    Dear @Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You are correct in understanding that certain widgets remain hidden until they are fully rendered. We implemented these loaders and widgets invisibility because Elementor typically loads most of the widget styles in the footer of the page. As a result, the design of these widgets may not display properly during the page loading phase.

It’s great to see that you are familiar with the use of the !important postfix, and we’re glad you took the initiative to apply it yourself to resolve the issue.

Has your request been fully addressed, or do you have any further questions? Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any additional assistance. We are here to help.

    Dear @masterpiece,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your shop page, we noticed that there are currently no specific product categories list displayed. Instead, the full list of categories is being displayed, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/FH1hqKj3L1su.

Please note that the hierarchical structure may not be able in the product categories widget.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Dear @CasperTextil,

We hope this message finds you well.

Following the installation and activation of the XStore AMP plugin, you have the ability to add widgets to the designated sidebar widget area. You can refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/FbxchIPc1TKN.

For further details regarding the configuration of the AMP version, please consult the documentation that was previously provided.

Should you have any questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Mesas,

I hope this message finds you well.

By default, we provide pre-built templates for WooCommerce emails. However, please note that these templates don’t cover all third-party plugins that could be installed. We have also suggested a potential solution that may assist you in modifying email templates for other plugins.

If you prefer to use the default WooCommerce email templates, you can easily disable the Email Builder feature. For more information on how to use our Email Builder, please refer to our documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder/.

Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Oliver Theiß,

In this case, the product type will remain as a simple one, and the waitlist functionality should continue to operate as expected. However, we recommend testing it to ensure it works according to your requirements.

    Hello, @Mesas,

We currently have basic WooCommerce emails available here https://prnt.sc/c5ITM1Pd1b7M. If you wish to add custom ones ( https://prnt.sc/4ak8AV8tZH0H ) , you can use the filter.
Add the below code to child theme functions.php to enable the template for the email builder:

    add_filter('viwec_accept_email_type', function($emails) {
    	$emails[] = 'flexiblecouponsemail';
    });

If you expect any issues with sending or receiving the emails, please, check how it works without our Email builder active.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

    1) Could you kindly confirm if you have cleared your browser cache? It seems that this might not have been done, as we have tested the issue on several different browsers, and the scroll bar is not visible, nor is there any overlap with the menu. If you still see the scrollbar after clearing your cache, we kindly ask you to check the issue in an incognito window as well. Should the issue persist, please provide us with the details of the browser and operating system (Mac or Windows) you are using for testing.

    2)
    a) Thank you for your suggestion. We will take it into consideration for future releases, should there be similar requests from other customers.
    b) & c) These are great ideas, and we will implement them in the next update.
    e) Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It will be addressed and resolved.

    Dear @Peter,

I hope this message finds you well.

You may want to try the CSS solution that was previously provided in the following response: https://www.8theme.com/topic/my-website-is-extremely-slow-on-mobile-i-have-checked-all-settings/#post-401212. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly share the correct wp-admin access credentials, and we will review the situation to determine if the CSS snippet can be further optimized for your specific case.

Please also note that the loading effect we implemented is not intended for lazy-loading the widget, but rather to ensure the correct rendering of all styles during page load.

Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to assisting you further.

    Dear @kamil109,

By default, such text originates from the WooCommerce plugin files. Therefore, we recommend checking the relevant string in the Loco Translate plugin’s translations for the WooCommerce plugin. Please ensure that you synchronize the translations after each plugin or theme update to ensure everything functions correctly.

Should you require any further assistance, kindly provide us with the appropriate wp-admin access, and we will be happy to help.

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with the product where the custom badge has been added, so we can review it? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could guide us on how to set up such a badge for testing purposes.

Furthermore, we would like to inquire if you have reached out to the support team of the Judge plugin regarding the compatibility with our Product Grid widgets. It is possible that they may have custom hooks that need to be adjusted to ensure proper compatibility.

Thank you for your assistance, and we look forward to your response.

We hope this message finds you well.

In your situation, it appears that you will need to make a decision between two options: either enabling only the minimum price or displaying the full price range. Should you require any further customization, you are welcome to submit your request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @KSP ELECTRONICS,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a few points regarding the use of the XStore Ajaxify feature available on each Elementor widget. This feature is designed to be user-friendly and does not require any coding skills. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49798158?key=c81fa20aea0720fefd3adc8c4639cf5e. We could made few activations of such feature for widgets on your home page, but unfortunately you didn’t provide us the correct wp-admin access, so, please, try to activate such feature from your side.

It seems there may have been some miscommunication concerning the level of support we are able to provide. Our role is primarily to guide and advise you through the optimization process, rather than implementing changes directly on your website. We provided you the most detalized instructions also in other topics (https://www.8theme.com/topic/my-website-is-not-loading-properly-taking-too-much-time-in-loading/#post-415624) you could follow but such instructions seems to be ignored by you.

Additionally, we can suggest that you can either remove or minimize the use of hidden content on certain devices.

We also recommend that you perform a test on your website using GTmetrix, where you will find suggestions for potential improvements.

Could you please inform us about the steps you have taken towards optimization based on our suggestions? It is important for us to understand your confirmation of having implemented the changes.

We strive to provide exceptional support for all themes from Envato, and it is crucial that our guidelines and suggestions are followed to ensure the best results. If there are any issues or dissatisfaction with the support provided, we are more than willing to discuss this further via email to ensure confidentiality and address any concerns effectively.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response and are here to assist you further.

    Dear @garciell.morell@gmail.com,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that some of our customers have successfully used plugins that are compatible with our theme. However, we regret to inform you that we do not have a record of the specific plugin names. Could you kindly share with us the list of plugins you have tested with our theme?

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify any issues you anticipated with our theme. Have you tested these plugins with a default theme, such as Storefront, and found no issues?

For further assistance, you may also consider reaching out to the official WooCommerce support team. They can provide recommendations for plugins that best suit your needs. You can contact them via the following link: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your response.

    Hello @CasperTextil,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are experiencing issues with the visibility of the “Language switcher” in header on the AMP version of your mobile site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You can try to add a shortcode to display such feature in the footer area only.

There is no such possiblity to display the Categories tabs in Mobile menu but you can submit your request on our taskboard -> https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ and once your request becomes popular by votes, we will consider such implementation if it is possible due to AMP code limitations.

Note: AMP versions of web-site is quite limited to code modification and usage of plugins’ features. More information you may find on our documentation -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed or if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

We recommend trying the Tag/Category Cloud widget instead of the Spotlight widget. We’ve added it to your Archive page (https://prnt.sc/UlGqtpCIQ-Gd) and applied some CSS to make it unwrapped and scrollable (https://prnt.sc/Mq3ZfzrZ8UeK). For now, we’ve left both widgets on your archive page so you can test them.

Please clear all your caches and try hiding the Spotlight widget first to see how the Tag/Category Cloud widget performs on its own. We believe this solution might give you the results you’re looking for.

However, we’ve noticed that your requests are increasingly leaning towards additional customization, which falls outside the scope of our standard support. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
