    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that we have a PHP filter available, ‘etheme_elementor_search_post_types’, which allows for the modification of searchable post types. Should you have some familiarity with PHP, you may consider adding the necessary snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials to your website. This will enable us to implement the modification on your behalf.

For your reference, the filter is defined in the following file:
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/search.php

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to assisting you further.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Stathis Gazkas
The issue was caused by the popup of your cookies that overlaped the content and locked the content under invisible popup to be clicked. We added the next custom CSS -> https://prnt.sc/N05egR-GrksF, so please, clear the caches and check now.

    Dear @Zdenky,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to clarify that the issue you are experiencing is not related to a missing file in the theme. It appears to be due to a configuration on your server, where a specific option has not been enabled.

We recommend that you contact your hosting provider and request them to make the ‘uploads’ folder writable by setting the correct permissions on it.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello @Kuma

1/ Currently we don’t see any issues about Loco translate plugin for account content, please, check the private area.
2/ You can try to add next custom CSS to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS to prevent scrolling the page once if the off-canvas opened:

    .off-canvas-sidebar-opened {
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @Javito,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have identified the cause of the issue regarding the hidden titles on certain products. It appears to be related to specific configuration settings within Elementor. For a detailed explanation of these settings, please refer to the Elementor documentation provided here: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-hide-page-titles-in-wordpress/.

We have successfully deactivated the ‘Hide title’ option for the product you specified, which can be viewed here: https://sitetemporalok.site/producto/zapato-teo-negro/. The title should now be visible on the product page.

Should you encounter similar issues with other products, please ensure that the ‘Hide title’ option is not activated in the local post options.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. If you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Growthx Media,

We kindly advise our valued customers to initiate separate topics for distinct inquiries to enhance the efficiency of our support team’s response times. Should you have additional questions, we would greatly appreciate it if you could submit new topics accordingly.

Regarding your current query, it appears that the issue might stem from a third-party plugin used to create a variation gallery, as indicated here: https://prnt.sc/qyGCTUdSwz2-. Please be aware that achieving full compatibility with all plugins is not always feasible. It is also worth noting that our theme already includes a built-in feature for creating variation galleries, which might eliminate the need for additional plugins. You can view this feature in action here: https://prnt.sc/nBfkcw5fF3x5 and a live example at https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimalist-outfits/product/wooden-white/.

We suggest deactivating the “YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium” plugin and verifying if the issue persists.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Hello @filiphdan,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We appreciate your interest in the latest features from our recent update.

Regarding the new search bar features, we understand that they might not directly align with the current setup of your bakery website. However, such functionality is available only in Elementor based search widgets and was not planned to be implemented in WPBakery ones due to the limitations and less popularity of WPBakery demos with each year according to our analytics and customers’ requests. Anyway, it is always available to leave own request on our Future taskboard -> https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

We recommend our clients to import the Elementor based demos as that plugin has much better code quality, new existing features available, has a potentical to become even better with each day. If you are planning to use the WBPakery one, it may be useful to think about creating a staging web-site for migration of the current web-site you have to the Elementor based one.

We look forward to your response and are eager to assist you in improving your website.

    Dear @EB Collection,

We recommend conducting a test using the default Storefront theme to determine if the issue you are experiencing persists. The functionality in question originates from the WooCommerce plugin’s settings, rather than our theme.

Should the issue continue to occur with the default theme, it would be appropriate to contact WooCommerce plugin support for further assistance, as the matter extends beyond our theme and requires resolution from their end.

If the issue does not manifest with the default theme, please provide us with screenshots demonstrating the successful outcomes of your tests.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Growthx Media,

I hope this message finds you well. We have conducted a thorough review of your website concerning the issues you reported. Please find below our findings and recommendations:

    1. **Shipping Section Display on Checkout Page**: Upon testing, we observed that the Shipping section is indeed displayed on the Checkout page under Order Details. You can view this on the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/IxOhonJEzBFg. To further assist you, we recommend testing this functionality using the default Storefront theme. This comparison might help determine if the issue is specific to our XStore theme. Should the problem persist exclusively with our theme, kindly provide us with detailed steps to recreate the issue, accompanied by screenshots demonstrating successful operation with the default theme.

    2. **Error Log Review in WooCommerce**: We have reviewed the error log in WooCommerce under Status -> Logs and identified errors related to the mentioned plugin, as illustrated in the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/8_Ih8kYxfd3n. The fatal error appears to originate from the plugin’s files. As our support is limited to projects directly related to our offerings, we advise you to reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance regarding this issue.

We appreciate your understanding of our support policy and are committed to assisting you within our scope. Should you have any more questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    Dear Phil_ACB_Ltd Team,

We hope this message finds you well. Firstly, we would like to compliment you on the impressive design of your website.

Regarding your inquiry about customization options for certain products, we regret to inform you that our current theme does not natively support such features, as they typically fall under the purview of third-party plugins. Therefore, we recommend exploring separate plugins that are designed to provide these specific functionalities.

    Dear @filiphdan,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am pleased to inform you that our waitlist feature now comprehensively includes a full list of products along with the users who have subscribed to those products. Additionally, within the product data section for each item, you can access a detailed list of customers who have specifically subscribed to that product.

We believe that firsthand testing and feedback are invaluable. Therefore, we encourage you to conduct your own tests by setting up a local or staging website and activating our waitlist feature. This approach will allow both of us to better understand its capabilities and determine whether it meets your expectations.

We look forward to your feedback and are eager to hear about any additional functionality you might need.

    Dear @Aure,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to inform you that the select you mentioned is not a feature of our theme but is instead provided by the WooCommerce plugin. To ensure that this is the case, could you kindly test the functionality using the default Storefront theme? This will help us determine if the issue is specific to our theme or inherent to the WooCommerce plugin.

Should the issue persist while using the Storefront theme, I recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce plugin support team for further assistance.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Juergen,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed your website and observed that it predominantly uses a dark mode theme. To enhance the visual experience, we recommend setting the theme to its Dark version in the Theme Options. You can adjust this setting by following this link: https://prnt.sc/tZF2AUzFz8dQ.

Additionally, it appears that the text color across your website is currently set to black. For better readability and aesthetic balance, we suggest changing the text color to lighter shades such as #f7f7f7 or #fff. You can view this recommendation here: https://prnt.sc/wfPtz8stUOz2.

We encourage you to implement these changes yourself to become more familiar with the Theme Options configuration. This knowledge will undoubtedly be beneficial for managing this and future websites.

Thank you for your attention to these suggestions. Should you need any assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your request about imposibility to login is not our theme issue but rather an issue caused by some of your plugins or server configuration.

    Dear @scrumgum,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the official WooCommerce documentation and were unable to locate the shortcode you mentioned. You can view the documentation here for reference: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/. It is possible that the shortcode in question is associated with a plugin that is currently inactive on your site.

Additionally, you mentioned that this configuration is set within the WooCommerce settings. However, we could not identify any such page in the settings as shown in your screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7Gl3NxQVtZUF. Could you please provide further details on where exactly this page is configured? Also, it would be helpful to know which themes you have previously tested where this functionality worked as expected.

    Dear @EB Collection,

I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you are utilizing the XStore Single Product Builder powered by Elementor on your website. To enhance the functionality and display of your product pages, we recommend that you access the Single Product Layout Builder and position the WooCommerce Notices Widget above the main product details. For your reference, please see the following screenshot which illustrates the suggested placement: https://prnt.sc/_IYIAjEavAuj.

    Dear @scrumgum,

I hope this message finds you well. Could you please check the current status of the issue you reported? If it persists, we kindly ask you to verify whether the problem is specifically related to our XStore theme. To do this, please switch to the default Storefront theme temporarily. We have noted that although many of our clients have reported conducting similar tests with the default theme, the verifications have not always been thorough.

Once you have switched to the Storefront theme, could you please conduct the necessary tests and provide us with screenshots of the successful email notifications you receive? This will help us ensure that the tests were performed correctly and determine if the issue is indeed isolated to our XStore theme.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
