The issue is not with the backend. The problem is that those elements are not shown on the front end. I see a blank and empty area for these elements.

I just noticed the whole website looks messy with additional lines and borders. It seems this happened after I updated the WPBakery base on your suggestion.

Disabling the plugins is not an option in this store. there 40+ active plugin, all crutual to the functionality of site.
Activating the official Woocommerce Storefront theme didn’t solve the problem, and the Massive addon doesn’t show presets correctly.

All browser cashes, also the CDN and website accelerator cashes were flushed before testing.
