Hello @Cr3atorf1lm,
The issue you encountered was caused by an incorrect value set for the “Image Size” option, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/UG9tWG1IyH4r. As indicated in the description, the allowed values differ from the one that was entered, which led to the error.
We have now resolved the issue.

Hello @velvate,
We hope this message finds you well.
Kindly check the issue again at your convenience. The problem was caused by the custom CSS that was added to the textarea, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rOmBTKSNcnCc. Please note that only shortcodes or HTML content are supported in that field.
As a workaround, you may also consider zooming out your browser window to better configure the settings. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96810?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello @Julien,
You may create a separate menu that does not include a mega menu or static blocks, and instead contains only the default submenu items (please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/GCt7sIsVxmF4). Once created, you can assign this menu in the mobile menu settings.

Hello @elrincondelanena.moda@gmail.com,
We hope this message finds you well.
While reviewing your website’s menu configuration, we noticed that the menu items were created using Post Categories as URLs. For optimal functionality, we recommend using Product Categories instead. You can refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/sEOcb0lYk16L.
If the Product Categories option is not visible in your menu settings, we suggest reviewing this helpful article on enabling screen options in WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/screen-options/.
We have taken the liberty of updating the “Remate final” menu item with the correct Product Category link: https://prnt.sc/vzg5KsvHfOC5, and have removed the previous version. You may now view the updated page content accordingly.
We kindly recommend reviewing all other menu items and updating them as needed to ensure consistency and proper navigation.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello @engeldeluxe,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could perform a test to help determine whether the issue is being caused by the Dokan plugin. This would assist our development team in identifying the root cause more efficiently and allow us to provide a timely solution.
We have conducted tests on our local environment and were unable to replicate the issue. Therefore, we kindly recommend disabling the Dokan plugin temporarily and checking how the registration process functions without it. Your feedback on this test would be extremely helpful.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Hello @Bas Kling,
Thank you for reaching out.
After reviewing the matter, we have not encountered any similar compatibility issues with the mentioned plugin. You are welcome to use the search function on our forums to verify this. Additionally, as previously noted, the issue can also be reproduced using Elementor’s default Gallery widget, which further indicates that the problem is not theme-related.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are currently handling a high volume of support requests. As such, we may not be able to investigate your specific case immediately. In the meantime, you may choose to either continue using the lightbox with the GTM4WP plugin active (despite the bug), or temporarily disable either the plugin or the lightbox.
Since the issue does not appear to be related to our theme, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance. Please also test the default Gallery widget to confirm from your side whether the issue persists independently of our theme.
Please note that our support is limited to issues directly related to our own products.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Hello @Julien,
If needed, you may manually adjust the content of your mega menu, including containers, widgets, spacing, padding, and margins. Alternatively, we recommend modifying the URLs of the “Pull” and other similar menu items in the mobile menu to direct users to actual pages, rather than linking to mega menu items.
You can create custom pages with similar content that are more responsive and better suited for mobile devices. Please note that the mega menu content was originally designed for use on larger screens and may not display optimally on mobile devices.

Jack Richardson

If you would like to remove certain items from the mobile menu in the header content, please open the current Header Editor and navigate to the Mobile Menu widget. From there, you will be able to remove the specific items you wish to exclude from the mobile menu.
If your request pertains to something else, kindly provide us with more detailed information so we can assist you accordingly.

Hello @Bas Kling,
We hope this message finds you well.
Following our recent checks, we are pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved after you disabled certain plugins. This indicates that the problem was likely caused by a configuration within one of those plugins, and is not related to our theme. The issue can also be reproduced using the default Gallery widget from Elementor, further confirming this.
As a workaround to prevent the lightbox from opening, you may set the “Lightbox” option to “No” within the current widget settings. Additionally, you can apply the following custom CSS globally:
.etheme-gallery-item a[data-elementor-open-lightbox=no] {
pointer-events: none;
}
Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello @elrincondelanena.moda@gmail.com,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the URL associated with the “Remate Final” category currently points to a post category that does not have any assigned items, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/aKZjHXLNLVKz.
If your intention is to link to a product category instead, we kindly recommend reviewing and updating the items in your website menu accordingly. You may either assign relevant posts to the specified category or verify whether the desired menu item is correctly configured and displayed.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello @Plethora,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, please retain the previously added CSS file exclusions and include only the additional one mentioned in our next reply, as referenced in the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-i-can-edit-the-content-on-mini-cart/#post-451863. As stated, this is an additional file, so the existing exclusions should remain unchanged.

Hello @Lasitha851,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have noticed a “Fake Sale Popup” appearing on your website, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/tEawbKvk98Xs. According to the current configuration of your Booster settings, only recently viewed products are displayed in this section: https://prnt.sc/oJIBa1mOnct2. Therefore, the popup may not appear if a customer has not viewed any products.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance with the settings.

Hello @engeldeluxe,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have conducted a test on our local website, and both the registration and login processes were completed successfully. Upon reviewing your screenshot, we noticed that the Dokan plugin is active during your testing. Please note that additional plugins such as Dokan may introduce extra scripts or cause redirects during the registration process, which could potentially affect the expected functionality.
To help us better identify the issue, we kindly ask you to perform a test with only the required plugins activated. Once completed, please share the results with us so we can further assist you.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello @Okan,
Thank you for reaching out.
The notices you are seeing may be generated by one of the plugins currently installed and activated on your website. We recommend deactivating the plugins one by one to identify which one is responsible for displaying these notices.
Please note that within our theme’s code, the get_page_by_title() function is only used during the import process. Therefore, it is unlikely that these notices are originating from our theme or plugin.
If you wish to disable these notices, you can turn off debugging in your wp-config.php file. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the official WordPress documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Hello @Plethora,
We hope this message finds you well.
In order to ensure optimal performance and compatibility, we kindly recommend excluding additional CSS file specifically for the RTL version of your website. One such file is:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/css/woocommerce-all-rtl.css
Implementing this adjustment will help maintain consistency and improve the overall user experience on RTL layouts.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello @ColourRich,
We hope this message finds you well.
We are currently unable to access your website, as it does not appear to be loading on our end. Could you kindly check whether the site is accessible from your side?
Additionally, we recommend reviewing any custom plugins that may be installed on your website, as they could potentially affect the functionality of account-related menus. For instance, the “Subaccounts for WooCommerce” plugin currently active on your site might be contributing to the issue.
We also suggest verifying whether the problem may be related to any customizations made via your child theme or other third-party plugins.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
