the Elementor Custom Fonts section and applied it to the typography settings of a heading. You can view the result here: https://prnt.sc/9eHhM1G5jQWk. As a result, the correct font is now applied to one of your slides: https://prnt.sc/7LxoXNMU7V4i. If you wish to use the same font for other text elements, you may update the typography settings accordingly.

    2. The number of products displayed in the mini cart can be configured in the Cart widget settings. Please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/oQfcp219bx8J. By setting the desired number of products, a scrollable style will be enabled for your customers. You can see an example here: https://gyazo.com/7708f3fcdd2f5c19e48b48722343713e.

    3. We recommend checking the XStore Sidebar widget, which allows you to select the off-canvas type for any device supported by Elementor: https://prnt.sc/jRaeeTswNtft. Alternatively, you may use the XStore Off-Canvas Sidebar widget to automatically display sidebar content in an off-canvas layout.

    4. For the product slider reverse movement direction, please refer to the solution provided in the following post: https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-slider-reverse-movement-direction/#post-410166. We are currently reviewing this fix for potential inclusion in a future global update.

    5. The issue related to coupon styling has been resolved on your website, and the fix will be included in the next release of our theme. You can view the result here: https://prnt.sc/PAXtGsVV5hv6.

    6. Kindly ensure that the necessary pages are properly configured in your WooCommerce settings. You may refer to this guide for assistance: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#tell-woocommerce-what-pages-to-use. Once configured, please verify whether the button in the mini cart correctly redirects to the shop page.

    7. Lastly, we have disabled the “Request a Quote” feature in the Sales Booster section, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Mo_imHHnIRm4.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Farhad,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. We have been thoroughly investigating the issue that occurred on your website following our recent update.

    Upon review, we identified that the problem was caused by the activation of a specific option (that was released in our latest update), as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rwQi9ULvaim1. This setting interferes with script functionality, particularly due to the use of the WP Rocket plugin and the presence of manually configured caching settings within the plugin.

    To resolve the issue, we have disabled this option on your website. You may now verify that the “All Departments” and Search features are functioning correctly.

    Our development team is currently working on a global fix to prevent such conflicts in cases where WP Rocket is manually configured and this option is enabled.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Dear @rayee,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly test whether the same issue occurs when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront? You can do this by navigating to Appearance → Themes and activating the Storefront theme.

    If the issue persists regardless of the theme in use, it is likely that the problem is not theme-related. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to the official WooCommerce support team for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Alternatively, if you prefer not to switch themes, you may test the functionality by adding the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to the relevant page—preferably above the existing content—and verify whether the calculations are displayed correctly.

    Also, we suggest our customers to create separated topics for different questions without mixing all questions in one topic.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @umer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    In order to ensure the proper functionality of the “Add to Cart” action, we would like to suggest a couple of potential solutions:

    1. You may consider disabling the AJAX “Add to Cart” option. This will allow the action to work with a page refresh, thereby ensuring that all additional product data from third-party plugins is correctly saved and passed to the cart. Please refer to the following screenshots for clarification:
    – Settings: https://prnt.sc/4ShVy5We1euq
    – Result: https://prnt.sc/eZvXLiDmSfXA

    We have currently disabled the AJAX “Add to Cart” option on your site so that you can test this functionality.

    2. We are in the process of optimizing and completely restructuring our theme’s AJAX “Add to Cart” functionality. If you are interested, we can provide you with a test version of the updated archive. This version includes improvements that may resolve the issue while keeping the AJAX option enabled and supporting third-party plugin data in product cart.

    Please note that this is a development version and may contain some bugs. Therefore, we strongly recommend testing it on a staging environment before applying it to your live site.

    We look forward to your feedback and are happy to assist further.

    Dear @umer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you are using any caching plugin, we kindly recommend keeping the “Mobile Optimization” option disabled. This helps to avoid potential caching issues on mobile devices.

    Regarding your question about whether your Cloudflare account is using the Enterprise or the Standard Free plan, please note that this matter falls outside the scope of our theme support. For inquiries related to Cloudflare and its caching features, we suggest reaching out to Cloudflare’s official support channels.

    For your reference, you may review the following screenshots from the WP Rocket plugin settings used on one of our demo sites (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/electronic-mega-market/):

    https://prnt.sc/8TIuTkg_9VEp
    https://prnt.sc/PY792XjD3saO

    About the delay option of WP Rocket we included filters in our theme that exclude some critical scripts for correct work of theme features, so you can test it on your web-site by activating and checking the results.

    Should you have any further questions related to our theme, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Farhad,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that, since only one tab is currently active in your Single Product Tabs, we have implemented a custom CSS solution to ensure the tab is visible. Additionally, our development team will further investigate the possibility of a more global solution. You can now view the product reviews on the frontend via the following link: https://prnt.sc/ojC7wrJcUJEf.

    Regarding the issue with the “All Departments” menu and Product categories select, we recommend testing the functionality after temporarily disabling the following plugin: https://prnt.sc/VTlLHX2q9smw. This plugin appears to be causing a JavaScript error on your frontend (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w20Wa4iblaeR), which may be affecting the proper operation of the other theme’s scripts.

    We have tested this scenario on our local environment and did not encounter the same issue: https://gyazo.com/bf25eef640053359588d3fd3ebcf017d. Therefore, we kindly ask you to disable the mentioned plugin on your end for testing purposes. Please note that we refrained from disabling it ourselves, as doing so may reset your plugin subscription.

    Before conducting the test, we also recommend clearing your site and browser cache to ensure accurate results.

    We are committed to providing the best possible support to our customers and look forward to your feedback.
