    Dear @pigeleven,

We hope this message finds you well. To achieve results similar to those you are looking for, we recommend creating product variations (such as head, body, hair, etc.) and associating the necessary attributes with the variable products. For detailed guidance on managing product attributes, please refer to the following documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#product-attributes.

Additionally, we suggest exploring the tutorials on utilizing the Variation Swatches feature available in the XStore theme. These tutorials can be accessed here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/variation-swatches/. By using this feature, you can assign images to your product attributes, achieving results similar to those seen on the example website.

Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Plethora,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You are correct in noting that our current platform does not support full customization of the scrolling header. However, we do offer a range of configurable options for the Sticky header. These include selecting devices on which to apply the sticky effect, configuring the background of the sticky header, and adjusting features such as the sticky effect and box-shadow. For a visual guide on these settings, please visit: https://gyazo.com/27c18801b86cdec2339450ae2934e419.

It is important to note that completely altering the content of the sticky header is not feasible with the current settings. For such customization, we recommend using a separate plugin or requesting additional customization services (https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel). Please be assured that the existing sticky header settings meet the requirements of 95% of our customers. For unique requirements such as yours, where a completely different content structure is desired, utilizing a separate plugin or submitting a request for further customization would be the best approach.

Should you have any other ideas or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to provide more details. We are here to assist you in achieving the desired outcomes.

    Dear @EmporioWeb,

We hope this message finds you well. Before submitting inquiries on our forum, we kindly advise our clients to first search for existing discussions that may address their questions. Often, you will find that a solution has already been provided for similar issues.

For instance, a solution for the “Auto scroll on mobile” issue can be found by searching our forum. Here are the links to a relevant solution that might be helpful:
    – Screenshot of the solution – https://gyazo.com/20697a86aa7360d42c79a2cc0da1df50
    – Topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-disable-the-auto-scroll-to-tabs-on-mobile/#post-372631

In response to your case, we have implemented the solution described in the aforementioned links. The auto-scroll feature on the Single Product page when accessed from mobile devices has now been deactivated. The necessary changes were made in the xstore-child/functions.php file.

    Dear @Pusat Pneumatic,

I hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing your error logs, we have identified an issue involving excessive database requests initiated by the WooCommerce plugin. It appears that this problem may have arisen following recent updates to the WooCommerce database.

Please note that this issue is not associated with our theme. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, as they may be able to resolve this issue from their end. Alternatively, you may wish to contact WooCommerce support directly for assistance.

It is important to address this matter promptly, as the error logs indicate that these requests are being recorded every few minutes. For your reference, we have attached examples of these errors in the private area below.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @nitin kumar,

Thank you for reaching out with your recent request. We have noted that your inquiry does not pertain to the primary topic for which this thread was initially created. To ensure efficient management of support resources and to provide timely assistance to all our clients, we kindly request that separate topics be created for distinct questions. This approach allows our support managers to address each issue appropriately.

If your primary concern has been addressed, we kindly request that you mark the related support topics as closed. This assists us in managing our support resources more efficiently.

Additionally, it appears that the functionality you are seeking to modify, specifically the placement of the ‘Pin code’ section, is associated with the third-party plugin Shiprocket, rather than our theme. We recommend contacting Shiprocket’s support team for assistance with this matter, as they are best equipped to provide the necessary guidance.

Please note that our support is dedicated to issues or questions directly related to our products. While we strive to assist our clients wherever possible, adherence to Envato’s privacy policy restricts us from providing support for third-party plugins.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @vjm,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have investigated the issue regarding the display of prefixes within the WooCommerce plugin. After conducting a test using the default Storefront theme and with no third-party plugins active, we have confirmed that the issue persists with default configuration and is independed on our XStore theme. You can view the results of our test here: https://gyazo.com/ae397aaad2b54ba930f2b4dae611f79c.

Given that the prefixes are coded directly into the WooCommerce plugin, we recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce support team for further assistance. They are best equipped to guide you on matters related to their plugin’s functionality. You can contact them via the support forum on WordPress at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Dinesh R R,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with an update on the following matters:

    1. **Product Categories and Subcategories**: We have verified that your platform hosts a significant number of product categories, including subcategories. You can view the detailed breakdown via this link: https://gyazo.com/dff2cb5a6421ea112c9036f03fd4df64. There are approximately 18 pages, each containing around 20 categories, which aligns with the display amount on your frontend.

    2. **Price Widget Settings**: The settings for the Price widget have been successfully adjusted and fixed: https://gyazo.com/a565670d18909253584af305b40c5445.

    3. **Brand Filtering**: We have not encountered any issues with the filtering by Brand feature. For your reference, here is the screenshot of the current functionality: https://gyazo.com/db179f3e796235f90fb704d1418090eb.

Should you require further assistance or have any questions regarding these updates, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @maftimfia,

Thank you for providing the URL. Upon review, we noted that the option in question had been activated in numerous instances, as we initially suspected. Further investigation confirmed that this option was enabled for each element on the Archive Products builder page (that created an issue about “No products found” as it is the page where all products are displayed based on the global WooCommerce query).

We recommend keeping the XStore Ajaxify option disabled for the Archive Products widgets. There are numerous conditions in these widgets that may not align correctly with the XStore Ajaxify functionality. It is generally best practice to enable this feature on elements located on the Home, Contact Us, and About Us pages to ensure optimal performance.

To address this, we have implemented improvements and deactivated this option for the widgets on the Shop layout page. Additionally, we have reassessed the activation of the XStore Ajaxify option on your Home page. We have deactivated it for the first two elements visible in the initial window area, as activating this option is unnecessary for these elements. It was causing multiple widgets on the Home page to load simultaneously when they came into the viewport.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Ameer,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered originated from the activation of the ‘Infinite Loop’ option on the XStore Slider. As an interim measure, we have deactivated this feature, which has successfully resolved the issue. You can view the current status here: https://gyazo.com/0913cdec9998e814b1402611ec00d96d.

Please be assured that we are actively working to devise a permanent solution and anticipate including it in an upcoming update.

    Dear @i-Visio,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address a few points regarding the setup and configuration of your website:

    1. It is advisable to select either the Customizer builder or the Elementor-based builder for your website configuration. Please choose one to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

    2. We noticed that there was no image attached with your previous correspondence which is necessary for us to address your issue accurately.

    3. For further assistance, we recommend that you refer to our tutorials available in our documentation:
    – For the Header builder, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
    – For the Single Product builder, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

Additionally, we have observed JavaScript errors from Elementor plugin when attempting to set conditions in the popup windows of the builders. These errors appear to stem from Elementor files and not directly from our theme. It is possible that certain settings on your server, such as a whitelist or specific permissions, are blocking connections needed by Elementor. We recommend reviewing the error details in the private area and discussing them with your hosting provider to resolve these issues.

As a workaround solution, we have switched to the table view for all builders, which you can review using the URL provided in the private area. We have also activated new header and single product layouts’ conditions using the Elementor builder on your website. The details of this implementation can be found here: https://gyazo.com/43f6892f236393f081c07af1c68490ee.

Please verify the new layouts on your website and let us know if they meet your expectations.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist you further.

    Dear @vjm,

We hope this message finds you well.

As part of our testing process, we have implemented the default shortcode for displaying the Cart page, as outlined in the official WooCommerce documentation, which can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#woocommerce-shortcodes. Unfortunately, we have observed that the same issue persists with the default shorcode too.

This outcome suggests that the problem may not be associated with our theme or plugin. We recommend contacting the support team of the plugin that manages the display of these prefixes for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Bagwani,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a few points regarding the use of the XStore Ajaxify feature available on each Elementor widget. This feature is designed to be user-friendly and does not require any coding skills. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49798158?key=c81fa20aea0720fefd3adc8c4639cf5e. We made few activations of such feature on your home page, so make such activations by yourself on the widgets you prefer on home and other pages (Contact us, About us, etc.) too.

It seems there may have been some miscommunication concerning the level of support we are able to provide. Our role is primarily to guide and advise you through the optimization process, rather than implementing changes directly on your website. We provided you the most detalized instructions you could follow but such instructions seems to be ignored by you.

Additionally, we previously requested that you either remove or minimize the use of hidden content on certain devices, which appears to remain unaddressed as per the following link: https://gyazo.com/ec132272d4de5d460c47b93671aa9536.

Could you please inform us about the steps you have taken towards optimization based on our suggestions? It is important for us to understand why there seems to be no noticeable improvement despite your confirmation of having implemented the changes.

We strive to provide exceptional support for all themes from Envato, and it is crucial that our guidelines and suggestions are followed to ensure the best results. If there are any issues or dissatisfaction with the support provided, we are more than willing to discuss this further via email to ensure confidentiality and address any concerns effectively.

    Dear @Bagwani,

We appreciate your efforts in implementing the XStore ajaxify feature for certain Elementor widgets. However, upon review, we have been unable to verify the activation of this feature in any of the widgets, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/d3ad8edd8245bad350e5b1280284fd31. This situation leads us to believe that the agreed-upon implementation may not have been completed.

We would like to remind you that we have previously provided detailed steps necessary for this implementation in our support communications. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the extent of support we can offer. Our role is to guide you through the process rather than implementing the changes directly on your website.

Could you please provide us with screenshots or evidence in such case to confirm that the ajaxify feature has been activated as you previously indicated?

Additionally, we refer to our earlier communication which can be found here:

    Dear @Jonathan,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have recently made some modifications to the files as per your request and would appreciate it if you could review them at your earliest convenience (https://gyazo.com/5055773b5dd51fd5ea050648045ffb51). The details of the changes are as follows:

    1. In the file et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-grid.php, we have added several filters to enable the posibility for modifications to the tax_query of the product taxonomy.
    2. In the file xstore-child/functions.php, we have incorporated a filter that enforces an AND relation for the tax query.

At this moment, we are not prepared to implement these modifications as a separate option, as your request is unique and appears to have been addressed by the solutions we have already provided. Anyway you are always opened to post a future request on our Future request board where anyone could leave his voice for the request he thinks useful -> https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.

    Dear @i-Visio,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the global conditions for Shop Archive, Header, and Single Products are integrated within the Pro Elements or Elementor PRO plugins. It has come to our attention that there are certain limitations when these plugins are not utilized. Consequently, we strongly recommend the installation of one of the suggested plugins on your website to enhance functionality.

Furthermore, please be advised that any templates created for Single Products or Headers using the Elementor builder are acknowledged within the Customizer settings. It is important to select your preferred builder and consistently utilize it for optimal results. Currently, you have the option to either continue using the Customizer builder for Header and Single Product layouts or opt for the Elementor plugin-based builder, which offers more customizable features and elements.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
