    Hello @engeldeluxe,

    You can adjust the content width of your website by configuring the appropriate setting, which can be found here: https://gyazo.com/6a393eafa3e6828642018ec8b058d164. For example, setting the width to 3000px will allow your website to stretch across wider screens and devices.

    If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @kmc,

    We would like to inform you that we have also applied similar replacements for other Google Fonts on your server. Therefore, we kindly ask you to clear both the CDN and LiteSpeed caches, and then verify the results.

    Additionally, we have observed that the previous font is no longer appearing in the console, which indicates that the issue has been resolved. However, in order for the changes to take full effect, it is important to clear the cached font styles as well.

    If you continue to experience any issues after clearing the caches, please provide us with screenshots so we can further assist you.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, it appears that the widget in question does not support the use of dynamic tags. We recommend exploring alternative widgets that may be compatible with dynamic tags and align with your design requirements.

    If no suitable alternatives are available, you might consider creating multiple static blocks or Elementor sections to be used on individual product pages as a workaround.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @WebCrewBG,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that you are currently using the Single Product Builder provided by the Customizer. Please note that some third-party plugins may not function as expected in this environment. This is because such plugins often rely on the “woocommerce_single_product_summary” action, which is present in the default WooCommerce templates but not in our custom Single Product Builder due to its unique element structure.

    For testing purposes, we kindly suggest temporarily disabling the Single Product Builder via Theme Options to determine whether the plugin functionality is restored under the default template structure.

    If you would like us to further investigate the compatibility between our Single Product Builder and the plugin in question, we would be happy to assist. To proceed, we kindly ask that you provide temporary FTP access so our development team can review the issue in detail.

    To grant FTP access, please provide the following information:

    – FTP Host
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password
    – FTP Port
    – FTP Encryption Type

    If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, we recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to helping you resolve this matter.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the dynamic tags feature provided by Elementor, which you can find here: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/. Our theme includes several custom tags that you are welcome to explore and utilize according to your preferences.

    Please note, however, that the theme does not offer built-in functionality to select product categories based on specific offsets (e.g., first, second, or third categories only). We suggest testing your desired solution on a few products initially to ensure it meets your requirements before applying it across your entire product range.

    Kindly be advised that any additional customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.

    Hello @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your detailed explanation.

    We previously forwarded your question regarding the XStore “Store Conditions” feature to our developers for further investigation.

    As a temporary workaround, we suggest continuing to use the built-in display conditions provided by the Elementor plugin. You’ve already confirmed that these work correctly for your specific cases – even with caching plugins active. There is no requirement to use only the theme’s conditions if the native Elementor functionality meets your needs.

    At the moment, our team is actively working on performance enhancements for the theme. We’re focusing on identifying and optimizing parts of the code that can improve speed and overall efficiency. As you may have noticed, our recent update included several performance improvements, and we’re continuing this effort to deliver an even faster experience for all customers.

    If the Elementor conditions are working reliably for your use case, feel free to continue using them. However, if you encounter issues even with the default Elementor conditions, the root cause is more likely related to server-side caching or configuration, rather than a problem with the conditional display logic itself.

    Please let us know if you’d like help reviewing any specific cache setup or if you experience further issues.

    Hello @Jennifer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we identified an issue where the AJAX option was enabled by default for the Search element in the mobile menu. This setting did not reflect the configured value of the Search element’s options.

    Our team has addressed and resolved this issue. Since you had previously disabled the AJAX search in the mobile menu, the search functionality should now display correctly.

    Kindly check the mobile menu at your convenience to confirm that everything is working as expected.

    Hello @Papuna,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing our theme code, we have identified that the function in question is used only in two instances:

    1. Within the “the_content” filter (reference: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/the_content/), as shown here: https://gyazo.com/701e2dbc1cf1596fa020180166879ab7 — located in xstore/framework/features/lazyload.php.

    2. Within the “wp_title” filter (reference: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/wp_title/), as shown here: https://gyazo.com/f3e9395d84db210cd21876e3215781f7 — located in xstore/framework/features/optimization.php.

    Based on our analysis, the use of this function within these filters should not cause the issue you are experiencing.

    We kindly recommend disabling WordPress debugging and then checking whether the Theme Builder loads correctly. It is possible that the issue may be caused by one of the plugins installed on your website. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the list of active plugins, as the access you provided does not grant us administrative privileges.

    For more information on debugging in WordPress, please refer to the official documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

    Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Cpelvis,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the payment options on your testing website differ from those on the original site. Please see the screenshots below for reference:

    – Testing site: https://gyazo.com/4526180b47c1ec5dab06ea17794cb727
    – Original site: https://gyazo.com/02387492fccbd8ab5b50b2e3def8a458

    This discrepancy may be the reason why the functionality appears to be working correctly on your testing environment.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello @Farhan,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly check the issue now. We have implemented the solution suggested in the following discussion on the official GitHub page of the Elementor plugin:
    https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/30897

    Although the issue was originally reported for the Elementor Pro plugin, and you are using the free version, “PRO Elements,” which shares the same configuration. Therefore, we applied the necessary changes to the PRO Elements plugin accordingly.

    We have tested the solution, and the product editor is now loading correctly. You can view the result here:

    Hello @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that FTP access is now functioning correctly. However, it appears that there are IP restrictions in place on the website’s frontend, as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/c4d9ab5165b0c4a9a17b7fc1211194d5. Due to this limitation, we are currently unable to verify the results directly on the frontend.

    To assist you further, we have outlined the steps we took to address the issue. Specifically, we accessed the CSS file identified in the speed test results and replaced the outdated URLs with the updated ones (please refer to Private Area – Screenshot 01 for details).

    If your website is using any caching mechanisms, including cache plugins or a CDN configuration, we recommend clearing all caches. We have noticed that the file being loaded on the frontend includes a custom version string in the URL (see Private Area – Screenshot 02). However, when we load the correct version of the file (i.e., the non-cached version without the version string), the updated code appears as expected (refer to Screenshot 03).

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @Cpelvis,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly ask whether it would be possible for you to temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Storefront, on your website. Alternatively, if more convenient, could you please provide us with a video demonstrating that everything functions correctly when using the default theme?

    At present, we have observed that your child theme includes some custom modifications to the checkout page within the functions.php file. Additionally, there are several plugins installed that appear to add custom actions to the checkout process.

    To help us better identify the source of the issue, we kindly request that you check the functionality with only the following active: WooCommerce, XStore Core, Elementor, Pro Elements plugins, and the XStore theme.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Hello @Plethora,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you would like to maintain the same layout on mobile devices as seen on desktop for the Categories Masonry widget using Grid Type 2, you can apply the following custom CSS code globally. This will ensure a consistent layout across all devices, as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/791a7876dc3c40c53d03b64be65d753c.

    Please use the following CSS:

    .elementor-widget-et-custom-product-categories-masonry .etheme-custom-masonry[data-type="2"] .grid-1 {
        grid-area: 1/1/7/5;
    }
    .elementor-widget-et-custom-product-categories-masonry .etheme-custom-masonry[data-type="2"] .grid-2 {
        grid-area: 7/1/13/5;
    }
    .elementor-widget-et-custom-product-categories-masonry .etheme-custom-masonry[data-type="2"] .grid-3 {
        grid-area: 1/5/13/9;
    }
    .elementor-widget-et-custom-product-categories-masonry .etheme-custom-masonry[data-type="2"] .grid-4 {
        grid-area: 1/9/7/13;
    }
    .elementor-widget-et-custom-product-categories-masonry .etheme-custom-masonry[data-type="2"] .grid-5 {
        grid-area: 7/9/13/13;
    }

    To implement this, please navigate to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS and paste the code there.

    We have activated the Storefront theme and kept only the WooCommerce plugin enabled. However, the issue persists, and the same incorrect number of products is still being displayed, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/lKgPTCnK1FDX.

    Hello @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that you have recently completed a migration from another website. Upon reviewing the issue, we noticed that the file in question is currently loading Google Fonts from your staging website. This may be contributing to increased loading times, as the fonts are being fetched from an external source.

    We recommend reviewing Elementor’s documentation regarding the proper migration of Google Fonts from a staging environment to a live website. This should help ensure optimal performance.

    Additionally, if you could kindly provide us with FTP access, we could help to investigate further and offer you appropriate solutions.

    For your reference, we have attached the relevant file in the private area, where you can see that the fonts are indeed being loaded from an external source.

    Hello @M,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To assist in identifying the issue, we kindly recommend activating the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce. This will help perform a clear test environment.

    If the issue persists under this configuration, it is likely not related to our theme, and we suggest contacting the WooCommerce support team for further assistance.

    However, if the issue does not occur in this setup, please provide us with temporary FTP access. This will allow our team to investigate the matter more thoroughly and work towards a suitable solution.

    Hello @engeldeluxe,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Each theme comes with a default structure that is consistently applied across all page layouts. This ensures uniformity and compatibility throughout the site.

    If you would like to make a container on an Elementor-based page full width, you can simply add the following class name: xstore-stretch-section. This will allow the container to stretch to full width without the need for any additional JavaScript scripts.

    Regarding the full-width page template issue, could you kindly provide us with a screenshot of the problem? This will help us better understand the situation and offer you an appropriate fix or a global solution.

    Hello @Sheenu,

    Please note that the PHP configuration is determined by your server settings and is not related to our theme support. If resolving the initial issue that caused the fatal error has improved the loading speed, we recommend taking some time to analyze and verify whether the issue persists.

    Additionally, we suggest checking the PHP version currently running on your website. However, please be advised that inquiries regarding server configuration, including PHP version, should be directed to your hosting provider, as they fall outside the scope of our theme support.

    Hello @Yasar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Our development team has introduced such option to display tabs as a select dropdown to enhance the user interface and user experience on mobile devices. However, if you prefer to have the tabs displayed with horizontal scrolling instead, we have implemented an alternative solution for you.

    Please refer to the following preview: https://prnt.sc/a4yBz7fauEVv

    To apply this layout, we have added the following custom CSS:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
        selector .et-advance-tabs .et-tabs-nav > ul {
            flex-direction: row;

            flex-wrap: nowrap;
            white-space: nowrap;
            justify-content: flex-start !important;
            text-align: left;
            margin: 10px 0 0;
        }
    }
