    Dear @inforena,

We kindly recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to investigate the root cause of the issue you are experiencing. They may be able to provide you with log files that contain details about specific actions or hooks that could be contributing to the problem.

Internal server errors (Error 500) are often caused by conflicts between plugins or themes. This typically occurs when certain plugins or functions within your WordPress theme are incompatible with each other or with the server environment, leading to errors during request processing.

Also, it might be possible that the PHP version installed on your server is causing such conflicts and you need to downgrade it to the previous one.

We hope this information helps you resolve the issue.

    Dear @saleh,

Thank you for providing access to your website. We would appreciate it if you could kindly clarify any remaining questions you may have.

Additionally, could you please inform us where you have added the custom events? We were unable to locate any custom plugins installed on your website, nor did we find any modifications in your child theme’s functions.php file.

Have you had the opportunity to implement the suggestions we previously provided, or are you planning to do so in the near future?

We look forward to your response.

    Dear @saleh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regarding your question, “Can I get the event list?”, we are unsure of what exactly you are referring to. We have already provided you with the available trigger and an example of how it can be used for custom purposes.

As for your other inquiry, in order to offer you the best possible advice, we would need to review the settings on your website. Could you kindly provide us with the correct wp-admin access in a private message?

We look forward to assisting you further.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Tarique,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly check the issue now? Upon investigation, we discovered that a custom width had been set for the container of one of the slides on mobile devices, which led to the overlapping issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @HUSSTLE,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing may be related to the cache installed on your website or the activation of a Content Delivery Network (CDN). We recommend checking the site from other devices and reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance.

Please note that this issue is not related to our theme but is likely due to certain configuration settings on your website. We kindly suggest reviewing and adjusting these settings accordingly.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Hassan,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with the specific product you are attempting to search for, which appears in your search results? Please note that our search query includes snippets that prevent out-of-stock products from being displayed when the WooCommerce setting to hide such products is enabled. Therefore, these products should not appear in the search results.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Saleh,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the following trigger in our code may be the one you are looking for to attach your custom event:

    $(document).trigger('etheme_product_grid_ajax_loaded');

You can incorporate the code you are trying to add in the following manner within your script:

    $(document).on('etheme_product_grid_ajax_loaded', function () {
        doSomething();
    });

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Canv,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are currently unable to verify which demo you have imported on your website. However, it appears that you may have imported one of our older demos, which utilizes an outdated widget for sliders. In our more recent demos, we have implemented new widgets that have been built from scratch, incorporating enhanced UI/UX techniques.

You can find more information about these updated widgets in our documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/slider-set-up/xstore-slider-with-elementor-plugin/.

In your case, you have two options: you can either continue using the slider that was included with the demo you imported, or you can create a new one by following the instructions provided in our documentation.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @HUSSTLE,

    Thank you for your message.

You are correct that it is not possible to use the existing Horizontal Filters widget to filter products on a custom page. However, if you add this widget to your Archive Products page, you will be able to utilize the filters from the sidebar assigned to this widget and filter the products on such page based on filters from widget named above.

If you already have this widget implemented on your website, kindly share the URL with us so we can review it.

Please note that if you wish to display products below the filters on custom pages, we are unable to provide a ready-made solution for this specific case.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have implemented a new widget on your cart page that allows WooCommerce plugin notices to be displayed directly on the current page, rather than redirecting to other pages. You can view the update here: https://prnt.sc/DTRDDxcFZr-E.

    Dear @saleh,

We hope this message finds you well.

Please feel free to post your questions publicly, reserving only private information for the designated private area. In order to provide you with accurate suggestions for your specific case, we kindly ask for clarification on the following:

    1. Are you using the XStore Archive Product Builder?
    2. Do you utilize a separate plugin for loading products on scroll, or are you using the option available in the Theme Options?

We will be able to offer appropriate recommendations once we have the answers to these questions.

Also, could you please, provide us a video of the issue ?

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Tommy,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to bring to your attention that it seems you are unable to edit the Cart page even by navigating to the Pages section. Based on our observations, this issue might be related to the presence of multiple Cart pages, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ep_s4kiQICNC.

We have attempted to replicate the issue on our local environments but were unable to do so. Additionally, we have not encountered a similar issue on any of our clients’ websites.

To assist us in further investigating this matter, could you kindly create a blank website where we can test the Cart/Checkout page editor?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

    1. We have made modifications to the following files on your website by accessing the dashboard and navigating to Appearance -> Theme Files Editor:

    xstore/css/modules/builders/elementor/etheme-product-grid.css
    xstore/css/modules/builders/elementor/etheme-product-grid.min.css

Additionally, we used the Wappalyzer browser extension, which provided information regarding the use of a CDN on your website. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/xZvJptW-Z9kA.

    2. Please note that these changes will also be included in the next theme update.

    3. The result of the modifications can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/KI42M6XWrxFQ. Kindly ensure that your caches are cleared before testing, as we manually modified the CSS file on your website via the inspector to generate the screenshot.

    Dear @HUSSTLE,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with the URL of the product where the issue is occurring? We have tested several products on your web-site from our side but were unable to replicate the problem. Additionally, it is possible that the notice you are seeing may be related to customizations made on your website. Upon reviewing the console log, we identified the following error, which appears to originate from custom snippets added in the options of one of your plugins: https://prnt.sc/Lq5kTi2XdydV.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

You can configure the image sizes directly within the WooCommerce settings by navigating to Customizer -> https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-customizer/product-page-and-images/#product-images. Additionally, in many Elementor product widgets, there are options available to select the image size, allowing you to easily apply the sizes you have previously configured in your WooCommerce settings.

As you mentioned that you are not new to website development, you may already be aware that after uploading new images, it is necessary to regenerate thumbnails. This can be done using plugins that offer this functionality. One of the most popular options is the https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ plugin.

Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope this message finds you well.

First and foremost, I apologize for the delay in responding, as our team was out of the office over the weekend.

As you are aware, we highly value the feedback and ideas from our clients, and we have already implemented many of the suggestions you’ve provided that we believe are beneficial to a broader audience. Regarding your recent inquiry about Upsells, Cross-sells, and Related Products, we have previously suggested a workaround. However, we understand that you do not agree with our proposed solution.

In light of this, we kindly encourage you to submit a feature request on our task board at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow us to gauge the popularity of your idea, as, at present, we have not received similar requests from other users.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting multiple topics with the same questions, as this can make it more challenging for our support team to provide efficient and accurate responses.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your continued support.

It appears that the issue with the proper loading of the background image using the lazy load feature is related to the cache plugin currently in use on your website. This will allow us to thoroughly examine the issue and implement the necessary fix on your website.
