    Dear @Imran Khalid,

    We have investigated the issue you reported with the our own iPhone mail application and can confirm that the problem exists. However, it is important to note that this issue does not occur with official services such as Gmail, where all images are displayed correctly. This observation leads us to believe that the problem may not be with your emails but potentially with the iPhone services.

    We found similar issues discussed in the Apple Support Community, which you can view at the following links:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254738960?=undefined&previousThread=253279783021&sortBy=rank
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253279783?sortBy=rank

    It is possible that the issue arises due to specific iPhone mail restrictions settings or because the email address is not marked as trusted, which prevents the display of images from untrusted sources.

    As of now, there has been no response from their support team regarding this matter. We recommend keeping an eye on the threads for any updates that may address your concerns.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide assistance with the customization of your CSS settings.

    1. To change the space of arrow in your mobile menu element, please use the following CSS snippet for the Mobile menu widget in your header:

    selector .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item-icon {
        margin-inline-end: 5px;
    }

    2. Regarding the scrollbar behavior, it is generally influenced by your browser settings and is not directly related to our theme. However, you can attempt to modify it using this CSS snippet to be added to your Mobile menu element in header:

    @media only (hover: hover) {
       selector .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content:not(:hover) {
            overflow: hidden;
        }
    }

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Growthx Media,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently looking to enhance the functionality of the “Filter by Category” widget on our shop page and would appreciate your guidance on a couple of issues:

    1. Unfortunately, it appears that the widget does not natively support this feature. However, we have considered a few potential solutions:
    – Utilizing custom CSS to hide the categories that should not be displayed.
    – Enabling the Advanced mode but it will work for the default WooCommerce product categories widget. This mode includes a “Show All Categories” link and displays only the children of the current category on the product category page.

    2. Regarding the ‘Include IDs’ setting for the Categories source, it seems it does not function as we intended because you set the Categories by ids to be displayed as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/03TaHFvRGb1b. We suggest setting the data source to ‘All categories’ to achieve the desired functionality. Please try this adjustment and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are eager to implement these enhancements effectively.

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

    We hope this message finds you well. We understand that you are currently utilizing the ACF plugin in conjunction with the dynamic tags functionality of the Elementor PRO plugin. To ensure you receive the most accurate and detailed assistance, we recommend reaching out directly to the support teams of the respective plugins. They are best equipped to provide guidance, especially if the information you require is not readily available in their documentation.

    For your convenience, you can refer to the Elementor PRO dynamic tags documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-acf/.

    Additionally, you can find the ACF plugin documentation here: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/display-acf-on-elementor-with-dynamic-tag/.

    Please understand that this request falls outside the scope of support for our theme, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    Dear @LUKITA,

    I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly provide us with the URL of the page where you are experiencing issues? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could verify whether this issue occurs exclusively with our XStore theme.

    We have noticed in your Theme Options under Speed Optimizations that the Font Awesome library is deactivated, which indicates that it is not being loaded by our theme. This suggests that the issue might originate from Dokan itself or from a conflict with one of your other plugins.

    We recommend conducting a test using the Storefront theme to further isolate the problem.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @carlyliczyk,

    We hope this message finds you well. We noticed that you have a similar request concerning the Posts Grid widget, akin to a previous inquiry we received about the Products Grid widget. You can review the discussion here for more context: https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-query-type-product-grid-widget-elementor-xstore/.

    We are pleased to inform you that we will be incorporating filters in our next update v.9.3.18 (https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/), which will allow you to modify the logical relations (‘AND’ or ‘OR’) within the Posts widgets’ taxonomy query. The filter will be named:
    etheme_product_grid_list_product_taxonomy_tax_query

    Post-update, you will need to add the following code snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file to implement the changes:

    add_filter('etheme_posts_post_taxonomy_tax_query', function($tax_query) {
        $tax_query['operator'] = 'AND';
        return $tax_query;
    });

    We trust this enhancement will meet your requirements and we look forward to your feedback once it is implemented.

    Dear @ziga32,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently addressing a technical issue that we have been unable to replicate on our local server. To assist us in identifying the source of the problem, we kindly request your cooperation in conducting a test on your website.

    Could you please temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme and ensure that only the WooCommerce and Elementor plugins are active? This will help us determine if the issue is related to the WooCommerce plugin.

    We understand that your website is live, and we want to ensure that our request does not disrupt your operations. Please consider performing this test during a period of low traffic to minimize any potential impact.

    Once you have completed the test, we would greatly appreciate it if you could attach screenshots of the results. This will aid us greatly in diagnosing the issue more accurately.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter and your continued cooperation. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.

    Hello @Atik Fahad,

    Currently, our Archive products builder layout supports only the initial Archive description. However, we are excited to announce that in our forthcoming update, we will be introducing a new widget that addresses a frequently requested feature. This enhancement, which has been highlighted on our future taskboard and discussed in several forum topics by other customers, will enable the addition of a Second Archive Description. This feature is particularly beneficial for product categories. For further details, you may refer to the discussion on this topic at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-attribute-archive-links-for-diffffrent-color-and-size/#post-407283.

    Dear @Abhinandan,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the PRO Elements plugin serves as a free alternative to the Elementor PRO plugin. Consequently, it is possible that you might encounter similar issues with the official version of the Elementor PRO plugin on your website.

    We recommend that you reinstall the PRO Elements plugin and ensure that all other plugins are updated to their latest versions. Additionally, please verify whether the issue persists when using a default theme, such as Storefront or Hello Elementor.

    Should the problem continue to occur exclusively with our theme and not with others, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials to your website. Please ensure that you submit these details via a secure, private method so that we can further investigate the issue and explore potential solutions.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving it promptly.

    Hello,

    There are only a few style attributes that can be applied to an <option> element.

    This is because this type of element is an example of a ‘replaced element’. They are OS-dependent and are not part of the HTML/browser. It cannot be styled via CSS.

    There are replacement plug-ins/libraries that look like a <select> but are actually composed of regular HTML elements that CAN be styled.

    I hope this message finds you well. We kindly request your assistance in conducting a test using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. Please ensure that no other plugins are active during this test, except for WooCommerce and Elementor.

    Should the issue persist under these conditions, we advise you to reach out to the provider of the plugin that offers this specific functionality, requesting compatibility support.

    Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a video recording of your test. This will help us verify that the results are accurate and not due to any misinterpretations.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    We have reviewed your website on a large monitor using the following device: https://prnt.sc/yQi__WMvFUCK. Unfortunately, we are still not encountering issues with blurred images as all of those are displayed correctly. You can view the results of our testing in this video: https://gyazo.com/3c93696f6637aa563e8a56ec643d43ac.

    Should you continue to experience issues with the background image quality, we recommend checking the settings of your container to enhance responsiveness. Specifically, altering the Background size from ‘cover’ to ‘contain’ may resolve the issue. Please review these settings and test again.

    It is important to note that the container settings are not configured by our theme but are managed through the Elementor plugin. We suggest consulting the Elementor documentation or reaching out directly to their support team for further assistance.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @hafunerix,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have verified the functionality of the code on our end; however, it appears that the CDN caching and the WPRocket plugin might still be holding onto old data. To ensure accurate testing and performance, it is essential to clear both your CDN cache and the WPRocket cache, not just your browser cache.

    For your convenience, we have already cleared the WP Rocket cache for the specific URL listed below and retested the page without any scrolling on mobile devices. To achieve a comprehensive clearance and avoid any discrepancies, we recommend clearing the CSS cache globally across your website.

    Should you require any further assistance or have any questions regarding this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @TSpinde

    I would not be able to show it only once, right? = If you create a multiple header for the home page only with newletter element while keeping the newletter element removed from global header you won’t get the popup triggered on others pages but only on home. Anyway, if the CSS solutions is exceptable for you then there is no need to create the multiple headers.

    Upon reviewing your slides, we must admit that we are unable to discern any noticeable differences. We hope this message finds you well. We would like to offer you the following custom CSS options for integration into your theme. You can add these by navigating to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    1. To enable scrolling for content that exceeds the screen dimensions, please use:

    .woocommerce-order-downloads {
           overflow: auto;
       }

    2. To hide one of the columns on devices with a screen width smaller than 768px, you may consider:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
           .woocommerce-order-downloads .download-remaining {
               display: none;

    Dear @TSpinde,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address your query regarding the placement of the Newsletter popup on your website.

    Currently, the Newsletter element is integrated into your global header, which causes the popup to appear across all pages of the website. If your intention is to have the Newsletter popup appear exclusively on the homepage, you might consider setting up multiple headers.

    For detailed instructions on how to implement this, please refer to the following tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc. Essentially, you will need to retain the Newsletter element in the header content solely for the homepage (applying specific conditions) and remove it from all other pages.

    Additionally, you can utilize the following CSS code snippet to hide the Newsletter popup on all pages except the homepage:

    body:not(.home) .et-popup-wrapper.header-newsletter-popup {
        display: none;
    }

    Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    selector .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper {
