    Hello @bolekproduction,

    We have reviewed your screenshots and noticed that there appears to be an issue. We also observed that the text displayed when items are added to the cart is not the original “Košík” but something like “Nákupní košík.” This may indicate that an additional plugin is installed that modifies such text.

    As we were unable to access your frontend due to incorrect credentials, could you please check whether there are any third-party plugins that might be causing this issue? If you require our assistance, kindly provide the correct wp-admin access details in the private content section.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Manal Salah,

    Could you please temporarily disable the CDN on your website and check if the issue persists? We have noticed that you are currently using Hostinger CDN. Additionally, if you have any other caching mechanisms enabled on your website, please disable them as well and test again.

    If the issue continues, kindly provide FTP access in the private content section.

    Hello @Nene,

    We have created a test vendor account on your website (https://prnt.sc/T5AVZkP0SxB_) and were successfully redirected to the following URL: https://eshop.lugarcerto.co.mz/my-account/?registered=1765972154&nocache=694298bae1db3 (https://prnt.sc/Ds2cLYL3noOG).

    For further testing, we temporarily approved this customer (https://prnt.sc/OoCZsvHyVLpK) as a vendor and also created a test product. During our testing, we encountered the following error: https://prnt.sc/t2vCv_cEu0N7. After reviewing the issue, we confirmed that these notices are not related to our theme but rather to the WooCommerce Brands functionality or its call from the Dokan files.

    To verify whether the issue originated from our theme’s built-in brands feature, we deactivated our Brands functionality (https://prnt.sc/X_S2jj7Xw3Ju). However, the issue persisted. Upon further investigation, we found that the code in the Dokan Lite plugin is generating these notices (https://prnt.sc/qK4jnEVK5wNa).

    Since you provided us with FTP access, we examined the issue in detail within the Dokan Lite plugin and discovered that the $product_brand variable has a value of -1. As a temporary solution, we adjusted their code (https://prnt.sc/2gY-IjnZ2gmK). However, we recommend contacting the Dokan support team to implement a permanent fix in their code.

    We believe this issue occurs because no WooCommerce brands have been created or the related functionality is currently disabled.

    Hello @EE Eric,

    You can either sort the tabs using the available settings: https://gyazo.com/883bcb3179a59659dc000f266c8832c0, or, to have the first tab closed, we have implemented a custom solution in your child-theme/functions.php file (https://prnt.sc/ahv9kKhrEnQT):

    add_action('wp_head', function() {
    	if ( !class_exists('WooCommerce') || !is_product() ) return;
    	?>
    	<script type="text/javascript">
    		jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
    			let tabs = $('.elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_tabs');
    			setTimeout(function() {
    				let first_tab = tabs.find('.et-woocommerce-tab').first();
    				$(first_tab).removeClass('active');
    				let data_name = $(first_tab).attr('aria-controls');
    				$(document).find('#'+data_name).hide();
    			}, 500);
    		});
    	</script>
    	<?php
    });

    The frontend result can be seen here: https://gyazo.com/a16867f1c1446466d69aacbdbbb23481.
    Please check it now.

    Hello @nmble,

    As you are using several single product tab widgets on your single product page, they may conflict with each other. Therefore, we have implemented a custom solution in your child-theme/functions.php file. You can now check the first active tab on your desktop.

    add_action('wp_head', function() {
    	if ( !class_exists('WooCommerce') || !is_product() ) return;
    	?>
    	<script type="text/javascript">
    		jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
    			let tabs = $('.elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_tabs.elementor-hidden-tablet.elementor-hidden-mobile');
    			setTimeout(function() {
    				let first_tab = tabs.find('.et-woocommerce-tab').first();
    				$(first_tab).find('>a').trigger('click');
    			}, 500);
    		});
    	</script>
    	<?php
    });

    Hello @EE Eric,

    Since you are using the Single Product Page Builder based on Elementor, you can adjust the order of the tabs in the Single Product Tabs widget by draging the items (https://prnt.sc/YjOdcXfO-Y4N). To access the builder, please navigate to Dashboard → XStore Builders → Single Product Builder → Go to Builder (Elementor).

    You can find more information about the Single Product Builder here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/.

    If you require our assistance, please provide us with your wp-admin and FTP access details in the private content section.

    Hello @Nene,

    We would like to inform you that the XStore AMP plugin is not mandatory. It was primarily developed for blog websites and simpler eCommerce setups. However, due to the limitations inherent in AMP-based pages (https://amp.dev/), certain features – such as vendor registration – may not function as expected, and some page elements may not display correctly. This information relates to the first and second questions you raised.

    Please note that the setup wizard functionality is provided by the Dokan plugin. If any links or redirections from it do not work properly, we recommend reviewing the plugin’s documentation or contacting the Dokan support team.

    As we always strive to assist our customers, we checked your website and confirmed that the vendor dashboard page with the correct shortcode [dokan-dashboard] exists. Upon reviewing your Dokan plugin settings, we found that the vendor dashboard page had not been assigned (https://prnt.sc/qEodQJkAoBAX). We have now set it up, and you can access the vendor dashboard page directly via this link: https://prnt.sc/4HuVKAp4z0wY. You may also add this page to your website menu (https://prnt.sc/MNuNrE62iEfl) so that any vendor can easily access their dashboard.

    Hello @sedzplug,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement such a query using the default widgets and filters, as they are prebuilt to filter based on the global WooCommerce query. You may consider creating a separate archive products template that will be loaded only on your specific category page (for example, “my_category” – https://prnt.sc/G3kmAbgGboCk).

    You can then use one of the available sidebar areas (https://prnt.sc/FcXO5Uyyu_sj) or create a custom one (https://gyazo.com/6c98dd125b9cb988e1204210f2d3063a) with the widgets you would like to include. After that, select this sidebar area in your Elementor sidebar widget (https://prnt.sc/Oyehz8hRXKZO).

    Please note that you should use the Archive Products widget instead of the Product Grid/List widget, as it will display products according to the current query.

    For more information, please refer to our documentation:

    You are using the Dokan plugin, but [mvx_vendorslist orderby=”registered” order=”ASC”] is from another plugin. You need to change this content to a shortcode from the Dokan plugin – https://dokan.co/docs/wordpress/getting-started/dokan-shortcodes/.

    Hello @indigoross,

    After our inspection, we did not find any issues that could cause such errors, except for a few critical errors that occasionally appear in your Dashboard under WooCommerce → Logs. These seem to originate from either the WP Optimize plugin or the WordPress SEO Premium plugin. Therefore, we believe that something else may be triggering this issue on your shop page.

    If possible, could you please provide a step-by-step description of the actions that lead to this problem so that we can reproduce and test the procedure on our end?

    Hello @indigoross,

    Based on the error displayed, it appears that there may be an issue on the shop page, such as widgets in the sidebar or an excessive number of products being loaded simultaneously, which may be causing the server to fail to handle the request.

    Could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can review the settings and WooCommerce logs? Additionally, could you let us know the specific steps required to reproduce the issue?

    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,

    The HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error indicates that the server is currently unable to handle the request.

    This issue commonly occurs when the server is undergoing maintenance or is overloaded. During maintenance, administrators may temporarily redirect all traffic to a 503 page, or this may happen automatically during software updates. In cases of overload, some server-side applications may return a 503 status when resource limits such as memory, CPU, or connection pool thresholds are reached. Rejecting incoming requests in this way helps prevent the server’s resources from being exhausted and avoids more serious failures. If requests from specific clients are being limited due to rate restrictions, the appropriate response code is 429 Too Many Requests.

    For more information, please refer to the following article: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Status/503

    Regarding the migration to another server, we believe it could be beneficial to move your website to a server with a better configuration, even without rebuilding its content. To proceed, please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this request.

    Please note that we can assist you with questions related to our products; however, in our opinion, this issue appears to be related to the server configuration. If your hosting provider believes that the issue is connected to our theme or plugin, we kindly ask them to provide supporting information confirming this.

    To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, please refer to the following example:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/ev9tp94xax?form_factor=desktop
    As shown, our theme can achieve a score of 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop, which is an exceptional result for an e-commerce theme.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and ensure proper compression)
    – Configure a caching plugin (for example, WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

    All these factors have a significant impact on website speed and overall performance.

    Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.

    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,

    Could you please clarify how to locate this issue on your website? Does the problem occur when opening the Elementor editor for any page, or are specific actions required to reproduce it? At the moment, all pages appear to be loading correctly without any issues.

    We have also reviewed the error log on your website and noticed multiple errors related to a third-party plugin — User Spam Remover (https://prnt.sc/5b69qFhQ2NBi).

    Regarding the creation of FTP access, if you need assistance in setting up these credentials, please contact your hosting provider, who will guide you through the process. Making file modifications through the mentioned plugin may result in fatal errors if any syntax mistakes occur, so we kindly ask you to provide valid FTP credentials if any changes are required from our side.

    If the issue occurs only when opening the Elementor editor, please refer to the solutions provided in Elementor’s official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/, https://elementor.com/blog/error-503/.

    Hello @Gillbert,

    We have successfully reproduced the issue on our end without activating the XStore theme. Please follow the steps below to replicate the issue on your side or to share them with the Elementor or Dokan developers:

    1. Activate a default theme such as Storefront: https://prnt.sc/OcUxYI_3vkNA
    2. Install and activate Dokan, Dokan PRO (as the vendor description option is included in this plugin), Elementor, and WooCommerce.
    3. Enable product editing with the Elementor editor: https://prnt.sc/fOl-PJ9OWckk
    4. Create a test vendor and configure a custom vendor biography: https://prnt.sc/At-ioZpfRGhY
    5. Create a test product with Elementor content: https://prnt.sc/1YZ1GSZoiM_C, https://prnt.sc/gQrpjsm5Sj7Q, and assign this product to the created vendor: https://prnt.sc/GSz7oNnjFDWE
    6. Open the vendor page: https://prnt.sc/QZDKKh1afeFK, then navigate to the Vendor Biography tab: https://prnt.sc/2QSSDgQJ8myG. The content displayed in this tab is taken from the latest product assigned to the vendor (in our case, there is only one product, so its description appears there).

    We hope these detailed instructions will help you reproduce the issue on your end without activating our theme, simply by following the procedure described above.

    Hello @Nene,

    Sorry for the delay in answering due to weekends.

    Have you had a chance to test the website with the XStore AMP plugin temporarily disabled, as we previously suggested (https://www.8theme.com/topic/cannot-complete-a-purchase-becausw-checkout-loadinf-indefinetly/#post-462395)? We kindly await your feedback to determine whether the issue is related to our theme/plugins or caused by another plugin.

    If the problem is resolved after disabling the XStore AMP plugin and it is important for you to continue using it, we will look for possible solutions on your web-site. However, if the issue persists even with the XStore AMP plugin disabled, we kindly ask you to deactivate all third-party plugins to identify which one is causing the error.

    Thank you for your understanding and assistance in debugging the issue. We look forward to your feedback.

    Could you please place a test order with the XStore AMP plugin temporarily disabled? If this resolves the issue, we would like to ask whether it is essential for you to use this plugin on your website, or if it can be disabled. Hello @molo,

    If you have copied the WooCommerce files into your child theme without making any modifications, it is recommended to remove these unused files (or even folder) and use the default WooCommerce templates instead. However, if you have made any changes, you can compare the file contents (from WooCommerce and your versions of files) using tools such as https://www.diffchecker.com/. In that case, please incorporate the updates from the latest WooCommerce templates into your child theme and adjust the file versions accordingly.

    Hello @Sherine,

    If you are using prebuilt items for a product category, please note that there are no settings available to modify the URL, as it is generated programmatically. If you wish to set a custom URL such as https://yourwebsite.com/home/#anchor_section_01, you will need to add a custom link item (see example: https://prnt.sc/J3Fee0vw7_L_) or adding the page -> https://prnt.sc/Kq5j67dxYOEq and then adding your anchor in the fields of 8theme page settings. The anchor refers to the section or container ID that you can add to any page within its content. You can find more information in the documentation we previously shared: https://elementor.com/help/create-anchor-links/.

    Regarding your next question about category link redirection, as mentioned earlier, if you want to create a custom link, you need to use a custom link item. Otherwise, the system will automatically generate a URL for the category page, and it will not be possible to modify it to another URL.

    As for the anchor field in each menu item, it automatically appends the anchor to the end of your URL. However, if you are using a product category menu item, the anchor can only link to an anchor that exists on that specific category page (for example, a section with an ID in the category description). If you wish to redirect customers to another page, we recommend using custom links instead.

    You can find a tutorial on configuring such menu items on the following page: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/general-information/
