    Hello @Roobinda,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your setup, we noticed that the XStore Elementor builder is not being utilized for the checkout page content. As a result, the default theme settings are being applied.

    We kindly recommend checking the WooCommerce settings located under Theme Options → WooCommerce → Checkout to ensure everything is configured correctly.

    Additionally, if you are not using the Email Customizer builder provided by XStore, you may wish to test the functionality using the default Storefront theme. Alternatively, you can temporarily disable the Email Builder and verify the results.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hello @WebLxo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the “Lost Password” URL, and it appears to be functioning correctly. Please see the screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/iS1clabdTrxx.

    Regarding the issue on the checkout page, we kindly suggest verifying whether the problem persists when using the default Storefront theme. Based on the WooCommerce logs (https://prnt.sc/cJzv2oXdj1fK), it may be helpful to test with a default theme or consider setting up a staging website for further troubleshooting.

    Should you need any assistance with this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @shimon,

    7. If you have configured the LiteSpeed plugin but are still experiencing issues, we kindly recommend reviewing the plugin’s official documentation. Please note that these configurations are not related to our theme. Additionally, we would like to reiterate that caching plugins and CDN services should be configured only after the website development is complete. Setting them up prematurely may lead to caching-related issues.

    8. As previously mentioned, the issue you are encountering may be caused by a fatal error triggered within the Elementor AI module.

    9. Could you please clarify the specific issue you are experiencing on your mobile device? We have tested the slider functionality on desktop, and it appears to work similarly on mobile devices. To help us better understand the problem, you may upload a video demonstrating the issue using a file-sharing service such as https://wetransfer.com/.

    10. Kindly check the issue now and let us know if it persists.

    Hello @Recep,

    If you prefer not to provide access, you may manually add the following custom CSS by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .product-content .woocommerce-product-rating {
        display: none;
    }

    This will hide the product reviews section on single product pages.

    After: https://prnt.sc/_ZbUot0My4jO

    Hello @Shehzad Ghazi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed a fatal error on your staging website, which is currently preventing us from logging in to investigate the issue further.

    Could you kindly perform a test by activating the default Storefront theme along with the XStore Core and Elementor PRO plugins deactivated ? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with a video demonstrating how the website functions with the default theme enabled.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @shimon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly remind you that we previously recommended disabling the CDN service during the development phase of your website. However, it appears that the CDN is still active. As you mentioned earlier, the only effective way to disable the CDN was by migrating to a different domain, which temporarily resolved the issue and allowed the changes to be applied correctly, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/0d6O6aBjSaip (referenced in this reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/some-of-the-titles-and-text-elements-on-the-site-are-displayed-in-the-browsers-default-font/page/2/#post-449313).

    To fully disable the CDN, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider or the support team of the CDN service you are using (e.g., Cloudflare). Please note that our theme does not have the capability to disable CDN services, and we are only able to provide support related to our own products.

    Regarding the issue with adding or updating products, this may be related to a fatal error in Elementor. You can review the error logs by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Logs (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ple5qJnsdi3V). A similar issue has been discussed on the WordPress support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uncaught-error-call-to-a-member-function-get_gallery_image_ids-on-bool/. We recommend contacting Elementor’s support team, as the issue appears to be related to the AI module of their plugin. Additionally, you may find the following topic helpful in learning how to disable Elementor’s AI functionality: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-get-rid-from-ai-functionalities/.

    Please be advised that performance and speed optimization for customer websites falls outside the scope of our basic support services, in accordance with Envato’s policy. However, we are happy to offer some general recommendations and optimization steps. For example, you may refer to this detailed post on speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/topic/wp-rocket-and-xstore-better-optimization/#post-450401. We suggest installing the WP Rocket plugin, and we can provide you with screenshots of the settings we have used on our demo sites, which have achieved high performance scores.

    Lastly, if you would like to change the email address associated with your support forum account, we can assist by reassigning the purchase code currently linked to your account. This will allow the new user to activate the purchase code under their own account.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @regencycigaremporium,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we have identified that the majority of the issues appear to be related to the current configuration of the WP Rocket plugin – particularly the settings for JavaScript delay and deferral. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Wc_IxxplbxXq.

    As a temporary measure, we have disabled these specific options to assess their impact. We kindly ask you to review your website and confirm whether the issues have been resolved.

    Additionally, we noticed that a CDN caching feature is active on your website. We would appreciate it if you could clear the CDN cache to ensure that all recent changes are properly reflected.

    Please note that we have implemented a fix for the main script using a custom code snippet created specifically for your site. You can view the snippet here: https://prnt.sc/zP-8Q4VLxl4t.

    Lastly, we would be grateful if you could clarify your request regarding the base64 issue, as we are currently unable to identify any related problems.

    Additionally we highly recommend you to check next reply and the steps shown there -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/wp-rocket-and-xstore-better-optimization/#post-450401.

    Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @regencycigaremporium,

    Thank you for providing the details.

    We are currently investigating the issue and working on a solution. Please note that our theme does not include a script.js file, nor has it included one in any previous updates. However, we are checking whether any plugins might be attempting to load an incorrect path to a script.js file.

    Could you kindly confirm if any new plugins have been installed on your website recently?

    Hello @Tanishq Imperia,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As you are currently using the Slider Revolution plugin to create your slider, we kindly recommend referring to the official plugin documentation for guidance: https://revolution.themepunch.com/joomla/documentation/.

    For a quicker solution, you may consider removing a few existing layers and adding new ones. However, please ensure that you back up the current slider before making any modifications.

    We attempted to update the slider content on your site, but due to the active CDN caching system, we were unable to view the changes in real time.

    Regarding your inquiry about modifying the footer, we have already provided a response here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-want-to-change-the-background-image-how-i-can/#post-449991.

    Additionally, we have shared a suggestion concerning the order tracking functionality. Please note that this feature is part of the WooCommerce plugin and is not related to our theme. You can find our response here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-want-to-change-the-background-image-how-i-can/#post-450256.

    If you want to attach more images you can use the lightshot extension or upload your images on some https://wetransfer.com/ source for example and share the url with us to download the files.

    We kindly ask you to test the suggested solutions and share your feedback with us. This will help us provide you with more accurate and effective assistance.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We attempted to access your dashboard; however, we were redirected to the following page: https://prnt.sc/6EUB_U273ZGd, which prevented us from logging in successfully.

    Regarding the filter functionality, if you would like the filters to be activated only upon clicking a button, we recommend adding the “Apply all filters” widget to your sidebar area. This will ensure that the filters are triggered exclusively when the button is clicked.

    Additionally, you may consider applying the following custom CSS to the container widget that includes the “Recently Viewed” widget and its heading:

    selector .elementor-element:has(>.elementor-widget-heading:only-child) {
        display: none;
    }

    If you require further assistance, please provide us with access credentials so that we can log in to your dashboard and assist you more effectively.

    Hello @Naveen Kumar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified that the issue you experienced may be related to the XStore AMP plugin, which appears to be causing some fatal errors on your homepage. As a temporary measure, we have disabled the plugin to ensure that the mobile version of your website functions correctly.

    If you would prefer to continue using the AMP version, we would be happy to investigate further. To do so, we would require access to your FTP account in order to identify and implement a suitable solution.

    Please let us know your preference – whether you would like to maintain the current responsive mobile version or proceed with the AMP layout for a fully redesigned mobile experience.

    Also, we suggest you to update the XStore theme and XStore plugin to the latest version as some issues can be already fixed in latest updates.

    We look forward to your response.

    Hello @LVRB,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is currently active. Unfortunately, we are unable to purge CDN caches from our end. We kindly ask that you either clear the CDN cache or temporarily disable the CDN to verify whether the issue persists.

    Additionally, we observed that disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin appears to resolve the content loading issue. However, after thoroughly reviewing the plugin settings, we did not find any JavaScript delay options enabled.

    At this point, we would appreciate it if you could review your CDN cache settings and let us know whether the issue remains the same or if purging the CDN cache resolves it.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your feedback.

    Hello @LVRB,

    We would like to inform you that we have regenerated the CSS using the Elementor Tools as outlined here: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. However, you may still notice some issues during page loading. This is likely due to your current configuration, which delays the loading of scripts until certain user interactions occur, such as scrolling or clicking.

    We kindly recommend reviewing these settings in your caching plugin and temporarily disabling this feature to assess its impact on performance.

    Additionally, we have observed that there are several hidden elements on your homepage – such as a YouTube video that is loaded on desktop but hidden via CSS – which may negatively affect loading times.

    Furthermore, we noticed that you are using several slide widgets (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/VWNtE3mNkj8j) that rely on JavaScript. Since these widgets contain only a single image, we suggest replacing them with lighter alternatives, such as a standard image or banner widget, to improve performance.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @iRockPod,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    At the moment, we have noticed that you are currently editing the content of your Single Product template. As a result, we are unable to apply the necessary changes on our end.

    It appears that using duplicate product content is not supported due to certain WooCommerce limitations. Therefore, we recommend utilizing the “Text Editor” widget within one of your accordion sections, along with dynamic tags. You can refer to the following documentation for guidance: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/. Please use the “Product Content” dynamic tag as the value.

    Regarding your second question, we kindly ask you to provide additional details, such as screenshots or a video, to help us better understand the issue and assist you more effectively.

    Hello @Amit Ghai,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask if you could share the results of your testing using the Storefront theme, specifically after removing an item from the mini-cart and then checking the Cart page. We are interested to know whether the Cart page displays two items, as observed with the XStore theme, or if the items are shown correctly.

    We have received your test results involving the off-canvas feature; however, the issue may be related to a broader compatibility concern between WP Rocket and WooCommerce. For this reason, we would appreciate it if you could confirm whether the same issue occurs when using the default Storefront theme.

    Please ensure that only the WooCommerce plugin is active during testing (Elementor may be active as well, though it is not required). The Storefront theme (https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/) also includes mini-cart templates (https://prnt.sc/f_TBKcRTYalS), which should help in reproducing the scenario accurately.

    If the Cart page still displays a cached version of its content after removing an item from the mini-cart while using the Storefront theme, we recommend reaching out to WP Rocket support. You may also consider submitting a request on their support forum, as they might already have a solution for such cases. To date, we have not encountered similar reports from our customers.

    Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

    Hello @Crashraider,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following a series of tests and tried few solutions, we were unfortunately unable to identify the exact cause of the issue in your specific case. As a temporary solution, we have enabled the “Pagination Type” for product navigation on your web-site.

    We conducted tests on our own website and did not encounter any issues, as shown in the following gif: https://gyazo.com/845b297053f94ee1ce33244f1a52b695. This suggests that the issue may be related to a unique structure or specific settings on your shop page, which we have not yet been able to determine.

    At this time, the most suitable solution appears to be using AJAX pagination. This will also ensure that the page scrolls to the top when navigating through paginated pages. Please refer to the private area for further details.
