    Dear @Abhishek Gupta,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the server files for your website using our theme, we noticed that the “JS” folder was missing. This absence was the reason for the missing files and associated errors on your website. To resolve this issue, we have uploaded the necessary files to your server.

    You may now check your website, and you should find that there are no errors currently present. Additionally, if you have a CDN cache enabled on your website, we kindly request that you clear it to ensure the changes take full effect.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hello @saleh
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you the solution as we cannot reproduce it from our side. So, we can suggest you few solutions that you can choose from:

    1/ Hide the quick view button on products for mobile devices. If so, then you can add custom CSS to your Archive products Elementor widget.

    2/ Change the quick view type to popup design (You can find the settings in your Theme Options)

    Dear @Tugba,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme but rather to the “WPS Hide Login” plugin currently installed and activated on your website. Upon deactivating this plugin, everything functions correctly, indicating that there may be some code within the plugin that prevents the Elementor header from displaying on the wp-login\ page URL.

    Also, we switched off the Customizer header builder in Theme Options as you are using the one from Elementor builder based.

    We kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author for further assistance or considering deactivating the plugin on your website to resolve the issue.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Tommy,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    As you may already know, our processes are designed to align with the needs of our customers. Up until now, we have not received similar requests, as most clients have been able to customize styles and typography directly within the widget you mentioned. This widget offers a variety of options, including color and typography settings (https://prnt.sc/JaRIbrSe_QqG). Additionally, you can create a global widget (please refer to this guide: https://elementor.com/help/global-widget-pro/) or simply use the right-click feature to copy styles and apply them to another products grid widget.

    That said, if you still require this specific functionality to be reviewed, we kindly encourage you to submit your request on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow us to assess its popularity and consider it for future updates.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hello @Plethora,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Our support team is here to assist you with resolving bugs or issues. However, based on your recent request, it appears that you may require a custom review of your website’s configuration.

    If this is the case, we kindly suggest the following options:

    1. Create a Staging Environment: As previously recommended, setting up a staging environment would allow us to review your website’s settings and configurations in a controlled space.

    2. Submit a Custom Request: Alternatively, you can submit a request for a detailed analysis and tailored solutions via the following link: https://prnt.sc/ymbemnDweR1y. Please note that this type of analysis falls outside the scope of our basic support services.

    We hope this helps clarify the next steps. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Abhishek Gupta,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As you have a cache plugin installed, it is important to clear the cache after making any changes or updates to ensure everything functions as expected. We have already cleared the cache on our end, and it appears that the styles and other elements are now displaying correctly.

    If you continue to experience issues, we recommend temporarily deactivating the cache plugin to check if the problem is resolved. If deactivating the plugin resolves the issue, it is likely related to the plugin’s settings rather than our theme. In such a case, we suggest reviewing the plugin’s configuration.

    Should you have any questions regarding the caching settings, we kindly advise reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you need any additional help.

    Dear @Tugba,

    Thank you for providing the access details. While the credentials are now correct, we have noticed certain limitations when attempting to view specific sections of the dashboard, such as XStore Builders, Elementor settings, and others.

    We believe this issue on your website may be caused by the following reasons:

    1. The wp-login URL appears to be incorrect, resulting in a 404 error page.
    2. There may be misconfigured conditions for the 404 template built in Elementor. For instance, if a simple page named “404” was created without being properly assigned as the 404 template, it will not function as intended.

    We recommend reviewing these aspects to resolve the issue.

    Dear @Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    As we mentioned previously, we have not received similar requests from other customers, which suggests that this particular configuration is not widely sought after. However, since you have conducted tests and identified areas where certain widgets could be improved, we kindly ask you to submit your request on our task board. This will allow us to evaluate its popularity based on customer votes.

    Additionally, we will review the list of widgets you mentioned you plan to create and forward it to our development team for further assessment.

    We appreciate your feedback and efforts in helping us improve. Should you have any further questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @Tommy,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have thoroughly rechecked and can confirm that everything is functioning correctly on your website (please see: https://gyazo.com/09a101daea974a863cea67e4c306c0ab) as well as on our local environment (please see: https://gyazo.com/4b2c0b531fcb4ea2dd060fc2c3ab2a6d).

    It appears that you may have applied some additional settings during your testing process that are not commonly used by our other customers, as we have not encountered this issue before. If you are still experiencing any problems on your end, we kindly ask you to share the specific steps to reproduce the issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Dear @Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to clarify that we have not received any customer feedback regarding the issue you reported. Therefore, this does not indicate that our theme is incompatible with Elementor due to the bug you identified because there is nothing perfect but there is a posibility to make it better with fixes.

    After reviewing the video you provided, we noticed that the typography settings for the title element are not applying correctly because the “Show Title” switcher is set to the “off” state (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/Bea7wKOuedfh). Once the switcher is enabled, the typography settings function as expected.

    That said, we have taken note of this behavior and will work on a solution to ensure that typography settings are hidden when the “Show Title” switcher is inactive. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sharing the details with us.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your valuable suggestions. We always strive to listen to our clients’ feedback, and your input regarding the global typography styles in Elementor, specifically for product titles in the Elementor Product Grid widget, is greatly appreciated.

    To address your suggestion, we kindly ask you to review the following video: https://gyazo.com/df0b0e4b5a86b356d55c2340f5356f56. The video demonstrates the current functionality of switching between different global typography styles set in Elementor. As you may notice, there is a slight line-height adjustment, but it aligns with the settings you provided here: https://prnt.sc/bto_yWWWnfAK.

    If the solution is functioning as expected, we kindly ask you to confirm so that we can include this fix in the next global theme update. However, if there are additional adjustments or specific changes you would like us to implement, please provide us with more detailed instructions so we can ensure it works as intended.

    Thank you once again for sharing your ideas and helping us improve. We look forward to your feedback.

    Dear @Woolwolf,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To enhance the user experience on small devices, you might consider hiding certain items from the table to ensure the button remains consistently visible. As a suggestion, you can try applying the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile CSS:

    .woocommerce-order-downloads th.download-remaining,
    .woocommerce-order-downloads .download-remaining {
        display: none;
    }

    .woocommerce-order-downloads .woocommerce-MyAccount-downloads-file {
        height: auto;
    }

    section.woocommerce-order-downloads {
        overflow: auto;
    }

    Please feel free to test this solution and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Tommy,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly provide us with screenshots of the “limit title by lines” option as it appears in other themes, along with confirmation that the line-height functionality works correctly in those cases? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could share the specific names of themes you tested, as well as the widgets that include such options.

    If possible, please also provide the URLs of the pages where this functionality is demonstrated. This will allow us to review their implementation and evaluate whether adopting a similar solution would be feasible for us. If it aligns well with our requirements and does not introduce breaking changes, we will consider implementing a similar approach.

    Thank you in advance for sharing these details.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly request you to review the current setup at your earliest convenience. Our team has made some adjustments to the XStore Core plugin files related to email templates. Additionally, we have deactivated the plugin you had installed for creating custom email templates in WooCommerce scenarios.

    Dear @Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out and for providing information regarding the testing of our Menu List widget.

    We would like to kindly clarify that this widget was developed quite some time ago, and its structure cannot currently be modified to accommodate all the options available in Elementor’s global configuration settings. By default, when this widget is added, the tag for subtitles is set to h3. If you wish to change this to a different tag, you can easily do so by adjusting the tag option within the menu item settings (https://prnt.sc/A683no5g1EUh).

    Additionally, typography settings can be customized by configuring the global fonts for menu items in the Style tab. Please refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/Vft9mlBuyQx2. Once these settings are applied, the typography styles will inherit the values defined in Elementor’s general settings, which should help you achieve the desired outcome.

    However, as mentioned earlier, due to the widget’s existing structure, it is not possible to enable such inheritance by default. We kindly suggest implementing the solution outlined above and letting us know if the results align with your expectations.

    If you would prefer us to develop a new widget that fully meets your requirements, we encourage you to submit your request on our Future Requests Taskboard: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This platform allows other customers to vote on suggestions, helping us prioritize future developments.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Dear @YooMart,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the selection of the new account template type. As per the provided link (https://prnt.sc/rxjz6pzCc6nb), this option should be available. However, it appears that this functionality is not present on your website, which is unusual and may have been caused by the implementation of custom code.

    By default, there should be a list of all available email types, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/xmkV9MqNVqZy. We have thoroughly checked the potential locations where custom code snippets might have been added but were unable to locate the specific code that could be blocking the list of email type options.

    We kindly request your assistance in reviewing any custom code that might be affecting this functionality. Additionally, you may consider activating the local version of your website to verify if the option is available there, as the local environment typically does not include additional plugins or custom snippets.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if you require any further information or assistance from our side.

    Dear @Signum,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    After thoroughly reviewing the issue you raised, we would like to confirm that the blocks on the mentioned page are not associated with our theme. Instead, they are generated by a custom plugin. Additionally, the “Add to Cart” functionality tied to those buttons is governed by the code of that plugin.

    To verify this, you may consider activating a default theme, such as Storefront, and testing the functionality. You should observe the same results, as the issue is not related to our theme.

    As you are aware, our support team is dedicated to assisting with matters related to our own projects. Since this issue falls outside the scope of our support, we kindly recommend reaching out to the support team of the plugin responsible for these sections and “Add to Cart” buttons, specifically the “WC Product Table PRO” plugin.

    We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our support guidelines. Should you have any further questions or require assistance with our theme, please do not hesitate to contact us.
