    Dear @ProdbyDaan,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Such functionality is built into our theme and does not require any additional configuration. Any further custom settings related to WP Rocket can be managed directly by the website administrator.

    Hello @shimon,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Upon reviewing your mobile menu, we noticed that the blue items are already visible. It appears that this issue has been resolved. Please refer to the following screenshot for confirmation: https://prnt.sc/zEXkOL2Vo8E7.

    2. Regarding your inquiry about the headings on the Account and Wishlist pages, we did not observe any noticeable differences between them. To assist you more effectively, could you please clarify your request with additional details?

    3. If you are experiencing issues with redirections from the account menu, we recommend reviewing the configuration of your WooCommerce endpoints. You may find the following documentation helpful: https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/best-practices/urls-and-routing/customizing-endpoint-urls/.

At this time, we have tested the “My Account” menu and did not encounter any issues. If needed, we would can provide a video recording of our testing process for your reference.

Additionally, we strongly recommend updating your theme to the latest version, which includes several fixes that may address the concerns you’ve raised. You can also apply the latest patches directly to your website by following this link: https://prnt.sc/3LQ1VvJk9ywj.

    Hi @Mubashir,

About the issue: the CDN cache can’t be cleared from wp-admin dashboard – it has to be done in your CDN account or hosting (like Cloudflare or similar). That’s why we asked to disable it temporarily – without that, even fixed code might not show changes, especially in Safari.

Please clear or pause CDN (in your CDN account setting for current web-site) for a bit so we can properly test the issue and try fix this. Once done, we’ll recheck everything for you.

Thanks for your patience – we’re here to sort it out.

    Dear @Shimon,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly take a moment to review the latest update at the following link: https://prnt.sc/aKqIGs82Nt4w. We have made improvements to the custom code that was previously implemented, which you can view here: https://prnt.sc/JVlLxgRG6-41.

Please ensure that you clear both your CDN and browser cache before checking the results to see the changes correctly.

    Dear @Mubashir,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly follow up, as we have not yet received your feedback regarding the temporary deactivation of CDN caching. This step is important, as several issues may be related to caching, and disabling it temporarily will help us identify the root cause more effectively.

Upon reviewing your Theme Options, we noticed that the Catalog Mode is currently inactive. Therefore, the “Login to view price” message appearing for non-logged-in users may be due to caching or possibly some additional plugin/custom code configuration.

Additionally we found that custom code in your child-theme/functions.php can be the reason of “disabled” attribute on some of your single product pages -> https://prnt.sc/1d7cG0oNiqay.

To assist you further, we kindly ask you to check whether the mentioned issues persist when caching is completely disabled across your website. Once testing is complete, you may re-enable the caching.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @back to 90s,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you are experiencing may be related to the current configuration of your WP Rocket plugin. At the moment, we have noticed that the “Load Critical CSS” option is enabled. This setting loads styles only for elements that are visible on the initial page load (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/KVkWmD0m09wa).

Since the WooCommerce mini cart updates its content dynamically via AJAX, the elements within it are not present during the initial page load. As a result, the mini cart may appear with an incorrect layout.

To resolve this, we recommend adding specific exclusions to prevent certain styles from being treated as critical. This should help ensure that the mini cart displays correctly.

In order to assist you further and provide the most suitable configuration, could you please share updated wp-admin access credentials with us? This will allow us to review your current settings and suggest the optimal adjustments.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @vatsala,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As you are using the XStore Single Product Builder with the Elementor page builder, the “Request a Quote” button is not displayed by default. This is because it functions as a separate widget, which can be placed manually anywhere within the single product content area.

Please note that this widget operates independently from the Sales Booster feature, allowing you to configure it manually according to your preferences. This includes customizing the content, popup styles, and other settings (https://prnt.sc/wQhEKFKq6MZe).

For your convenience, we have already configured it for you as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/b8ae2edec959dbe7a4417f7ba92ba31f.

Kindly note that the contact form content is displayed as a shortcode in the editor, so you will need to view it on the live frontend to see the actual form.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @Mubashir,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon investigation, we have identified that the primary issue appears to be related to the caching system configured on your website, particularly the CDN settings. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/9KxyQXjFSePj.

It seems that the JavaScript files are not loading correctly due to cached versions being served (see Screenshot 01). Although we have temporarily disabled the LiteSpeed plugin, the files are still being delivered from the cache.

To proceed with further troubleshooting, we kindly recommend deactivating the CDN caching temporarily and checking whether the issue persists. Once the CDN cache has been cleared or disabled, please inform us so we can continue our investigation and determine if there are any additional causes.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Krzysztof,

We hope this message finds you well.

In regard to the issue you are experiencing with redirection on your website, we kindly ask you to temporarily remove the custom JavaScript code you have implemented. It appears that the problem may be caused by a JavaScript error originating from your custom code, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Fz00kvGdVaO8.

You can also refer to the affected page here: https://prnt.sc/OUgl6Ed4tcsI.

Once the custom code is removed, please check if the redirection issue persists. This will help us determine whether the custom script is the root cause of the problem.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @back to 90s,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that your website currently has a CDN configuration in place, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Wopq2y6H-dEc. Therefore, we kindly recommend clearing your CDN cache first. Once this is done, please check to see if the issue persists.

At this time, we believe the main issue may be related to caching.

    Hello @Krzysztof,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that you are currently using the “Easy WooCommerce Login” plugin, which utilizes a custom login form (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/HGAAP1KbREIw). Kindly note that this login form is not associated with our theme.

Could you please check whether the issue persists when using our built-in off-canvas content? As the current login popup is not provided by our theme, this will help us determine if the issue is theme-related.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Krzysztof

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @Shimon,

We hope this message finds you well.

As mentioned in our previous response (https://www.8theme.com/topic/some-of-the-titles-and-text-elements-on-the-site-are-displayed-in-the-browsers-default-font/#post-448771), we kindly ask you to disable the CDN on your website. The CDN is currently caching your content, which is the primary reason why you are not seeing the changes immediately after making modifications.

Once the CDN is disabled, we will be able to verify the updates and further assist you with any remaining concerns. Please note that the majority of the issues you previously reported have already been resolved. The only outstanding matter is the delay in seeing content changes, which, as explained, is related to the CDN and not to our theme.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have explored the possibility of implementing a global solution; however, due to variations in the single product structure across different websites, a universal fix was not effective.

To specifically address the issue on your single product page, we recommend adding the following CSS snippet to your site. You can do this by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .rtl .sticky-background {
        float: right;
    }

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @rayee,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that you are currently using an outdated version of our theme. It is possible that the issue you reported has already been resolved in a more recent update. Therefore, we kindly recommend updating your theme to the latest version, along with the XStore Core plugin, to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. Documentation about theme update you can find in next page -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/how-to-update-rate/.

Additionally, if the issue persists after updating, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a new video demonstrating the problem. The previous video appears to be outdated, and our developers are unable to accurately assess the issue based on it.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Regis,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Our theme has a clean and minimalistic approach for some product hovers, which is why the quick view feature is implemented with no icon by default for such hover type. However, we have retained the main icon code for customers who prefer to display the icon using the CSS property display: inline-block

You can view the default hover functionality on our demo site here: https://xstore.8theme.com/product-category/all/

    Dear @Chris,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your website, we were unable to identify the primary issues you mentioned in your initial message. However, we did notice a few JavaScript errors, some of which appear to originate from third-party plugins.

We kindly suggest checking the settings of your caching plugin, or temporarily disabling it, to determine whether the issues persist. Based on our assessment, it seems that the main problem may be related to the caching plugin and its configuration—specifically, the way it combines scripts, which may be preventing certain JavaScript variables from loading correctly.

Please let us know the outcome after making these adjustments.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that there may be a custom plugin or server configuration in place that removes all other GET parameters from the URL when the “s” parameter is present. This behavior is likely due to a custom setting, possibly within the .htaccess file, and does not pertain to theme-related support issues.

We kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance, as they will be better equipped to investigate and resolve this configuration.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Marlon,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed the issue you reported and would like to inform you that no recent changes have been made on our end that could have caused this behavior. It appears that the latest version of Elementor (3.30) may include updates to their styling, which could potentially affect the display of certain widgets and one of such widgets is Archive products (maybe it is related to some structure you are using but we don’t inspect such details).

At this time, we have identified a solution by setting the Archive Products widget to full width, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4cOZrTVHhuS. This adjustment does not impact the desktop layout but effectively resolves the issue on mobile devices, as demonstrated here: https://gyazo.com/89e5abd110cfe99ddf283848eed4828b.
