    Hello @ziga32,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask for your guidance on how to correctly establish a connection using the provided access, as our recent attempts have been unsuccessful. Alternatively, when you return from your vacation and have the availability, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the correct FTP credentials or assist us in setting it up.

    In the meantime, we hope you are enjoying your well-deserved time off.

    Hello @SM,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is caused by additional features installed on your website. Specifically, the auto-coupon functionality removes the original coupon title and requires a description to be entered in order for the text to be displayed properly.

    For example, we added the following description: https://prnt.sc/vOQBMGuualws, and as a result, the coupon text is now visible: https://prnt.sc/P1I5yaftOPVY.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the other coupons on your website. You may either disable the corresponding checkbox or provide a description for each coupon to ensure they are displayed correctly.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @SM,

    Thank you for your message.

    Could you please confirm if you are referring to a difference between the subtotal displayed in the mini-cart and the total shown on the cart page? If so, please note that the “Subtotal” shown in the mini-cart does not include any applied coupons or discounts. This is the same subtotal that is displayed on the cart page before any discounts are calculated.

    Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Darin Philip,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To properly rewrite the booster template, please ensure that you are using the correct file path for your copied template. For example, if you are working with the following template:

    salesmax\templates\buy-more-save-more\template-2.php

    You should copy it to the following directory within your active theme (or child theme):

    yourtheme\salesmax\templates\buy-more-save-more\template-2.php

    (Please replace “yourtheme” with the name of your currently active theme.)

    Additionally, we noticed that you may have used ChatGPT or a similar AI tool to generate code for price modifications. While AI tools can be helpful, please be aware that their responses may not always be accurate. For any code modifications, we recommend having a solid understanding of programming to ensure proper implementation.

    Our plugin uses the following function to retrieve product data:

    wc_get_product($object_or_id)

    Therefore, any correctly implemented price modifications should reflect accordingly within the SalesMax templates.

    Please note that we do not offer custom development services on our support forum. However, we are happy to review your suggestions if you can provide us with access to your website. At a minimum, we would need access to your WordPress admin panel (wp-admin) and the URLs of the products where the features are active.

    Hello @ziga32,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following our review, we would like to inform you that the correct product categories are indeed displayed only when the “Sort by Name” option is selected. Additionally, we have confirmed that this is the default WooCommerce widget, and no modifications have been made to it through our theme’s code.

    In light of this, we kindly suggest the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear the transients as described in the WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/tools/, and then check the results.
    2. Set the widget to sort categories by name to ensure they are displayed correctly.
    3. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce Support directly, as this widget is part of their default functionality.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @McAllen,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have disabled both the XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin; however, the Elementor editor remains unavailable. This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme, but rather appears to be server-related (https://www.8theme.com/topic/page-edit-elementor-loading-problem-issue/#post-450593).

    You can perform the same test on your end to verify the results.

    May we kindly ask if you have contacted your hosting provider regarding the matter we previously mentioned? If so, could you please share their response with us?

    Since the issue persists regardless of the theme being active, it strongly suggests that the root cause lies within the server environment.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello @John

    Regarding your inquiry about security vulnerabilities in the XSTORE CORE plugin, we have addressed and resolved these issues in the Version 9.3.9 / Core plugin 5.3.9 (Security Update) https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/. For more details, please read our response here: [Security Update on XSTORE CORE] https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-vulnerability-in-xstore-is-it-solved/#post-396635

    Should you have recently updated your theme and core plugin, please allow some time for your CPanel to clear the cache of the vulnerability results. Alternatively, you may contact their support team to expedite the vulnerability check for your website’s theme/core.

    Also, could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Enduratex,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The generation of micro-size thumbnails such as 1×1.jpg and 10×5.jpg may be related to theme or plugin functionalities, such as placeholders or lazy loading features. These sizes are not standard WordPress defaults and are likely being created by a custom function or third-party integration.

    Regarding the additional thumbnail sizes like 100×100 and 300×300, these are often registered by the WordPress to support various layout and display options. However, if you are certain that these sizes are not required for your website, it is possible to disable them.

    To prevent the generation of unwanted image sizes, you can add the following code to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    function remove_default_image_sizes($sizes) {
        unset($sizes['thumbnail']); // 150x150
        unset($sizes['medium']);    // 300x300
        unset($sizes['medium_large']); // 768x0
        unset($sizes['large']);     // 1024x1024
        unset($sizes['100x100']); // Custom size, if registered
        unset($sizes['300x300']); // Custom size, if registered
        return $sizes;
    }
    add_filter('intermediate_image_sizes_advanced', 'remove_default_image_sizes');
    function remove_custom_image_sizes() {
        remove_image_size('100x100');
        remove_image_size('300x300');
        remove_image_size('1x1');
        remove_image_size('10x5');
    }
    add_action('init', 'remove_custom_image_sizes');

    Please note that this will only prevent new uploads from generating these sizes. Existing images will still retain their previously generated thumbnails unless manually removed.

    We also recommend checking your active plugins and theme settings to ensure no additional image sizes are being registered elsewhere.

    If you need further assistance or would like us to review your setup in more detail, feel free to provide temporary access or additional information.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to clarify your request to ensure we fully understand your requirements. Are you asking to reset the image carousel so that it returns to the main image when the mouse is no longer hovering over it? Currently, it remains on the last image that was triggered in the carousel.

    Hello @ziga32,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, using the File Manager on the website is not the most suitable solution in this case. Making even a minor typographical error in the code such could result in a fatal error on the website, which we would be unable to resolve without access to the FTP account.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hello @luneprint,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    As the Elementor PRO/PRO Elements plugin does not currently include this improvement in its code, we recommend implementing it manually. Alternatively, you may choose to enable all widgets via the Element Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/). Please note, however, that enabling all widgets may prevent the error from occurring but could also impact your website’s loading speed.

    Kindly choose the solution that best suits your needs.
    Please note that this issue is not related to our theme’s code.

    Hello @CuteVirus,

    We would like to bring to your attention that multiple caching plugins are currently active on your website, including:

    – LiteSpeed Cache
    – Autoptimize
    – AirLift

    Please note that using several caching plugins simultaneously may lead to conflicts, slower loading times, or issues with the display of styles – particularly with headings, as observed in your case.

    LiteSpeed Cache vs Autoptimize:

    Both optimize JS, CSS, and HTML.
    If both are enabled, they may:
    – Double-optimize files
    – Cause layout shifts, broken JS, or render blocking

    In our professional opinion, it is advisable to select the most suitable caching plugin for your needs and deactivate the others, as they perform similar functions. We recommend testing each plugin individually to determine which one offers the best performance and compatibility for your website.

    Kindly be aware that while we do not provide customization services, we are always happy to offer guidance and suggest possible solutions. As a first step, we recommend deactivating all caching plugins and checking whether the issue persists. Then, activate one plugin at a time to evaluate its impact on loading speed and style rendering. Once you identify the most effective plugin, we suggest keeping only that one active.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @luneprint

    The issue was originally reported for the Elementor Pro plugin, and you are using the free version, “PRO Elements,” which shares the same configuration. Therefore, we can apply the necessary changes to the PRO Elements plugin accordingly. The solution is described in next topic -> https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/30897.

    If you need our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @CuteVirus,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the wp-admin access has been modified, and as a result, we are currently unable to log in. Upon investigation, we suspect that the issue may be related to the use of a caching plugin – possibly the Airlift plugin – and certain configurations related to Critical CSS.

    At the moment, we are noticing that cached styles are being loaded, and the same styles are also duplicated as Critical CSS. Please refer to the following screenshot for further clarification: https://prnt.sc/n8clXaC97uy_

    We would appreciate it if you could review the current cache and CSS settings to help resolve this matter.

    Hello @Yasar,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Based on the screenshots you provided, we observed that the Mobile Optimization option was enabled in your theme settings. After further review, we have temporarily disabled this feature, as it may cause conflicts with caching plugins – such as the ones currently active on your website. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/uXRtPPnouWVI.

    We kindly recommend that you clear the cache in WP Rocket, as well as in your CDN (if applicable), and then review the website’s performance.

    Hello @shimon,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that our response time may vary depending on the volume of inquiries we receive. Typically, we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday), and within 48 hours over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). However, in most cases, we are able to reply sooner.

    Regarding the issue with the link color in your empty cart, it appears that the blue color is being applied due to your global link (primary) color settings, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OqeGVREsqpNP. This configuration is managed globally across your website, as explained in the Elementor documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/change-link-color/. In the meantime, you may apply the following CSS snippet to resolve the issue:

    .empty-cart-block .btn.black {
        color: var(--et_btn-dark-color) !important;
    }

    .empty-cart-block .btn.black:hover {
        color: var(--et_btn-dark-color-hover) !important;
    }

    Additionally, we were unable to access your WordPress admin panel using the credentials you previously provided. It seems that the access details may have been changed. Kindly provide updated credentials if you would like us to investigate further.

    As for your earlier inquiry about link colors, it was specifically related to the button within the off-canvas content of the cart widget in the header. We would like to confirm that no issue was found in that context, as previously communicated.

    Concerning your comment:
    “There was a conflict between the ‘Variation Swatches for WooCommerce’ plugin and the template. Instead of helping me, you sent me to rack my brains with Elementor support, who simply found the problem in 5 minutes and didn’t blame anyone, they just gave me the solution to the problem.”

    We would appreciate it if you could clarify which specific errors were identified as being related to our theme. We have not received similar reports from other customers using the “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” plugin. We would like to implement a global solution, but in order to do so, we need to understand exactly which code is causing the conflict. If the issue does not occur with a default theme such as Storefront, we can further investigate and work on a resolution.

    Please also note that our theme includes built-in functionality for creating product variation swatches without the need for additional plugins. You can find more information here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/variation-swatches-3/.

    Lastly, the spacing issue you mentioned on the cart/checkout page related to variation attributes is caused by the global paragraph margin settings in Elementor, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6m-Fm4jnAztq. We plan to address this in our next theme update. In the meantime, you may apply the following CSS snippet to resolve the issue immediately (you may remove it after the update is released):

    .shop_table .variation p {
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Hello @Recep,

    You may use the following CSS code snippet to ensure that the tab content is displayed when there is only one section available. Please add this code under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .wc-tabs + .tab-content:last-child {
        display: block;
    }

    If the main request of this topic is solved you can mark this topic as solved. Thanks for understanding.

    Hello @McAllen,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we are currently observing the following error in the browser console on the home page within the editor:

    net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)

    This error typically indicates that the web browser has received an incomplete or corrupted response from the server, despite the server initially returning a successful HTTP status code (200 OK). It often occurs when the server uses “chunked transfer encoding” to send data in segments, but the transmission is interrupted or the final chunk is not properly received.

    Below are some potential causes and recommended solutions:

    Possible Causes:

    1. Network Interruption:
    – Unstable or unreliable network connections may result in data loss during transmission, leading to incomplete chunks.

    2. Server-Side Issues:
    – Improper Implementation of Chunked Encoding: The server may be incorrectly handling chunked transfer encoding, resulting in malformed or incomplete data.
    – Server Crashes or Resource Limitations: If the server crashes or runs out of resources during data transfer, it may terminate the connection prematurely.
    – Proxy Server or Load Balancer Interference: Intermediate devices such as proxies or load balancers may interfere with chunked encoding, particularly if they have strict timeout or buffering settings.

    3. Application-Specific Issues:
    – The application serving the content may be closing the connection prematurely or encountering an error that prevents the complete transmission of data.

    Recommended Troubleshooting Steps:

    Server-Side:
    – Review server logs for any related errors.
    – Verify server configurations related to chunked encoding and buffering (e.g., ensure proxy_buffering is set to off in Nginx).
    – Confirm that the server has sufficient resources to handle requests.

    We hope this information is helpful in identifying and resolving the issue. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @CuteVirus,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please clarify whether you are experiencing issues only with the current title styles or with all newly added headings in general? If the issue is limited to this specific title, we recommend removing the existing heading widget and adding a new one to see if that resolves the problem.

    Alternatively, you may try copying a heading from another section that is functioning correctly, then paste it into the desired location and update the text content accordingly.
