Not working with Stripe Payment gateway - by finleydesign

Have deactivated all plugins, but can only get Stripe payment gateway to work if I change to a twenty something theme, so the Leader appears to be the issue, if I check the woocommerce status, almost all the files are out of date, is that right??

Hello,

Current theme version is not fully compatible with the latest woocommerce version.
We are sorry but TheLeader theme was removed from ThemeForest long time ago and this theme doesn’t have scheduled updates. You can downgrade WC version or submit refund request on ThemeForest and buy the new up to date theme with regular updates, for example, XStore https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546

Then why are you still answering questions?? you can still see that a lot of us are still in the build process, do you have any idea how far down the line I am now, to be told I have to start again is ridiculous and so unprofessional

Hello,

We are still answering questions because many of our customers who bought TheLeader use the old version of WooCommerce and we can’t just leave them without reply if they ask something.
Before update WooCommerce plugin or buy theme you need to make sure that theme support version of WooCommerce that you use. Have you done this before using it with the WC 3.5?
So, we can only give you refund and offer the theme that is up to date.

And then still selling me the Theme in late August 2018??

What am I suppose to do now, start again according to you?????? at the very least you could have one of your developer get the basket to be 3.5 compatible as that is really the only issue here, I don’t need anything else that that being brought up to date

This is disgraceful, I have been an 8theme customer for years and this is shocking service making people go this far down the build line to be answering questions, when you should be telling anyone and everyone to not go near this theme!
