Hello, Tugba,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Sorry, sending again.
Dear @Tugba,
Thank you for providing the access details. While the credentials are now correct, we have noticed certain limitations when attempting to view specific sections of the dashboard, such as XStore Builders, Elementor settings, and others.
We believe this issue on your website may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The wp-login URL appears to be incorrect, resulting in a 404 error page.
2. There may be misconfigured conditions for the 404 template built in Elementor. For instance, if a simple page named “404” was created without being properly assigned as the 404 template, it will not function as intended.
We recommend reviewing these aspects to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
I’ve appointed you as an administrator, could you try again.
Thank you very much.
Dear @Tugba,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme but rather to the “WPS Hide Login” plugin currently installed and activated on your website. Upon deactivating this plugin, everything functions correctly, indicating that there may be some code within the plugin that prevents the Elementor header from displaying on the wp-login\
page URL.
Also, we switched off the Customizer header builder in Theme Options as you are using the one from Elementor builder based.
We kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author for further assistance or considering deactivating the plugin on your website to resolve the issue.
Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
