    Hello,

    As a solution you can try import demo content via .xml file as described here https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade (paragraph “2.4. Demo Content”, “.XML files import”).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    In this case we need to check the issue. Could you please upload your site to any web host and provide us with FTP/WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
    Also check if your system meets theme requirements:
    – file_get_contents() function should be enabled in the server configuration;
    – PHP version: 5.3 or higher;
    – max_execution_time: no less than 180;
    – memory_limit: no less than 96M;
    – upload_max_filesize: no less than 20M.
    Use WordPress phpinfo plugin to check your PHP configuration limits.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    i see…. in the documentation it says to copy past it in the import section.

    also the RTL has some layout issues with icons and it doesn’t look good in the product page the photo disappears:
    http://zifim.themepress.com.au/product/demo-product-title-5/

    and the pages go off page:

    Hello,

    1. I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .product-images-slider, #product-pager{direction:ltr;}
    .product-images-slider.owl-carousel .owl-item, #product-pager .owl-item {float: left;}

    Please check product page now.

    2. As for pages I set “Row stretch” in the row settings to “Default”.

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Custom CSS for desktop section:

    .login-link .login-popup {
       transform: translate(40%, 20%) !important;
    }
    .price_slider_wrapper .ui-corner-all, .cart-popup-container p {
       direction: initial;
    }
    .admin-bar.fixNav-enabled .fixed-active-animate .header-wrapper {
        top: 32px !important;
    }

    Please provide FTP credentials to check the translation issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
