    Hello @Kestutis,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that scripts and styles may require some time to fully load. Are you experiencing similar issues on our demo pages or with other off-canvas elements throughout your website?

    If you are not using a CDN, we recommend configuring the script loading process for optimal performance. Additionally, if your pages contain a large DOM, it may take longer for content to load and for scripts and styles to render properly. In such cases, we suggest utilizing lazy-loading features or minimizing the amount of content on each page to improve loading times.

    Also, you can try to disable the delay scripts in WP Rocket settings and check if it helps as sometimes not all options could improve the loading time in combination and more effective is to set the most useful settings while setting others to inactive.

    To better understand the issue, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a video demonstrating the problem from your side.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following a thorough investigation into the issue you reported regarding the incorrect display of apostrophes, we have identified that the problem is caused by a filter being applied to all post titles. This filter appears to originate from one or more plugins currently installed on your website, or potentially from specific server configurations.

    We have carefully reviewed the filters used within our theme’s and plugin’s code and can confirm that none of them are responsible for this behavior. Therefore, it is highly likely that the issue is being introduced externally.

    To address this, we have added the following code to the xstore-child/woocommerce/content-product.php file as the same top of the file. This code removes the conflicting filters, and as a result, the apostrophes are now displaying correctly (https://prnt.sc/n0lB7GEaoctp). You are welcome to verify this on your website:

    global $wp_filter;
    $summary_actions = $wp_filter['the_title'];
    $actions_2_remove = array();

    if ( ! empty( $summary_actions ) && isset( $summary_actions ) ) {
        foreach ( $summary_actions as $item_priority => $item_value ) {
            foreach ( $item_value as $action => $args ) {
                if ( strpos( $action, 'capital_P_dangit' ) === false ) {
                    $actions_2_remove[] = array(
                        'name'     => $action,
                        'priority' => $item_priority
                    );
                }
            }
        }

        foreach ( $actions_2_remove as $action ) {
            remove_action( 'the_title', $action['name'], $action['priority'] );
        }
    }

    We copied the file to your child-theme (so you won’t lose the changes after theme update).

    Don’t forget to clear all the caches before checking (if you have CDN please, clear it’s cache too).

    Please let us know if you have any further questions or if we can assist you with anything else.

    Hello @Chris,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have tested the “Add to Cart” functionality with both Wi-Fi enabled and disabled, and in both scenarios, we were able to successfully add products to the cart and proceed with the subsequent steps.

    May we kindly ask if you have tested the issue on other devices as well?

    Additionally, we attempted to access the WooCommerce log files; however, we were redirected to a 404 error page. This may be due to permission restrictions associated with the account credentials you previously provided.

    As a next step, we recommend clearing all caches, particularly if you have any caching plugins installed and activated. Once done, please check the functionality again.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Martin,

    Thank you for providing access. However, the access level granted does not include administrator privileges, which prevents us from reviewing the product configuration in full detail.

    Based on our observations, it appears that the apostrophes in question were entered manually and will need to be corrected manually for each affected product. For instance, the product title "Achillea clypeolata ‚Anthea‘" should be updated in the product editor to the following format: "Achillea clypeolata 'Anthea'"

    Please note that this issue is neither related to typography settings nor to our theme code and cannot be resolved through CSS styling.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Olha,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We have reviewed the product you mentioned and noticed that it currently does not have any variations generated (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/66QvBO352MPp). Although the product is set as a variable type, the “Add to Cart” button will not be displayed until variations are properly created.

    To resolve this, you have two options (or):

    1. Generate the necessary product variations.
    2. Change the product type to another one (such as “Simple”) if variations are not required and only attributes should be displayed.

    Please choose the most suitable option for your case. For further guidance, you may refer to the official WooCommerce documentation on variable products: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    Should you need any additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

    Hello @Pille,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the current website and were unable to replicate any issues during our testing. For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating the results on our end.

    To ensure a clear and accurate test, we kindly recommend switching to a default WordPress theme such as “Storefront” and adding the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to the checkout page (https://funnelkit.com/woocommerce-checkout-shortcode/).

    If the issue persists while using the default setup, it may be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself. As shown in our testing, including with our built-in widget, we did not encounter any bugs.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you very much for sharing your ideas with us. We sincerely appreciate your input and will certainly take your suggestions into consideration as we continue developing new videos to highlight our features.

    You may find numerous tutorials and videos online demonstrating how to work with the Elementor page builder. The mega menu content is created in the same way as any other page or post using Elementor, making it easy to customize and manage.

    Hello @Cataclyps,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To display all product reviews, you have a couple of options. You may consider using a free or premium plugin that supports listing or showcasing product reviews in a carousel format. Alternatively, if you require a more tailored solution, you are welcome to submit a customization request through your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account. Our development team will be happy to assist you by creating a custom solution or widget to meet your specific needs. There are no built-in solution currently for such case but you can also submit your request on our future requests taskboard -> https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    Hello @kmc,

    Thank you very much for taking the time to test and share your suggestions. We truly appreciate your efforts.

    Please note that the backend code of our theme is optimized, and based on our analysis, the issue you are experiencing is more likely related to the Elementor or WooCommerce plugin, or possibly WordPress itself, as the request is overloaded while you uploading an image in default WordPress media uploader.

    To help identify the root cause, we recommend creating a staging website and activating the default Storefront theme. Then, please replicate the same actions you performed on your live site. This will help determine whether the issue is theme-related.

    We have conducted various tests on our customers’ websites and have found that this issue is not associated with our theme’s code.

    Also we suggest you to read next article about the optimizations for web-sites with Elementor page builder usage: https://onlinemediamasters.com/reduce-cpu-usage-wordpress/

    Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please note that enabling the AJAX loading option for this widget will prevent its content from being displayed until the customer scrolls to the widget and it becomes visible on the screen.

    In your specific case, since the widget appears first in the sidebar content, we recommend disabling the AJAX loading option. This will ensure that the widget functions correctly and that the category items are displayed promptly without any delay.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly check your website now. We have optimized your WP Rocket configuration settings and also implemented a fix to ensure compatibility with product data added via the custom plugin “Woo Custom Product Add-ons,” particularly addressing the custom structure within the off-canvas cart content.

    Hello @kmc,

    We kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to review the server logs and determine the cause of the 503 error you encountered. In most cases, this type of error is server-related. Understanding the source of the issue and identifying possible solutions – particularly if it is not related to the theme or plugins – requires access to server-level information.

    At this time, we are unable to identify the root cause, as no relevant entries have been generated in the WooCommerce status or debug logs.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Chris,

    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to prioritize the loading of the script, as doing so would not have any noticeable effect. The script requires the same amount of time to load, and prioritizing it may only result in slowing down the loading of other scripts.

    Hello @Martin,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The appearance of quotation marks in product titles is determined by the font-family used for those titles. If you wish to modify the quotation marks displayed in product titles within carousels or grids, we recommend using the same font as applied on the single product page, as shown in the following example: https://prnt.sc/He2oc2y32pRS.

    Please note that applying a different font will affect the entire title text, not just the quotation marks or special characters.

    If you would like to proceed with this change, you can add the following custom CSS code by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    body .content-product .product-title a {
        font-family: 'Verdana';
    }

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you would like to enable the selection of multiple categories from the sidebar, we recommend using the following widget: https://prnt.sc/5_z2rabbf8q6. This will allow the sidebar to appear as shown here: https://prnt.sc/nqrmSuEM4POh, enabling your customers to filter products by selecting multiple categories simultaneously (example: https://prnt.sc/nl4_ha3wVloz).

    Please note that the Spotlight Categories widget will continue to function as it currently does, without any changes.

    Kindly review the suggested implementation at your convenience. If you have a different approach in mind, we would be happy to receive the details and discuss further.

    Hello @Acrdev,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The functionality for phone number verification should be handled by a third-party plugin, which you can find on the official WordPress.org (https://wordpress.org/plugins/) repository or paid plugin.

    To configure the shipping methods and prevent the display of certain steps during checkout, you can adjust the settings within your WooCommerce dashboard. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/W4aiaf70Kow_

    For more detailed information, we recommend reviewing the official WooCommerce documentation:
