We have multiple issues appeared on our website

1 – Full width doesn’t work anymore, whole site stays contained
2 – Mobile menu doesn’t open
3 – Shop Page – Quick View button is constantly there and and won’t do anything

Hello,

1. I do not see the problem.
Theme Options > General / Layout > Site width.
Theme Options > Header > Header Style > Header wide.
Do not forget about Settings of Row, Row stretch > Stretch row and content. https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/wpbakery-page-builder-how-tos/how-to-make-full-width-or-full-height-row/
2, 3. Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins to check if one of the plugins causes it.

1. How can you not see the problem, when the following rows are set to stretch, yet they remain contained, the rows are set to stretch (i have been doing this for years)

I console on your site I can see error http://prntscr.com/mhe3yt that relates to code in functions.php of your child theme.
Please check if you get the mentioned problems when parent theme is activated on your site. If problems related to code in the child theme, check the child theme code, we are not responsible for the custom code.
