    Hello,
    I’ve gone ahead and tried to modify this value under tablet view however regardless of any value I entered in that field, it didn’t reflect any changes on the front-end.

    In addition, there is no way to set the minimum height of the images when the view is tablet (landscape). Right now it’s only portrait.

    Hello,
    The issue happens when you are logged in and on the homepage then click on the my account tab as you did in the video. It only happens once you’re logged in not when logged out.

    I’ve added the CSS you provided but it still doesn’t reflect the order I’ve attached in the screenshot above. We need to re-arrange the sections in the side cart in order to reflect the design in the screenshot I attached. Could you point me to how I can achieve that?

    I have removed all extra headers except for the default one however I still see the issue where Track Order and Wishlist are not visible when you’re viewing a product page versus any other regular page like the homepage.

    Thanks for the quick response. I’ve gone ahead and increased the amount of products to 30 which is the maximum available however when I went to check if there are more than one product showing in the side cart, I noticed it’s only showing 1 product even though I had 7 added to the cart.

    Could you please check on your end and let me know if I’m doing some wrong?

    So yes we are using a child theme to add some custom functionality however I can assure you that the errors shown in the screenshot you linked to, has nothing to do with the crossSell section and why it’s behaving the way it is. If you’d like, you could even login through FTP and see for yourself. I’ve included the FTP info in the private content area.

    Hello,
    Thanks for all your help so far. We’re running into yet again another issue.

    We have been customizing the look of the sticky product info bar/banner that shows up as you start scrolling down the page however we’re having an issue when we open the main menu by hovering on any one of the main menu items, the overlay dropdown gets partially hidden under the sticky bar/banner.

    Another question:
    We would like to modify the social media icons on the product quick view pop-up modal which comes from the side. We tried looking in the theme settings but couldn’t find anything.

    Hello,
    We’re running into another question/issue that we can’t seem to resolve.

    By default, the newsletter pop-up comes up automatically and in the theme settings, there isn’t a way to turn it off. We can hide it with CSS but we were wondering if there is a customizer option we can toggle off or if there is a theme hook we can use to turn it off programmatically.

    Hello,
    We’re currently facing another issue and it has to do with the product titles. Whenever we try to go into the product edit mode, the title of the product isn’t editable. It’s greyed out.
    We tried to look into the settings to see if it’s something we can toggle off or something but no luck.

    Hi Rose,
    We have not installed or updated any plugins recently that could have contributed to this problem. Regarding caching, we have completely disabled all caching mechanisms including inside the wp-config.

    I have also tried the following things without any luck.
    – Regenerated files & data from Elementor -> Tools
    – Toggled Safe Mode from Elementor -> Tools
    – Switched CSS Print Method to “External File” from Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced
    – Toggled “Switch Editor Loader Method” from Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced
    – Disabled all other plugins besides XStore Core, Elementor

    None of these troubleshooting things have fixed the problem we are having with the homepage where elements are no longer rendering properly. I have attached a screenshot of how it looks like and regardless of how many times I have cleared the cache, switched browsers, nothing seems to be fixing this problem.

    In addition to this issue, we’re facing a bunch of other problems with the theme, listed below.
    – The entire experience of editing anything on the website whether through the customizer or static blocks, etc. feels super heavy and takes a really long time to load and render.
    – Making changes randomly doesn’t work at certain times where I click update and the changes would be reflected inside Elementor but as soon as I go to the live website, the changes are no longer there. When I refresh Elementor, sometimes the changes are gone from there too, despite saving it earlier. At random intervals, I also noticed the update button gets highlighted after clicking update without making any new changes so we end up having to click update TWICE before it actually updates.
    – Throughout the customizer settings of the theme, there are duplicate sizing options like width, etc. For example, if you go to Customizer -> Header Builder -> Main Menu -> Style. You’ll see there are 2 “Content Zoom (%)” options and only one of them seem to make any real changes.

    It’s been a very frustrating experience working with your theme and we hope that you guys can help us resolve these issues as it’s blocking us from moving forward with our project. We would appreciate it if you could help us in identifying exactly what is causing these issues so we can come up with a solution accordingly and move forward.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your response.
    We’ve tried clearing the cache however right after your message, we began noticing that the homepage styles are out of place and doesn’t look right at all. In addition, we’re still having the same issues with glitches around making design changes in Elementor and trying to save it but not seeing the results reflected in the live website.

    Please try logging in and take another look at this to see if you could advise on what could be the problem. It’s very frustrating not being able to easily make changes on the website and having to re-do work over and over.

    I tried those instructions however that completely removes the login icon and all I want to do is just remove it from the fixed menu as users scroll down but not from the top bar.

    Hi Olga;

    We tried that code but then the scroll bar disappears on the browser and the page is unresponsive. The visitor can’t scroll down nor do anything else, like registering. Any other suggestion?

    Hi Olga;

    Probably I didn’t explain myself correctly. This is the process (you can test it yourself by visiting our site – URL in the Private section -):

    1- Popup appears. It includes a “JOIN NOW!” button that links to My Account page.
    2- Visitor clicks the “JOIN NOW!” button and goes to My Account page.
    3- Popup appears again.

    How can we avoid 3?

    Hi Olga;

    Thanks for checking it. We see there is a new version for the Revolution Slider plugin, the 5.4.5 (we are using the 5.4.3.1). I don’t see it on our download list. Can you send me a link to this update?

    We will try to see if it fixes this conflict between plugins.

    Hi Olga;

    Sorry it took a while to complete the process. Everything went well but we have a little problem with the Revolution Slider, and it’s that the Object Library is now empty, so we’ve lost all the objects/symbols that we were using. You can see a screen shot here: http://imgur.com/a/pKvvm

    It’s a minor problem and we will just put images, but is there a way to have the Object Library back?

    Hi Amzy;

    What do you mean by “reactivate” the theme? Once we change domain we just click on the XStore Child ACTIVATE button on the Appearance > Themes section?

    One of your colleagues (Rizath) contacted us by email with this message: “You will have to request us to deactivate for current domain to activate the same purchase code for new domain before you change the domain.”

    Please confirm which way should we proceed.
