I’m trying to understand the point in the whitelabel. The biggest issue we always have is we don’t give clients admin access, typically Shop Manager access.

I was hoping the white label would give us more control over the theme settings and branding, but it becomes pointless.

Lets say for example I gave the client admin access but unticked theme editing, then I can’t edit the theme, as it disappears as an option.

So this whitelabel is pointless, if it did all these changes for say “Shop manager” user then perfect but otherwise it does nothing apart from remove things from the menu that we still need access too.

The issue we have which has now been caused elsewhere, if we upgrade from V5 to V6 the website goes so slow, I have created a ticket before on this but I don’t think anything happened

V5 average load time of 1.3 seconds, upgrade to V6 average load time is 10 seconds

Him, just for your reference, the client worked for a company we used the Xstore theme for, the chap setup his own company and again we used the xstore, this time being a much newer version V6 compared the V5

Regardless of what we did the V6 runs at an unbelievable slow speed, even if we used almost blank pages, nothing we did mattered

So to test, we took a copy of the V5 theme and uploaded it to the site, the difference of speed is incredible, V5 is 10 times faster than V6, theres no comparison, I don’t know what’s been added to V6 to cause this but its a nightmare for speed

Why? its the same popup on your theme, it’s not URL related, its in the private area
