    We have reviewed the shop page on your website and did not encounter any issues with the archive product page editor. To verify, we removed some widgets and checked the results on the frontend:

    Dear @medicinpharmacy,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please be informed that the fields in question are coded within the WooCommerce plugin. To determine whether the issue is related to our theme, we recommend switching to a default theme, such as Storefront, and checking if the issue persists with that theme active.

    If the problem continues after switching themes, it is likely not related to our theme. In that case, we kindly suggest reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    Thank you for your kind words regarding our theme. We truly appreciate your feedback!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement a locked arrow at the end of the carousel. This is due to the nature of the hover effect, where all images are displayed in a continuous loop, meaning there is no defined end point in the carousel.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly test how the product category description functionality works using the default Storefront theme? Please note that this feature is built into the WooCommerce plugin and is not specific to our theme. Therefore, the issue you are experiencing may also occur with other themes, indicating that it is not theme-dependent.

    We recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance with this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that, by default, we modify the smart carousel hover effect on mobile devices in our theme code for product by replacing it with the ‘Images slider’ hover effect. This is achieved using the default WordPress function “wp_is_mobile()”. However, it appears that the “wp_is_mobile()” function may conflict with cache plugins, which seems to be the reason why the modification was not applied on your website.

    To resolve this, we recommend switching the current hover effect to the ‘Image Slider’ option. You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/_WeukY-3XSV2. We have already implemented this change on your website, so please take a moment to review the results.

    Additionally, to enhance the visibility of the arrows on product images, you may add the following CSS code in your Theme Options:

    .images-slider-wrapper .sm-arrow {
        background: #fff;
    }

    You can see an example of the updated arrow visibility here: https://prnt.sc/yfcaUHQLXT4C.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @uttam pradhan,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Upon reviewing your website and individual product pages, we did not encounter any issues related to scrolling. Kindly provide us with the URLs of the specific pages where you are experiencing this issue, or share a video demonstrating the problem.

    2. If you would like to implement smooth scrolling for your content, you can add the following code snippet in the Theme Options:

    html {
        scroll-behavior: smooth;
    }

    3. Regarding the fake sales display, it appears to be functioning correctly. You can view the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/UZN2g_3bqMmx.

    We kindly request that you clear your browser cache and recheck the issues on your end. If the problem persists, please provide us with the necessary details to replicate the issue, along with the correct wp-admin access (in a private area), so we can investigate further.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @mecenas666,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your header setup, we noticed that you have utilized both containers and sections (as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pS9gMLkT_Hx-). This combination is causing issues with window scrolling. Additionally, you have applied both the default Motion effects (https://prnt.sc/Nz-KucxATmbE) to one section and the XStore sticky header effect to the container (https://prnt.sc/8o45fdn2vQk8). Unfortunately, this creates conflicts, as both effects cannot be used simultaneously.

    To resolve this, we kindly request that you rebuild your header content using only containers, rather than the current structure. Once this is done, please choose the feature that best suits your needs — either the XStore sticky effect or the Motion effect options — and ensure that only one of these is active for your container.

    Regarding your inquiry about the breadcrumbs, we are still unclear on the specific issue. From our perspective, the breadcrumbs appear consistent across your pages. If this is not the case, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with screenshots, including arrows and detailed explanations of the differences you are noticing. This will help us better understand the issue and suggest possible solutions.

    Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to assisting you further.

    Dear @Fifco2000,

    Thank you for providing the details regarding your issue.

    Please note that it is not always possible to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins. However, we would like to offer a few suggestions to help resolve the compatibility issue you’re facing.

    1. You can submit a feature request on our taskboard https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ to request the addition of compatibility between our progress bar and the multicurrency plugin you are using.

    2. Alternatively, you can submit a request for additional customization through this link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    We have provided these options because the issue you raised does not appear to be a bug in our theme, but rather a feature request that could be implemented in a future update or customized locally on your website.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified that the issue you’re experiencing is due to an active setting in the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin. Specifically, the option that replaces the original img tag with the picture tag is enabled, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/M0Tdbw8tj9J5.

    Please note that the description of this option mentions that some themes may not display images correctly when this feature is active. Therefore, we kindly recommend deactivating this option and testing the results afterward.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Unfortunately, the current Single Product Builder from customizer does not offer the functionality you’re looking for. However, we are pleased to inform you that we have introduced a new and significantly improved version based on the Elementor Builder. This new builder provides a wide range of features, allowing you to create the content of your single product pages with unlimited widgets and customization options.

    For more information, please feel free to consult the documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/.

    Dear @Plethora,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the list of the most resource-intensive plugins on your website, we have observed that the XStore Core plugin ranks only 5th in terms of impact. The plugins preceding it on the list appear to be more critical in your case. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to the support teams of those plugins for further assistance.

    Additionally, we would like to point out that the Query Monitor plugin, which is primarily used for testing purposes, can be safely deactivated on your live website as it is not necessary for regular operation.

    Regarding the slowest queries:

    1. The as_async_request_queue_runner action is not initiated by our theme or the XStore plugin. It appears to originate from WooCommerce. You can find more information on this issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/as_async_request_queue_runner-maxing-out-cpu/.

    2. The admin-ajax.php file is used for all AJAX actions. Based on the information provided, we are unable to offer further details on this specific item.

    3. The doing_wp_cron action is also unrelated to our theme. It is a core WordPress function, often triggered by plugins that initiate their own actions. A similar issue has been discussed in the WooCommerce support forum, which you can review here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/private_html-wp-cron-php-uses-100-of-server-cpu-2/.

    In summary, based on the analysis conducted, it appears that the primary issue may be related to the WooCommerce plugin. It is possible that a database update was not completed correctly, or there may be other code-related issues within WooCommerce.

    We hope this information is helpful, and we encourage you to reach out to the relevant support teams for further assistance.

    Dear @Daily24 Group,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to recommend that you review the plugin settings, as it may be necessary to exclude certain CSS files due to an incorrect combination action by the plugin. Additionally, if you are a premium customer of the LiteSpeed plugin, we suggest reaching out to their support team, who should be able to assist you in configuring the settings correctly.

    If you would like, we can provide you with a list of the CSS files required for the proper functioning of the Quick View popup.

    Furthermore, we conducted a test from a mobile device and did not encounter any issues. It is possible that the CSS Combine option was inactive at the time, or the issue may have already been resolved.

    Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Dear @fatih durmus,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported and determined that it is primarily related to the browser cache of the users whose screens you are monitoring. This issue is not directly associated with our theme.

    To address this, we recommend activating a cache plugin that consolidates styles and scripts into new files that have not been previously cached. This should not only resolve the issue but also enhance the loading speed for your clients.

    Additionally, we advise you to regenerate the CSS using the Elementor plugin tools. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. This step may further assist in resolving the issue.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @OnlyCBD,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We previously requested the URL of the page where you encountered the issue, but it seems that this information was not provided. Could you kindly share the URL with us at your earliest convenience?

    Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could test the issue using the default theme instead of the XStore theme and share the results with us.

    We have also noticed that you are currently using the advanced layout option for the Cart/Checkout pages on your website (as seen here: https://prnt.sc/BafzIpWYGUfl). It is possible that there may be an incompatibility between your plugin and the advanced layout. Could you please test the functionality with the advanced layout option deactivated and let us know the outcome?

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    1. You can apply the following custom CSS snippet to the search element in your popup to achieve the desired functionality:

    selector .autocomplete-suggestions:has(.autocomplete-suggestions:not(:empty)) {
        display: block !important;
    }
    selector .etheme-search-ajax-results:has(.autocomplete-suggestions:not(:empty)) {
        display: block !important;
    }

    Our theme currently supports search functionality by title, description, SKU, posts, and pages. However, it does not offer the option to search by title only. For further details, you may refer to the following discussions:

    1. https://www.8theme.com/topic/ajax-search-product-adjust-to-search-product-but-not-descriptions/#post-319636
    2. https://www.8theme.com/topic/search-result-displaying-unrelated-products/#post-347580

    If you would like to request the addition of a “title-only” search feature, we encourage you to submit your suggestion on our https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If the request garners sufficient support from other users, our development team will consider implementing it in a future update.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have thoroughly tested the issue you reported on your website. While we did not encounter similar issues in the past, we were able to replicate the 403 error when adding 10-15 products to the wishlist consecutively. However, we also observed that refreshing the page resolves the issue, indicating that the rapid modification of cookies may be causing the browser to raise a query.

    Given that this issue did not occur previously, we would like to propose the following solutions:

    1. Refresh the Page: Simply refreshing the page should resolve the issue, as it appears that the cookies become overloaded after quickly adding or removing multiple items.

    2. Submit a Request for Wishlist Recoding: If you believe the Wishlist functionality requires further optimization, you can submit a request for recoding on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    3. Consider Using a Third-Party Plugin: You may also want to explore third-party plugins that offer similar functionality, as they may handle the process differently and better suit your needs.

    4. Request Customization: If you require additional customizations, please feel free to submit a request through our customization panel: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    We hope one of these solutions will address the issue you’re experiencing. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
