By default can be opened only one toggle and using multiple toggle can be opened several toggles simultaneously. But there is a bug and they both works the same. In next theme release it will be fixed.
This is the theme bug when custom tabs don’t display without default tabs. Could you please provide us with the correct FTP credentials and we’ll fix the issue.

1) Because of some theme peculiarity it is impossible to use for portfolio page such slug as “portfolio”. We’ve changed it to “our-portfolio”, but you can use some other.
2) We’re sorry, but there is also a bug with two testimonials sliders on one page. It means if you use testimonials slider on Testimonial page, the one in the footer won’t work. It should be fixed in next theme release.
