    Hello @vatsala,

We hope this message finds you well.

As you are using the XStore Elementor Single product builder and you want to add custom tabs to your product pages, we recommend using the “Advanced Custom Fields (ACF®)” plugin. Please follow the steps below to configure it accordingly:

    1. Install the ACF plugin.
    2. Create and configure your field group as shown here: https://prnt.sc/1J_CgwWUjA6e
    3. Set up the content for each field: https://prnt.sc/tKy0IpPCme7J
    4. Add a custom tab: https://prnt.sc/IM3pRiedK6Ej
    5. Select “ACF field” as the dynamic content type: https://prnt.sc/3bdR3PsSQ-Au
    6. Configure the tab title: https://prnt.sc/teWnQBdkoknX and content: https://prnt.sc/PdWQYGEjpmyE
    7. Once the product is saved, the new tab will appear on the frontend for products with the configured custom fields: https://prnt.sc/bnzF0kirYd4Q. Products without custom fields will continue to display only the default tabs: https://prnt.sc/JBpANruK2h_n

    Hello @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you please check again, this time using different hotspot widgets within your tabs? Using duplicated widgets with the same IDs may cause conflicts, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rkzvm_BQEPD7.

In the meantime, we have added a custom CSS snippet for you, which should help resolve the issue on mobile devices.

    Hello @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

For guidance on using WordPress anchor links with Elementor, we kindly recommend referring to the official Elementor documentation available at the following link: https://elementor.com/help/create-anchor-links/.

In summary, you can assign a unique ID to a section or container on the desired page where you would like the scroll action to occur. Then, in your menu, you can create a link in the following format: yourlink.com#custom_anchor.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Darin Philip,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that our SalesMax plugin utilizes the default WooCommerce functions to load product data, similar to the approach used in our other booster plugins. Therefore, if you have successfully implemented this functionality with other plugins, it should also be possible to achieve the same with SalesMax.

If you are experiencing any issues, we kindly ask you to provide specific details regarding the problem. This will allow us to better understand the situation and, if feasible, suggest the appropriate files or code snippets to help resolve it.

To assist you more effectively, please share the code or upload the file you used to load product data in other cases. As of now, we have not received a clear description of the issue you are encountering with the SalesMax plugin. We would appreciate it if you could provide more detailed information, such as screenshots, a video, or a step-by-step explanation of the problem.

We look forward to your response and are here to help.

    Hello @Parag,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly check with your hosting provider to review the server logs, as we are currently unable to access the debug log to identify the specific errors occurring on your server. This information is typically located within your server directories.

Alternatively, if you are able to provide us with access to your cPanel, we would be happy to investigate the issue on your behalf.

Based on our initial assessment, it appears that the errors may be related to complex or unusual content being displayed on your shop page. Please note that the preview within the Elementor panel is also unable to render the content correctly, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/2I_IxAFZxCzC.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Hello @Sheenu,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have enabled debugging on your website and identified that the fatal error originated from an additional plugin. For more specific information, please refer to the details provided in the private area.

This issue has also been reported on the plugin’s official GitHub page: https://github.com/rankmath/seo-by-rank-math/issues/287.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the root cause was incorrect strings configured in the Rank Math SEO plugin. You can view the original configuration here: https://prnt.sc/8TeNEBcr4ifY. We have corrected these strings, and the updated configuration now appears as follows: https://prnt.sc/3N-aFQ1Pt96P.

As a result, the fatal error on the search results page has been resolved. Please feel free to verify the fix on your end.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Michael,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly check the issue now. It appears that, due to the use of an additional plugin – WooCommerce Germanized, there may be a built-in configuration or a specific setting affecting the display of additional images in the Order Review section. To address this, we have disabled the following option in our Checkout Separated widget: https://prnt.sc/l2k0tAngALWV.

Please let us know if everything is working as expected now.

    Dear @ziga32,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are reaching out to inquire about the version of the theme you are currently using. Upon review, it appears that the installed version is not the most recent one. You can find the update history here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/.

Our latest updates include enhancements to bot protection, which also contribute to improved CPU usage efficiency. Therefore, we kindly recommend updating to the latest version of the theme and monitoring whether the CPU usage remains high.

    Dear @Darin Philip,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly ask whether the custom SQL queries you are using were configured in collaboration with your development team, or if you implemented these features independently. If these configurations were made with the assistance of your developers, we would recommend consulting with them to explore how similar implementations could be applied to other queries—particularly those that retrieve product pricing data in third-party plugins such as SalesMax.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify whether you are experiencing any visible issues with our plugin. If so, we kindly ask you to provide screenshots or video recordings to help us better understand the problem. Alternatively, if your inquiry is solely about how to implement custom queries within our plugin, please let us know.

Understanding the exact nature of your request or issue will enable us to provide the most effective support and identify the appropriate solution.

    Hello @ProdbyDaan,

This option is particularly useful when the same Static Block is used multiple times on a single page. Otherwise, it does not provide any significant improvements.

If disabling this option has resolved the issue, you may keep it disabled without any concerns.

    Dear @Lasitha851,

By default, the “Boost popup” feature is configured to appear only on the homepage and WooCommerce-related pages. However, to enable it across all pages, we have added the following snippet for you:

    add_filter('smax_is_woocommerce_page', '__return_true');

Regarding the second issue, it appears that the free gift is displayed correctly after refreshing the page. However, it does not appear immediately after adding the second product. In order to investigate this further, could you kindly provide us with FTP access so we can examine the issue in more detail?

    Dear @Sheenu,

We hope this message finds you well.

In order to identify the cause of the fatal error on your search results page, we kindly recommend enabling the WordPress debug log. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at the following link:
    https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Alternatively, if you prefer, you may provide us with temporary FTP access in private area so that our team can investigate the issue directly and offer an appropriate solution.

Also, the wp-admin access you provide is incorrect, please, check it from your side and update us with correct access.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Sheenu,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request access to your cPanel, as it appears that your server—on which the current website is hosted—may be experiencing a bot attack. In order to assist you effectively, we would like to analyze your website traffic statistics and provide a suitable solution to improve performance.

We have recently encountered a similar issue, which you can review here:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/high-server-load-caused-by-xstore-theme-request-for-support/#post-448596
In that case, the primary cause of the website’s slow loading speed was due to malicious bot activity.

To help mitigate such issues, we recommend the following:

    Additional Tips:

    – Monitor for suspicious user agents or repeated access to sensitive URLs (e.g., /wp-login.php, /xmlrpc.php).
    – Enable ModSecurity or a Web Application Firewall (WAF), if available.
    – Consider using real-time monitoring tools such as Munin or Netdata, or third-party services like Cloudflare or Sucuri for enhanced protection.

    Next Steps:

    – Identify and block suspicious IP addresses via cPanel → IP Blocker or by modifying the .htaccess file.
    – Strengthen your website’s security by limiting login attempts, disabling XML-RPC if not required, and enabling CAPTCHA on all forms.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue promptly.
