    Dear @nirvana5,

I hope this message finds you well. We previously requested that you verify whether the issue you reported persists with the parent theme. However, we have not yet received a response from you. Could you kindly confirm if you have had the opportunity to conduct this test? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share the results with us.

Regarding your query about why the functionality works well for many items but not for others, this can often be attributed to specific code parts that may behave differently across various products. It is advisable to consult with the developers who made modifications to your child theme, as they are responsible for ensuring that the code functions correctly. If the issues are not present when using the parent theme, it suggests that the modifications in the child theme could be the cause.

For your information, the code managing variations is primarily located in the WooCommerce plugin. Specifically, you might want to examine the file located at plugins/woocommerce/client/legacy/js/frontend/add-to-cart-variation.js, which initiates most JavaScript hooks for the add-to-cart action.

Should you require further assistance with the code or need additional customization, please feel free to submit a request via our customization service at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that such inquiries may fall outside the scope of our standard support.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you provide us with the correct access credentials to your website. This will enable us to review the settings of the New Label range, as previously discussed. We understand that you are currently unable to perform this check on your own as we asked you before.

We would like to assure you that the code we provided was not intended to, and did not, remove the New labels. Our goal is to ensure that everything is functioning as it should.

Additionally, we will ensure that your name is no longer mentioned in relation to this issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @nirvana5,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully established a connection to the FTP on your server. During our review, we observed that your child theme contains a significant number of modifications—indeed, it appears to be the most extensive we have encountered among our customers. This could potentially be the cause of the issue you are experiencing on the Single Product page.

To isolate the problem, we kindly request that you conduct a test using the parent XStore theme. Should the issue resolve with the parent theme, it would suggest that the complications are stemming from the modifications in your child theme. Please note that addressing issues within the child theme falls outside our scope of responsibility and you should contact with the developers who made changes in your child-theme to fix the issue.

After testing with the parent theme, please ensure you clear your cache before proceeding. We would appreciate your feedback on the outcome of this test.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Anastasiia,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to inform you that the templates you are interested in are available through the Elementor platform and require the purchase of the official Elementor PRO plugin for use. However, you have the alternative free option of using our XStudio to create post layouts based on the content from our demos. For more detailed information, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/.

Additionally, we offer our own Posts Grid/Timeline/List/Carousel widgets within the Elementor editor, which should meet most of your requirements. You can view examples at the following links:
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/posts-chess-element/
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/posts-timeline-element/
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/posts-tabs-element/

For live examples of Posts archive pages, please refer to our demo blog pages:

    Dear @imguser,

I hope this message finds you well.

We were in the process of evaluating the website at https://test.******.online. Upon reviewing the source code of the homepage (and also we check the live web-site with same test), we were unable to identify any elements that have been activated with XStore Ajaxify option, as previously discussed and agreed upon.

Could you please confirm whether our observation is accurate? If the XStore Ajaxify options have indeed been activated, we kindly request that you provide us with a comprehensive list of all widgets where this feature is enabled or steps to check such implementation.

We also noticed that you have 2 headers loaded on each page but the first one is hidden on each device. You should understand that if you simply hide the section, all styles/scripts that are required for rendering of elements this section (in your case hidden header area) are loaded. It means that speed will be implroved also once you removed the unused header.

We recommend you to read our answer about the patches reappearing on your web-site -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/tons-of-errors-on-home-catalogue-aka-shop-page-and-individual-usal-pages-when-u-inspect/page/3/#post-405545.

    Dear @RapidClick,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have observed that you are currently testing a new vendor currently without products. Typically, our tests are conducted on vendors that have products, as this is a more common scenario. However, we encountered an issue, as demonstrated in our video, which may involve the XStore Core or may occur independently of it. It appears that the descriptions for real vendors who have products are inaccurately captured. This issue persists even when using the default Storefront theme, suggesting it is a bug associated with the MultivendorX plugin.

To further assist with your request to test vendors without products, we require live links for such vendors. Unfortunately, it seems there is an error in creating new vendors, which appears to be an issue originating from the Multivendor plugin. Could you please create a test vendor to replicate the testing procedure you utilized? If we confirm that this issue does not occur with the default theme, we will endeavor to resolve it.

Additionally, please conduct tests with existing vendors who have products. If you encounter any discrepancies while using the default theme (as indicated in our video), we recommend reaching out to the plugin developers for further assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to resolving these issues promptly.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concern about the overlapping label and hover effect. Our theme functionality is designed to be comprehensive, but sometimes specific needs or adjustments might not be predefined. In this case, you have a couple of options:

    1. You can submit a feature request. This allows other customers to vote on the need for such a feature, which helps us prioritize future updates (https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/).
    2. Alternatively, you can request additional customization to address your specific requirement (https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel).

Please understand that our support is provided according to the Envato Privacy Policy. For more information, you can refer to the https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy.

If you are facing a critical problem, please let us know, and we will prioritize addressing it.

Additionally, the code we provided might not fully address the issue with your product labels. We recommend checking the new label settings in your theme options. You can do this by navigating to:

Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Product Badges -> New Label Days Limit

This setting controls the duration for which products are marked as “new” with a label. Adjusting this option may help achieve the desired outcome for your product labels.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Dear @imguser,

I hope this message finds you well. As previously communicated, we utilized the “PageSpeed Insights” tool for testing, which you can access via the following URL: https://pagespeed.web.dev/.

In our last correspondence, we recommended specific enhancements aimed at improving your website’s loading speed. It appears that these suggestions have not yet been implemented. If the improvements are not applied, and you wish for us to proceed with the optimization, it may seem as though the responsibility for the entire speed optimization process is being transferred to us, which is unfortunately not feasible.

We kindly ask you to implement the changes outlined in our previous message, which can be reviewed here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-not-loading-some-time-loading-but-taking-too-much-time-and-showing-some-error/#post-405621.

Please implement these improvements at your earliest convenience and inform us once completed. We are eager to continue with further testing and enhancements upon receiving your feedback.

    Hello @Anas,

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. We appreciate you taking the time to include a video with your message, as it helps us understand the problem more clearly.

We have reviewed the video you attached and are currently investigating the behavior you’ve described where the page scrolls up slightly when selecting different product variations. Our team was able to recreate the issue on our locals and already found a solution that was successfully uploaded on your web-site and will be included in next theme update.

If you have any more questions or additional information to share in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @KING IT SOLUTIONS,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention a few matters regarding your WooCommerce setup and theme customization.

    1. It appears that all attributes have been successfully added for your testing product. However, I noticed that the variation combinations are currently set only for sizes 7 as shown here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49515876?key=eac23f99fc7d92368032d0fc7a0738d3. Sizes 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are missing variations. For detailed guidance on managing variable products, please refer to the WooCommerce official documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/.

    2. Regarding the code added to your child theme, please be assured that it will not be affected by updates to the parent theme. The only instances in which this code could be lost are if it is manually removed or if a backup of the files is installed on your server. Should you need to re-add the code in the future, you can always refer to the solutions provided in our previous communications.

    3. As for the functionality you inquired about, it is not available by default. If you wish to have this feature implemented, you may submit a feature request here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Alternatively, if you require further customization, please make a request through our customization panel: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Moiz,

I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the product elements displayed on your shop page differ from those on your homepage. Specifically, the product element on the homepage incorporates a ‘swap’ hover effect, which may be causing this inconsistency.

To address this issue, we recommend the following solutions:

    1. Disable the swap effect on the products displayed on the homepage.
    2. Implement the following custom CSS to deactivate the swap effect when hover functionality is not available:

    @media (hover: none) {
           body .content-product .image-swap {
               display: none !important;
           }
    }

    3. Transition to using our new Products grid/list/carousel elements (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/products-element/), as the version currently in use on your web-site is outdated and not optimized for code efficiency.

Should you continue to experience any issues, please provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt action to ensure a consistent user experience across your website.

    Dear @imguser,

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to clarify the compatibility of the WP Rocket cache plugin with our theme. We have noticed your recent comments regarding potential incompatibility issues, and we would like to address this matter.

For your reference, you can access the WP Rocket documentation related to our theme at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/. All our demos are using the WP Rocket plugin and it is working correctly. We find it surprising to hear reports of incompatibility as our tests have not indicated such issues.

Furthermore, we have conducted a performance analysis of your website using one of the most popular site speed tester, PageSpeed Insights. The results were quite favorable and can be viewed here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49511696?key=e8b5057d32fc31b7d472382eec0edf9d.

Based on these findings, we recommend following the optimization guide step-by-step to enhance your site’s performance. Once you have implemented the suggested improvements, please provide us with feedback so that we may assist you further.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response and continuing to support your efforts.

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention that on the cart page, there is a “Continue Shopping” button which directs users back to the shop page, rather than proceeding to the checkout page. However, it has been observed that there is no similar option on the checkout page to encourage customers to finalize their purchases.

Given that you are utilizing Elementor to build these pages, you have the flexibility to add any elements you deem necessary directly. For instance, you might consider adding a simple button either above or below the content with the text “Go to Shop” or any similar prompt. Please note that such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support, as it is tailored to meet specific customer needs.

    Dear @TSpinde

Thank you for your message and for raising your concerns.

There are some fundamental considerations taken into account during the development process to ensure the reliability of the theme. This process typically does not cater to the 1% of customers who might extensively test the site by adding products indefinitely and repeatedly. If we were to now combine and develop a solution for this 1% of your clients who might potentially engage in such behavior, it could jeopardize the compatibility and functionality for the vast majority of our existing customers who have already configured their websites and rely on the current setup.

Therefore, it is not feasible from our side to take the step you suggested, as it might compromise the experience for the majority. However, if you are interested in finding a solution specifically for your unique client scenario, where the user wishes to add products in this manner, we are open to considering this as a customization.

Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will review the possibility of creating a tailored solution for your needs.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @RapidClick,

I hope this message finds you well.

We regard you as a discerning customer and believe you have the capability to independently verify the success of certain tests or determine if they merely redirect the issue back to us. We have conducted a test using the STOREFRONT theme with the XStore theme & XStore Core plugin deactivated, and unfortunately, the issue persists, that means it is NOT related to our theme or our plugin. We have documented this in a video, which is available in the private area for your review.

We encourage you to personally replicate this test to confirm that the issue remains evident even when our XStore theme is not active, as demonstrated in our video. This step will ensure that there is no misunderstanding about the source of the problem.

Should there be any insistence from the other party to disregard your concerns as a client, we kindly ask that you request them to view the video we provided. Additionally, it is important to question why, if the real issue was with the XStore Core, no screenshots or videos were provided to support this claim.

It appears to us that there might be a reluctance to address the actual issue, which is regrettable.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation and any further discussion you deem necessary.

    Dear @TSpinde,

We hope this message finds you well. We understand your inquiry regarding the relationship between AJAX and the issue you are experiencing. Please find below a detailed explanation:

    1. The process of adding a product with AJAX initiates several WooCommerce actions, which include numerous actions and filters specifically affecting the mini-cart content.

    2. Each product reloaded in the mini-cart possesses its own product object. This object must be loaded initially, after which only the necessary data for display in the mini-cart content is extracted from the product object.

    3. Once all content is generated server-side, AJAX returns this content. In your scenario, the returned data is substantial, which may occasionally prevent the mini-cart quantity from refreshing accurately. This could be due to the size of the data returned or another underlying issue.

To address this, we have provided a solution involving the deactivation of AJAX to ensure correct functionality and refresh of the mini-cart. However, please note that with AJAX enabled, there are observed issues when refreshing the mini-cart with more than 35 items.

We hope this explanation clarifies your concerns.

    Dear @KING IT SOLUTIONS,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that we have successfully implemented the solution in child-theme/functions.php for the issue regarding the display of out-of-stock variation swatches on your WooCommerce site. For a detailed description of the solution, please refer to the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-variation-swatches-not-displaying-out-of-stock-correctly-in-all-cases/#post-362807.

To briefly summarize, the issue stemmed from the product containing more than 30 variations, which exceeded WooCommerce’s default threshold for ajax checking of out-of-stock variations. To resolve this, we have applied a filter to increase the woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold to 100 variations. This adjustment should ensure that the stock status of variations is now checked and displayed correctly upon page load.

Additionally, we noticed that approximately 70% of the variations do not have set prices. We recommend addressing this to ensure that all your product variations are priced appropriately as it is required from WooCommerce.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @TSpinde,

We kindly request that you conduct your tests using the official Storefront theme, which is developed by WooCommerce and recommended for assessing their core functionalities. Additionally, it appears necessary to deactivate the Ajax functionality, as indicated here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49487498?key=b768755426f7c62ce6b57f5d250e8b43. This step is crucial because the Ajax product results may encounter issues when there are excessive items in the mini cart.

    Dear @Daniel,

We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you have encountered issues with broken styles after installing our theme on an existing WordPress site. For optimal results, we highly recommend performing a demo import on a fresh WordPress installation. You can find more details on this process here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49490942?key=82aefb8f59d5f0b32f1ebbc934a77be9.

It appears that you may have initially imported products, posts, and other content from another site before starting the theme import, as there are currently nearly 4000 products listed on your website. If you choose to continue with the current version, you can manually add the missing sections using the XStore Studio, available at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/. Additionally, we offer solutions for importing headers and configuring single products with the Elementor builder, detailed in our guide here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/.

Please note that while we do not offer additional customization services for importing and customizing website content as it is out of our support scope, you can request such services through our customization panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Kalpesh Prajapati,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the menu settings for your multilingual site.

Our theme does not use Display location because it has a header builder that this option is unnecessary. WPML has a language selector for the menu translation http://prntscr.com/pz0ctr but it seems Gtranslate is limited and needs Display menu location. That’s why I ask you to contact them to clarify how to be in case you need to translate the menu if the theme does not have display location.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
