To make that code working you need mark your products as featured and new. To mark products as featured go to Products and click on a “star” like shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/dmra5y . To get new products edit a product and in “Custom Settings” block tick “Mark this product as a NEW one” http://prnt.sc/dmrb58 .
After that the shortcodes will display products on home page.

1. I’ve reuploaded checkout files in wp-content/themes/classico/woocommerce/checkout directory and “Create Account” field appeared.

2. As I see you haven’t created shipping methods in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping. Please create some.

3. I checked My Account fields and all are working properly. Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?

4. There is no feature to add new menu. That block is created by Woocommerce.

I saw this code in your custom.css file:

You can’t use php code in css file, it won’t work and each css code that you added after it, will not work as well. So I’ve removed it and the code for description is functioning. Check the category page now.
